Articpaw had come back from an unsuccessful hunt for bats. No luck, only one small one. Figuring she might as well give something to those cute, adorable fuzz balls called kits, she went into the nursery, looking for a kit to talk to. Hello, hungry? she attempted to ask. Seeing the cave, she really felt sorry. Poor kits, having to wait until they could finally feel the sun on their backs. These kittens had probably never experienced sunlight. Maybe.

Wow. Articpaw hadn't moved a muscle since she realized she was pregnant. And now she was going to change that. So heaving herself to her feet, the white furred apprentice hauled herself out of the camp and into the forest. Such a pretty forest too. With the umbrage cast by the trees and the scent of sap, dripping out. And the musky scent of leaves and the chirping that the deaf apprentice couldn't hear. So with a grin on her face, which was rare ever since she curiously took a nibble of catnip, she bounded towards the lake, when something shiny flashed in the sunlight. So Articpaw padded over and sniffed kit, and gingerly picked it up with her teeth. A necklace! With a pretty blue pendant that sparkled merrily like a brook weaving it's way down a hill. Slipping it on, with difficulty, Articpaw waddled towards the lake and bent down to drink a bit.
Sitting upright, a strange scent filled her nose. A dog? The apprentice-queen reluctantly stood up, grumbling. Couldn't she have a little time to herself? Then her heart melted. An adorable Rhodesian Ridgeback puppy, soaked. Must have fallen in the lake, she thought, before going over to lick him dry. Soon they puppy was sort of tamed, and Articpaw was trying to ride on it's back. "Too darn fat!" she grumbled under her breath, as she fell down again. Bumble bees.
Walking away, knowing the dog would follow her, she started back to camp, thinking of what her clan,ages would think. Heh heh!

I was so inactive with her, and all my other characters, so I need to start boosting my muse up for her. So yeah, she might find an adorable puppy as a pet or something.
