Nightwing felt her emotions bubbling over and she walked faster trying to get rid of them. Why couldn't I be as normal as the other cats? Was I really that insignificant? Oh Fox-dung I'm so weird!!! I can't believe I actually thought i could have kits one day! Ha! She clawed at some flowers ripping their petals. Feeling the depression roll off her in waves she collapsed near the river. "I miss you feather paw........" She said to her brother. "It's so lonely without you.."

Lillystream exited Hawkstars den and found Icepaw sitting in the middle of camp. "Icepaw! Come here I need to talk to you!" she beckoned.

Gingerpaw shrugged. He lifted his nose and tried to get at least a scent of the lost kit. After a few seconds he looked at Glacierpaw "I got nothing." He said. "What about you?"

Sparrowheart looked at Miststar sadly. Every time he looked at her he felt guilty. Like he should have done more to help his leader when the dogs had attacked. Feeling useless and upset he passed by Sandpelt and walked out of the camp.
