Kara stopped only for a second, looking at the pug. "Hey, you. There's someone over there." She called out to Arrow.

"Over there." She pointed her tail to the pug, her green eyes filled with concern. "And do you mind giving me a name? I don't want to call you stubborn jerk." Kara knew he was probably going to attack, but it wouldn't do him much good.

Kara heard rustling and immediately her fur flutter up, green eyes now slits. "You. The pug. Get behind me. Don't worry, the fire wont hit you." She ordered.

Kara looked at the coon in disbelief. "Don't attack you? You just snarled at me and trust me, you couldn't land a blow if you wanted. The fire would take care of you for me." She flicked her tail and two embers stopped, swirled around and then disappeared.

Kara looked back at the pug. "Careful, they feed on air." She said.

A narrow, malevolent grin split Aella's lips and revealed her yellowed teeth as the feline glanced first at Spiritfrost, and then at Iridescentpaw. Ignoring the first she-cat's words, Aella spoke softly to Irid as she treated the pug's wounds. "And what about the creature that did this," she motioned with her tail at the destroyed territory, "to your land? Do you care about it?"

Kara looked up at Aella. "What do you know about the creature that did this?" She demanded.

Spiritfrost sideglanced at Kara. "Only if it isn't evil"

Kara swallowed a lump in her throat, looking at the embers. "I just need to know if the creature can do this." The embers of fire started swirling around her, flaring up and dying down, going up and side to side as if they were dancing. Kara flicked her tail and they suddenly died away, falling to the ground as ash.

Spiritfrost looked at the shaking ground and then at Kara. "I think the fire display was enough, Kara." She said nervously.

Kara looked at the shaking, her body tensing. "That isn't me..." she trailed off, looking around for any sign of who was doing it.

Kara glared at Spiritfrost. "Go get your siblings and run. These clans wont survive without the three of you. Now go!" Her eyes turned to the glowing. "I can hold off the fire, but only for a while."

Spiritfrost nodded and sprinted off.

Kara looked at the coon and nodded, taking a breath. She was ready for the fire.

Kara watched the fire come closer and concentrated. It flared for a moment, before starting to die down slowly. She grunted, the force draining her. I need water...she thought. She concentrated on what little plants there were and a thin stream of water came from them before getting flung at the flames.

Kara growled and the fire suddenly flared. She took another deep breathand the flames lowered. "Please do not spark any emotion in me or you will be burned alive." She said calmly. She rose a front paw, muttering something under her breath and slowly the fire rose into the air, spiraling. "If all goes well, that will take me to the creature. And if I'm right, its creatures." She looked at Aella before going back to the flames.

Kara closed her eyes. "Do not tempt me like a demon, Aella." She growled. "I believe that the creatures are pure evil. Do not think about the others, just power"

Kara started following the trail of flames, hoping they would take it to the creatures' lair

Kara stopped and started to laugh. "Me? Do this? No." She turned, looking at Aella. "Demons don't have green eyes. And, I don't kill. I swore to starclan and the gods themselves that I would never kill. Call me a monster, you cold hearted thing. Because this whole time, I will know I am quite the opposite." She then continued walking.

"If you've seen the things shes done, id believe in her too." A silver she cat bounded down a few fallen trees, a glare in her silver eyes. Behind her was Spiritfrost and a black tom.

Kara scowled seeing them. "I thought I told you to run." She snapped.

"Yeah well, last I checked you weren't my leader. Sorry Kara, but the last time we went up a hoard, you kinda needed our help." The tabby pointed out.

"And you said fire demons were rare. We know you well enough that water isn't your best element." Spiritfrost added.

Kara sighed and looked at Aella. "Yeah look at me, so smart. No, ive been an idiot since day one, thank you. And actually, yes I am basing it off an eye color. Mostly demons have red, amber, white, or violet eyes. Some may even have blue. But never in my whole life have I ever seen a demon with green. Its the color of joy, see. Something a demon will never truly experience nor understand." She loomed at the other three cats and sighed. "If you guys get killed Dovewing will have my head."

Dawncloud smirked. "Better not let us get killed then." She said, flicking her tail.
