[size=10][font=georgia]why not just say that a person was banned, without disclosing why? it would keep people up to date, and keep the specific details rather confidential. there could also be a disclaimer that people make mistakes and that you shouldn't discriminate against those banned (which should be a rulebreak, in my eyes) (a youtuber did that with his fanbase after they went and personally attacked a lot of people he made videos on). it would just be informative.

me: well, there's no reason they won't let me do this on my own. if anything, it'll be a burden of more work i'm willing to accept because i'll have to do all of it instead of only a portion of it. "could i do it on my own?"
teacher: nope... (puts me into a group with slacker kids that i hardly even know, so i'll basically be doing all the work anyways, only it'll be more annoying and they'll get a free good mark >_<)

i seriously haven't had a partner for work that has actually pulled their weight in all of high school so far, nor have i had a teacher that actually punishes the partners/group members who don't do any work, despite me telling them about it (if anything, my mark is worse because of their lack of knowledge on the topic for presentations :/)
