Bristleheart:
Bristleheart grew tired of waiting, and with a quick flick of his tail, he turned and followed Mudpaw towards the west area of the territory, keeping alert of his surroundings to avoid being surprised by the venomous adders. He observed the area through distanced green eyes, a frown forming over his maw. He turned to the apprentice, resting back on his haunches slightly. "Don't apologize. It's mouse-brained." he mewed bluntly, sweeping his tail over the ground, "Apologizing gets cats nowhere. Its a temporary bandage. Do you think a simple 'sorry' would heal Beepaw's bite?" he asked, giving Mudpaw a glance out of the corner of his eye. The warrior looked forward once again, his eyes focused on the adder rocks, before speaking again, "Though I have to say, you sucked up your whimpers and booked it out to alert Inktail." he shrugged his massive shoulders, rising to his paws again. "I'm going to go back to the Clan and tell them to stay away from here for now. The fresh-kill isn't worth being bitten. Go uncover your prey." he ordered gruffly, staying back to wait for the younger cat.
Fawnleap:
"Go speak with Ratwhisker for a while, maybe," the queen suggested to her foster kit, flicking her ear, knowing he could fend on his own inside the camp for a while. She padded off to the fresh-kill pile, staring out into the forest, seeming as excited as a kit. Her paws itched to hunt and practice her battle training, and climb trees again. She allowed her gaze to sweep over the Clan, and for the first time in a long while, she wondered if she'd ever find a mate again.

The tom watched her with a playful twinkle in his eye, his tail swishing softly against the ground, curling neatly over his paws, "Lakepath, if you give me the herbs you give to elder's, I may start gossiping like one, too." his eyes narrowed, and he stifled back a purr as he began to croon, "Back in my day.." He paused, looking around to be sure Ratwhisker wasn't listening in, his blue eyes alight with laughter. "We could maybe go hunting? Unless you have any better ideas.." he remembered they'd had a spot when they'd first come to the Clan, where they'd play games and goof around. He looked up into her eyes expectantly, hoping she maybe had the same idea.
