OOC: Where could I jump in? I know that Splashpaw was talking to Lakepath, Rosepaw was with Bramblepaw and the others on a hunting patrol, Bristleheart was who knows where, maybe going to talk to Mistysky? and Fawnleap was with Stormkit.
It's okay if you moved on elsewhere with your cats, just looking for a quick recap so I can hop back in :P

OOC: Oh for sure, Wolffang! I was going through the new joinees and saw Ratwhisker and was thinking about asking you myself about perhaps linking Bristleheart to him! Both rival 'leaders' could come to him for advice as well, as Duskclaw's also linked to him through his apprenticeship. :3

I read somewhere that Cherished created a queen for the kits, but Fawnleap would gladly watch them as well, just as the queens would in the books, they'd all kinda share roles. Glad to know there'll be kits to play with for Stormkit!

OOC: Ooh that's right, Bristle was about to take Beepaw out. Okay, I'll just pop him nearby and have him have heard a scream or something idk, if that's okay with you?

Bristleheart:
Bristleheart's long, tapered ears swiveled as he caught the sound of a cat in distress nearby, his green eyes lighting up as he recognized the sound of his apprentice's voice. His large dark brown paws carried him swiftly towards the sound, having given up on the prey he'd tasted on the air. His mane shifted back and forth as he ran, but he couldn't give less of a mousetail how ragged he might look. He raised his muzzle to the air, scenting for his apprentice, and the metallic-smelling tang of blood rushed to his nostrils, which flared in distaste. "Beepaw?" he hollered, his green eyes searching the dense trees. He caught sight of an orange coat, his green eyes narrowing as he padded closer. "Mudpaw?" he asked questioningly, seeing his apprentice's white pelt mottled with leaves and mud as the orange tom dragged her through the leaves and debris that littered the forest floor. "What happened?" he noticed Beepaw lay curled up as she was dragged, obviously unhealthy. He panicked slightly, but put on an air of authority. "Mudpaw, run back to camp, warn Sheepheart and Inktail. I can pick her up and bring her back to camp quickly, and you're fast. You'd do Beepaw much more help." he mewed gruffly as he leaned down to pluck Beepaw by her scruff, his leg muscles rippling gently, careful not to jostle and injure the young she-cat further.

Bristleheart:
Bristleheart watched through solemn, yet slightly emotionless eyes as the apprentice stumbled over his words, explaining himself. "Do you think Beepaw needs explanation, or do you think she needs medicinal help?" he mewed, catching himself before he snarled at the young cat, realizing that might affect his position. "You can explain yourselves calmly later, once she has been treated." He watched as the orange apprentice high-tailed it towards camp, feeling slightly guilty for his gruff tone with the young cat, but gave himself a swift flick of the tip of his tail, knowing it had to be done to stop Mudpaw's sniveling and get him acting towards Beepaw's benefit. He felt saddened as he felt his apprentice droop under his grasp, I have to get her back quickly. I can't let her die. He began quickly back towards camp, careful to keep his neck craned, keeping her small body above the ground, clear from being dragged and scratching her pelt. His paws sought the soft forest floor, kicking up leaves, his tail streaming out behind him. Bristleheart watched his paws, careful not to trip over a loose stone, and continued, leaping out of the dense forest and into the camp clearing with strong strides. He made his way over to Inktail's den, blinking gratefully towards the medicine cat as he lay her down in a soft mossy nest. "Will she be okay?" he asked, his eyes betraying nothing as he glanced down at his apprentice, though his long claws sheathed and unsheathed, the only sign the tom could possibly be nervous. Even so, he let no other indication towards his emotions go.

Fawnleap:
The pretty brown-furred queen emerged from the nursery, shaking her pelt of stray moss as she glanced around the clearing with bleary, tired eyes. Stormkit had kept her up most of the night, due to his constant playfulness and kit antics. Noticing Tricklingbrook, she nodded at the young she-cat, a small smile lighting up her features.

Bristleheart:
The dark tabby stalked out of the den, sitting down on his haunches a couple of fox lengths away from the den, his dark green eyes surveying the rest of his Clan. He couldn't believe the apprentices could be so mouse-brained as to go near the adder's territory. Either way, the Clan needed to figure out how to prevent it from happening yet again. He cast several glances over the Clan, mulling whether or not he should speak out like a leader might. He thought for a couple of moments before rising to his paws and padding towards Mudpaw, a slight frown on his muzzle. "Mudpaw," he asked assertively, raising his tail slightly, "Could you show me where towards where you and Beepaw found the adders? I need to scope out how the west territory looks, and how we could potentially stop any other cat from being bitten as well." He stretched his back legs out gently as he waited for a response from the young cat, his ears flattening slightly as he thought about his apprentice's unconscious body laying weak, small against the moss he'd laid her down in.
He turned towards Ravenpaw, his ears pricking with surprise as she came barreling towards Mudpaw and himself. "Beepaw was bitten by an adder." he mewed abruptly, his voice level. "She's unconscious, but Inktail is treating her. Don't go rushing in there, she doesn't need company in the weak state she's in. Where's your mentor?" he asked, realizing he could send a patrol along with himself to see the adder territory.

Fawnleap:
Fawnleap purred rustily as Stormkit came tumbling out of the nursery, feeling his small body thump gently against her back, and watching him rush away in a flurry of paws and kit-fur. "Careful, Stormkit. Not everyone is as energetic as you in the morning." she called after him, her pawsteps heavy with sleep as she lumbered after the young tom.

