Ivystar left Crowwing to find his mate and went to sit on the high rock.She wasn't calling a meeting yet, but needed a few moments of rest.She thought about when she went to the Moon Pool just a few moons ago.If she kept losing lives like this she wouldn't be leader for long, but she also needed to protect her clan with her life as well.

Oakwing stood refusing to sit on the muddy camp floor.He sighed and looked up at Ivystar.He could tell she was exhausted, but he also knew that his sister would pull through and help the clan with rebuilding.

Northernpaw looked at all her clan mates wondering if any needed assistance.

Recap: A flood just swept through the camp and caused serious damage to the camp.Ivystar lost a life and Silverpaw is injured.

Ainia looked around.She wasn't much of a hunter and she wasn't ever really the know-it-all kind on the outdoors, but she did know alot about medicine and useful herbs.She decided that she would go into the forest and find things that could be used as medicine.

Mason went to the edge of the beach and gathered two sticks.He returned to the beach with the sticks and bundles of leaves and small sticks.Placing the small sticks in a bundle along with the leaves he had gathered.Placing one stick over the leaves he rubbed the other stick on the flat one.He rubbed it up and down and spun it quickly hoping to create enough heat to make a fire.

Northernkit ran out of the nursery and into the warriors den.She saw the white warrior Snowfall inside and jumped behind her hoping to be unseen with the blending of the twos white fur.

Mouseear sat outside the medicine cats den her tail flicking.She watched Snowykit run into the den, but saw that he was only hiding and was causing no damage to the den or herbs.

Ainia looked up at Alexa as she fired the makeshift bow she had.She stood up and walked over to her."Nice bow"she said and looked at the tree she had hit.She could see a pair of shoes on a branch that had been swaying."Hello?"she called and walked a little closer.She saw a boy in the tree that looked rather upset to have an arrow be shot his way."Hi"she said looking up at Mathew."I'm Ainia"she introduced and looked back at Alexa."I wanted to ask you if you wanted to go in the forest with me.I needed to get some herbs and maybe you can hunt.I see that your good with a bow"she said looking at the object in her hand."Maybe you can come to if you'd like"she said turning to the boy in the tree.

Northernpaw padded over to Icepaw."Are you alright?"she asked the tom.She was aware of Icepaw's attitude, but could see the tom may need assistance.

Fortunewing sat listening to the forest.She watched Tinypaw catch her prey.'Good.She is doing well'she thought.

Arisenflame stretched and laughed when he heard something in his back pop.He looked around for Shadowsky a wide smile on his maw.

Northernpaw gave a soft growl of frustration at the tom."If your really fine.Come help me check other cats then"she meowed her eyes narrowed as she looked at him.Her tail lashed just above the water that surrounded her paws.

Ivystar looked at her clan from the high rock.She held her head high and smiled despite the tragedy that just happened.She knew her clan was strong and would be able to pull through.

Redfur looked around for Mintfur and his kits.His eyes scanned the camp and his heart was racing.He lost them after the wave hit the camp.

Oakwing stood watching the clan.He waited for Ivystar's announcement.His ears flicked softly and his eyes were narrowed.He hated the way the water made his pelt cling to his body.

Ainia smiled and looked up at the boy in the tree and waited for his answer.Thinking to herself she reminded herself to gather things to make some type of knife while they were out in the forest.A sharp rock and vines would be useful.Maybe some sap to help it all stick together too.

Arisenflame could she Shadowsky lying in the sun.He padded over to the black furred she-cat and sat down next to her."Het Shadowsky"the tom purred.

Ainia watched as Alexa ran off to help the girl who had screamed.Running over as well she saw that the girl had been injured.Running up to the girl she looked at her injured arm and leg."I can take care of that"she said and looked down at the dead boar.

Mason looked up at the boy who called him over to start a fire.With a slightly irritated sigh the boy nodded and went back to his set up for his fire.Rubbing the stick again he saw a spark flare, but almost as soon as it appeared it was gone.With a little more hope for the fire he rubbed the stick faster and faster causing a few more sparks.

Redfur ran over to the medicine cats den and looked over the log.He could see his mate Mintdur inside.Panic riseing inside him he called out her name, but saw no movement from her.His eyes widening he helped Crowwing and Scarletfeather move the heavy log out of the way.

Ivystar jumped down from the highrock and joined Moonflower."What is it?"she asked.Her pelt bristled slightly as she listened to the commotion by the medicine cats den.She hoped no cat was going to die from the flood and that the four medicine cats would be able to help every cat.

Northernpaw rolled her eyes and walked away from Icepaw her tail lashing.She had given up on the tom.She wouldn't try and help someone who didn't want her help.

Oakwing ran over to the medicine cats den to try and help remove the log as well.

Leafkit and Cherrykit cried softly near their siblings.The two kits were scared for their mother."Mommy!"they whimpered watching the warriors try to move the log.

With more than six cats helping to move the log it slowly pushed through the mud and made enough space for the cats to get inside.Redfur raced inside the den and over to Mintfur.He prodded her side gently hoping to see her eyes open.

Applecore blushed slightly."Um...are you hungry?"she asked looking at the fresh kill pile.She smiled and looked back at Jaggedstrike.

Leafkit and Cherrykjt were comforted by the other queen and purred as they heard Sunpaw's call."She's okay"Cherrykit told Leafkit and looked up at Lynxclaws.

Redfur purred as he saw his mate couching up water.He was relieved to see that she was okay.He didn't want to lose his mate.

Ivystar gave a small gasp at Moonflowers knews.The young leader felt tears form in her eyes.Ivystar hugged the old medicine cat as tears rolled down her cheeks."I'm...I'm sorry Moonflower.I'm sure that you will be a valued member of Star Clan"she meowed softly."Do you know when?"she asked looking at the medicine cats face for maybe the last time.

Ainia thanked Alexa and took the vine.She held up the vine to the injured girl."When we get back to the beach I can wrap it in seaweed.The seaweed is wider so it will work a little better"she said.
