"Hello Soulpaw" Swanfur said cheerfully. "alright Berrykit. lets me take a look" Swanfu looked at the kits paw and saw that the pad was broken and the thorn was in deeply. "Berrykit. how long has this been in your paw? and dont lie" she said

"You should have come see me right away! Now it will hurt to take it out!" She scolded the kit. Swanfur turned to Soulpaw. "ok Soulpaw, i want you to take out the thorn with your teeth. SLOWLY! And do we have any coltsfoot?" She mewed

"Soulpaw! You could have done it slower. it would have hurt less! Anyway, squeeze the coltsfoot on the pad. Why should you put coltsfoot on it?" Swanfur Asked her young apprentice

Swanfur sighed. Soulpaw kept getting things wrong. "No soulpaw. Think harder."

"YOU SHOULD KNOW! YOU HAVE DONE THIS MILLIONS OF TIMES!" Swanfur screamed angerly. "IF YOU DONT KNOW WHAT COLTSFOOT DOES COLTSFOOT! THAN YOU SOULDNT BE A MEDICINE CAT!"

"I am Brightfur and this is my mate, Jaystorm. I am expecting kits in less that a moon and we need a place to stay." Brightfur pleaded

Brightfur looked at Jaystorm and there eyes met. Jaystorm nodded. "permenant." brightfur said "We were in a clan once. But they wished to kill all other cats and rule everything so we left." Jaystorm added in

Swanfur saw the look on the young cats face and ran. why had she gotten so mad? she was usually so happy
Swanfur needed to talk to Leafstar.

"thank you so much!" Brightfur said "This means so much to us!" then everything went black as brightfur passed out "HELP!" Jaystorm called "I need a medicine cat! I think shes dehidrated!"

Swanfur began to sob "I-I-I yelled at Soulpaw just because he didnt know what coltsfoot does! Im never like this! I dont know what to do Leafstar. Lately i havent felt myself.... almost... empty like im missing something" Swanfur said between sobs

Jaystorm lied next to his mate and licked her ear. "Where is your medicine cat!!!!" Jaystorm exlaimed

Swanfur nodded respectfully and walked over to Soulpaw "I'm so sorry Soulpaw! I havent been myself! I hope you can forgive me! And PLEASE continue to train as a medicine cat! I know you will make a great medicine cat one day..." She said quickly

Swanfur needed someone. She decided after she talked to Soulpaw that she would go talk to her friend, Crossshade.

JAystorm nodded and ran to the medicine cat den. feverfew feverfew he thought. ah! here it is! he picked up a pile of feverfew and moss and ran to a puddle near by. Jaystorm soaked the moss with water and ran back to the leader "Here. he said as he dropped the herbs near her. Will she be okay? is she giving birth??"

"Will she be okay?" Jaystorm said franticlly

"To be honest, Im not quite sure Crossshade" Swanfur sighed. "I feel empty. Like I'm missing something but I'm not sure what." She mewed sadly. "You should get some rest Soulpaw. Tomorrow I want to go through some new herbs with you. Im going to rest myself so you should too. Oh and goodnight Crossshade." Swanfur realized what she was missing, a mate. no she told herself its against warrior code! But Crossshade.... Swanfur pushed the idea out of her head. Its not like Crossshade would like her back anyways. Swanfur put her head down on her fresh bedding, said goodnight to Soulpaw, and drifted off to sleep

OOC: I was wondering if i could do like a secret romance type thing with Swanfur and a Tom in the clan. Its just an idea so if not thats ok. i just wanted to ask :) And see you tomorrow!
