Sucre paused mid stance, turning her amber gaze to Batter in particular, after it had flitted from Tormentedpaw. "Hello, huge ducky. I hope we have the chance to be further acquainted in the future, my friend." She mewed, the grin that stretched across her maw bearing a sense of genuine inquisitiveness as she measured his seemingly drawn out words on her consciousness. Batter, was it? He did remind her of a ducky, oddly enough, but she only twitched her tail at the thought, unwilling to display any further emotion past her visible mirth.

The femme, since joining, had worn her pawpads to bloodied flesh after exploring every nook and cranny within BloodClan, but she had not once neared the dens in which they would sleep. No, the trainee would curl up directly to the far right of the entrance, gently silhouetted by the shadows of the setting sun as she lolled a lollipop in her jaws. How long had it been since she had been able to satisfy her craving for sugar? Sucre bore the ever present grin that had become her signature feature as she observed the passerbys of the clearing, closing her molten amber eyes as the fleeting thoughts crossed her conscious. Perhaps she would see her ducky friend once more, if it would help her finally settle into these strange surroundings she had been placed in- even though Sucee bore a much more enigmatic nature compared to the usual hustle of Clan life.

"Hello, old friend." Sucre laughed as she briefly placed a paw on Ava's skull, before receding to Batter's side with a grin. Ah, she remembered the leader of the Kingdom, of which she had briefly visited before finding refuge in BloodClan. The fem didn't forget faces that easily- especially one so recent. "You did well, my dear friend." The fem mewed, quiet enough so that the second tier beside her would be able to hear the faint exhale of her words.
-
Sucre couldn't suppress the laughter that was building in her chest at this point. It was ever present; but unlike her grin, it was only ocassionally that she would let the chime like sound escape her. Only now would she allow it to escape her, quiet enough that it would not wake those in the trainee den beside her; but as she rolled the candy pieces through her paws, the fem felt relief course through her veins at the sight, even the mere feel of them under her pawpads. What wonders a simple merchant could achieve. Supplying her with what seemed to be a week's worth of sugar, the fem felt her grin reach it's breaking point at the thought of satisfying her crippling dependence on the substance. It was what she had been named after since birth, after all. Perhaps she would be able to see her ducky friend, the trainee thought as a bubble of laughter slipped from her, if it were to ease her conscious. He bore too much of a resemblance to those she had once known to let him slip from her sights so easily, even if Sucre denied to herself that she was seeking out the face amongst the crowds that were dissipating within the clearing.
-
Opening a single eye towards the second tier, a slip of laughter escaped the fem, though brief as she began speaking. "Hello my dear friend." She mewed. Oddly enough, she made no mention of his drawling speech, as much as it intrigued her- it'd be rather rude if she were to confront him on such a matter. "BloodClan has been treating me well- such sweet people reside here. Generous, too." Sucre meowed with a slight tilt of her head, before smiling towards Shatteredcub. "Peachy, actually. A pleasure to meet you, little ducky." She purred lightly.
-
Sucre had found herself walking the territories of BloodClan aimlessly- to the point of which the strings that were attached to her paws had began to shrivel under the mere heat, and fraying at their end points. What a shame that the fem hadn't been able to make use of the weapons as of late; that was, of late. Ever since witnessing the capture of the Kingdom of Eden's capture, the trainee had felt a sudden blossom of intent begin to grow within her. After all, since Batter had achieved such an impressive feat, Sucre found herself now questioning her strength. However, this never fractured her ever present grin as she sat amongst the barren land that was BloodClan's lands, observing a scuttling lizard that was only within a few feet of her current position.

Would you be able to make the thread, Ryxol? If not, that's alright. uvu

"If it isn't the Batter." Sucre grinned as she met his gaze, though she shook a feeling of sudden self awareness when she had. "Sorry. I was hoping I wasn't being too loud. How are you fairing, friend?" She inquired, rising to her paws as she spoke. As usual, she subconsciously rolled her shoulders; however, it did nothing to disguise her regretfully dwarfed figure compared to the majority of those in BloodClan, who seemed to loom over her with ease. Yet it seemed that with Batter, she felt that she no longer needed to hunch her frame or extend her shoulder blades to appear threatening; even to Sucre, the second tier had become an enigma to her, even if she had come to develop some trust for him over their experiences.