OOC: I honestly love Hope as a character! Is she going to remain and die as a loner? Or will she join the Clan before her kits come? Bristleheart doesn't exactly have the *softest* heart, like his name suggests, but as for the kits, I think of the three he would honestly love Hawkkit, because the kit stands up for himself and is stubborn and all. As for Hope, I don't really know, what are your thoughts there? Cause I feel like Bristle would feel like she's kind of a prey-stealer, a loner on their land and all, but idkk :P

Whats the new and improved plot look like?
EDIT: Oh okay got it!

XD, チェリー, of course he's got some Tigerclaw and Thistleclaw pants laying around ;)

I HAVE sO many TempestClan tabs open right now oml XD I'm swamped

OOC: aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhh character inconsistency :')

EDIT: But he honestly feels for Beepaw, mostly because he's her mentor, he doesn't exactly want it to affect her training, especially under his own surveillance, nor does he want her to die... Idk call me a terrible roleplayer I can't make up an excuse XD

Bristleheart:
Bristleheart grew tired of waiting, and with a quick flick of his tail, he turned and followed Mudpaw towards the west area of the territory, keeping alert of his surroundings to avoid being surprised by the venomous adders. He observed the area through distanced green eyes, a frown forming over his maw. He turned to the apprentice, resting back on his haunches slightly. "Don't apologize. It's mouse-brained." he mewed bluntly, sweeping his tail over the ground, "Apologizing gets cats nowhere. Its a temporary bandage. Do you think a simple 'sorry' would heal Beepaw's bite?" he asked, giving Mudpaw a glance out of the corner of his eye. The warrior looked forward once again, his eyes focused on the adder rocks, before speaking again, "Though I have to say, you sucked up your whimpers and booked it out to alert Inktail." he shrugged his massive shoulders, rising to his paws again. "I'm going to go back to the Clan and tell them to stay away from here for now. The fresh-kill isn't worth being bitten. Go uncover your prey." he ordered gruffly, staying back to wait for the younger cat.

Fawnleap:
"Go speak with Ratwhisker for a while, maybe," the queen suggested to her foster kit, flicking her ear, knowing he could fend on his own inside the camp for a while. She padded off to the fresh-kill pile, staring out into the forest, seeming as excited as a kit. Her paws itched to hunt and practice her battle training, and climb trees again. She allowed her gaze to sweep over the Clan, and for the first time in a long while, she wondered if she'd ever find a mate again.

Splashpaw:
The tom watched her with a playful twinkle in his eye, his tail swishing softly against the ground, curling neatly over his paws, "Lakepath, if you give me the herbs you give to elder's, I may start gossiping like one, too." his eyes narrowed, and he stifled back a purr as he began to croon, "Back in my day.." He paused, looking around to be sure Ratwhisker wasn't listening in, his blue eyes alight with laughter. "We could maybe go hunting? Unless you have any better ideas.." he remembered they'd had a spot when they'd first come to the Clan, where they'd play games and goof around. He looked up into her eyes expectantly, hoping she maybe had the same idea.

I understand why it's called TempestClan now, everyone's cats are a storm of different sexualities XD

As for Bristleheart.. you got me there. Maybe it's just his roleplayer who's a bit soft-hearted ;)

OOC: Alriight I'm recapped and ready to go.. :P

IC:

Splashpaw:
Splashpaw flicked an ear as Inktail's voice sounded throughout the clearing, calling for Lakepath. He watched as his friend apologized and bolted off to help, feeling a slight twinge in his chest as he watched her leave, her tail waving behind her like a black banner. "We'll hang out later," he called shyly, before turning the other way, his splotched gray-and-white tail flicking as he headed towards the fresh-kill pile, as he hadn't eaten yet throughout the whole day. His stomach growled aggressively as the scent of mouse flooded his nostrils. If only Lakepath didn't have medicine cat duties... I wonder if anything would be different between us.. he turned to watch her go once more, We'd be able to spend much more time, that's for sure. She's happy though. That's all that matters.

Bristleheart:
The large tabby tom sat by the edge of camp within the shadows, enjoying the slight breeze that ruffled through his thick fur. His green gaze surveyed the Clan, and he wondered whether he should pay Ratwhisker a visit for awhile. He unsheathed his claws and dug them into the soft ground, feeling the dirt between them curiously. He had heard that Duskclaw had an idea for the next day, and he lashed his tail, knowing an activity within the Clan would surely turn his Clanmates towards the other prospective leader. His thoughts turned quickly to the rogues that lived along the border of TempestClan, knowing that they were incredibly capable of immoral conduct. He had to find a way to stop Duskclaw, and an idea began forming in his head. He glanced out towards the Clan, knowing everyone was busy in their own worlds, and exited from the camp, his large paws plodding softly against the rotten leaves of the forest floor. A determined look set on his face, he set out, searching for rogue scents along the borders, looking to talk to one.

Bristleheart:
The muscular tabby gazed at the rogue through guarded green eyes, unfazed by his aggressive reaction. He forced his fur to lie flat, and kept his claws sheathed, though his tail flicked with disappointment. His dipped his head towards the rogue, wanting to roll his eyes at the other cat's extravagant manner. "Good afternoon." he mewed curtly in greeting. He could smell the tang of rabbit blood on the rogue's breath, and fought to keep from licking his lips. Seeing how close the other cat was to the border, he wondered whether he'd caught the rabbit on Clan territory. He shrugged to himself, knowing that his proposition would be of much greater magnitude than a single rabbit. He sat his rump to the ground, licking a paw and dragging it over his ear, wanting to appear as unthreatening as possible.
"I understand this may be.. untraditional, to say the least," he mewed through his teeth, bringing his intense gaze to the rogue's eyes, "I've been searching for the rogues that live along the border, looking for one who may be willful and strong enough to even challenge myself as I walk along my side of the border.." he paused as he sized up the cat in front of him before speaking, "but it appears as though you found me. May I ask your name?" he asked calmly, a good-natured glint appearing in his eyes as he spoke