Oh? This would peak Sucre's attention upon approaching, flicking an ear as she gazed towards Ancalagon inquisitively. Perhaps the contest would serve as a chance for them fem to secure her first capture- though she had taken a life, though mostly out of mercy, not once had the trainee taken someone hostage. Feeling her grin creep even further across her maw, Sucre would only nod towards the deputy before turning to depart, as to tend to her own thoughts.
-
With a grin blossoming across Sucre's maw, until it reached its extent, the fem only nodded before loping after Carsei while conserving her energy for battle.
-
"Let us dance, my friend." Sucre purred as she lunged towards Hiro's figure, though moving numbly to avoid his line of vision. It was then that the lithe trainee aimed to bury her claws into the reptile's tail, all while retaining her usual grin.
-
"Then it is within your power to shut her miserable mouth at your discretion, my dear friend." Sucre meowed upon approaching, lashing her tail as she made contact with the canine, allowing a slip of laughter to escape her at the sight of the pitiful poodle. The fem cast a glance towards Lucy, her signature grin upturning slightly as she craned her head towards the third tier. "You did well, Lucy." She praised before turning her inquisitive look towards the anonymous hostage.
-
The fem allowed her body to curl through the air, before she angled her paws to land on the grund in a ska Ted fashion, as to allow her bones to absorb partial amounts of the shock. Turning back towards the reptilian figure, Sucre leapt towards Hiro's wingtips; however, as she aimed to bury her teeth into the flesh, she would also attempt to release them slightly to drag through the sinews, as to ensure damage.
-
Sucre dettached herself from the dragon soon after she had completed the attack; however, as she turned to fall from the grip she had secured, searing agony roared through her left flank as she landed against the ground. In time, she had managed to dodge away from the full force of the blow, but crimson beads now began to weep against her pelt where she had been scratched. In order to give herself time to recover, the trainee then attempted to use her sound manipulation in order to create a painstakingly high pitched noise that would, if she succeeded, resonate at full force in Hiro's ears.
-
Sucre sincerely doubted she had any connection to BloodClanners; that is, her father could have been of any allegiance, but all she knew of him was his name, Enoch. Her mother was still alive, though barely living in the Bureau, where she had last heard from the wench. Yet upon approaching, the ever-grinning trainee simply rolled her shoulders as she spoke. "If anyone is to be captured, ThunderClan may be an option. Or the Covenant, if you're seeking out a reward, little ducky." She mewed as she sat a few taillengths from Altercub.
-
How cruel the world was. How it took such pleasure in the anguish of others. Sucre remembered her father uttering such words when she was the tender age of a few moons, enough that her ears had developed but she was not able to understand what he meant; but upon approaching, the trainee understood its full extent, as she had her entire lifetime. And how cruel, for Blackpaw to leave his lover a dying note placing the blame of his death on her, to burden her shoulders with grief. She could not utter any words of empathy, nor comfort her- for such outside support would not alter the fact that he was deceased, unless he was to return later. Thus, Sucre only bowed her head to the corpse, while wading in her own thoughts.
-
"I remember you, little ducky. Altercub, if I recall." The trainee mewed, the faintest chime of laughter lacing her words as she spoke. "What brings you here? Though I suppose you could ask me the same, my friend." Sucre mewed as she swiveled her molten amber gaze towards the cub, her grin ever present, though silhouetted by the rays of the setting sun. Whatever strength lie within herself, the fem had only discovered its partial evidence; her physical strength depended on the use of her stamina and nimbleness, though lacking compared to the brute force of most BloodClanners.
As for mentally, it was where the lines of her knowledge were crossed. It was simply unknown territory, of which it had been tested on numerous occasions; and yet, Sucre could not find it within herself as to trust this primal instinct, for it was a two-sided sword. One length promising knowledge and tactics, as well as common sense- however, the second length was dictated by experience and the lack of normality most seemed to bear in their own sense. However, as such thoughts flitted across her conscious, unearthing various contradictions to her own beliefs, the trainee mentioned nothing of the sort and her facial expressions had taken an unwavering stance.
