Seahawk snarled and leaped forward, the turkey he was aiming for gobbled and dodged easily out of the way. A second turkey turned its attention form the she-cat to smash it's hooked beak at his head. Seahwak leaped sideways barely dodging the deadly attack. If turkeys were cats, they'd be a deadly adversary.

Seahawk leaned forward onto the tips on his paws and used a striking technique he'd learned from an old grey dock cat, so whipped a large turkey's legs out from under it. He leaped onto the bird's neck and bit into it's neck, slicing it's jugular.

seahawk leaped onto the back of the turkey slashing at the she-cat with it's talons. The dark brown tabby didn't bother slicing at the feathered back. That wouldn't do any good. He wrapped his forelegs over the turkey's neck and tried to rip open the soft skin under it's chin.

Seahawk kicked off of the turkey and landed lightly next to lilytail, "you're welcome. I don't understand why they're all here though. Turkeys don't usually travel in flocks this big, and not in this territory."
the tom had to duck out of the way as another turkey slashed at where he'd been standing.

Seahawk whirled around in pain as one of the turkey's taloned feet smashed across his shoulder. The dark tabby leaped back sideways bristling. His bright blue eyes were narrowed to slits as he snarled at the large bird.

Seahawk kicked dirt into the angry tom bird's face and whirled about to sprint away. The large angry bird gave chase and so the streak of brown cat sprang into the low branches of a tree. The large bird flapped it's clumsy wings and fumbled into the air after him.
Seahawk hissed and leaped out of the tree, tackling the bird in mid-air. The bird dropped under the tom cat's weight and flapped it's wings frantically. they both smashed into the ground. Seahawk was thrown off of the bird and knocked heavily onto his back.
-
Seahawk rolled dizzily to his feet. he shook his head breathlessly and glanced over to the turkey. It wasn't moving and its neck was at an odd angle. Seahawk smiled in relief, but winced and a shot of pain lanced through his back. Ow... he must have pulled something.

Seahawk padded over to the dead bird and sniffed it. no sense in letting it go to waste. He dug through its feathers and bit into it. He ate his fill silently. He licked his lips and looked at the dead bird. It was way to big for him to finish. He looked about and scented the air. If he could find the clan cats he could give it to them.
-
Seahawk padded toward a strong smell. He paused by a rock. Oh, it was one of those markers the clan cats were always setting. he might be close then. He tried to figure out which clan it belonged to, but really, besides the river cats, all clan cats smelled the same to him. the dark brown tabby padded across the marked border.

Seahawk spotted Nightpaw stalking one of the birds. He smiled at the small cat who was trying to hunt the large bird. This would be interesting to watch.
But instead he turned and ran back to where he'd left the dead turkey. He grasped it by the leg and began slowly dragging it toward where he'd seen the apprentice.

Seahawk dragged the bird until it was a few treelengths away from where he'd last seen Nightpaw. He let out an earsplitting yowl and then turned, running out of the territory. He knew through experience that some clan cats were not friendly toward loners.

Starlight's pale yellow fur whipped around her as she sat silently on the railing of the lighthouse.
A low mumbling came from behind her and a hand scratched behind her ear. She purred and turned to look at the lighthouse-oldfolk with warm blue eyes. Normally she liked to distance herself from folk, but this oldfolk was kind and he allowed her to come into the lighthouse in leafbare or during storms.
The oldfolk mumbled something under his breath and stared out to the dark churning sea. Starlight followed his gaze and watched the angry ocean waves. This was another reason she liked the oldfolk. He seemed to love the sea as much as Starlight did.

Seahawk heard a hiss not far from where he'd retreated to. he could still hear the gobble of run-away turkeys and he sighed. Turkeys weren't much fun. They had tempers and when they weren't attacking you they were making annoying gobbling noises. Curiously the salty sea cat crept over to where he'd heard the hiss. He found yet another turkey attacking a cat. it looked like another clan apprentice, but more trained or older. whatever, clan cats were all the same.
-
Seahawk shook his head at the fighting cat and turkey and padded away. really turkeys were ridiculous. still a question pressed at his mind; 'How had all the turkey's gotten there?'

[br]I am a scarred she-cat with round, wild eyes and a large build. I am impatient with other cats and can be overly critical of them, but I would never intentionally hurt a kit.

Seahawk padded toward the strongest scent of turkey and headed toward the turkeyfarm. Soon he came upon the broken fence. He looked at the empty pen in dismay. All those turkeys had come from here! why on earth were village folk keeping so many turkeys in one place??

Seahawk shook his head at the broken fence and padded back into the forest. He poked around a bit until he found a hollow log. Normally he wouldn't sleep inside Clan territory, but it was late and the clans seemed to be preoccupied with all the turkeys. He curled up and dozed off.

Ashenstorm crouched on the edge of Riverclan territory. He'd heard that strange things were happening over here, so he'd come to investigate. It was good to always be prepared. His grey and brown tabby pelt blended in well as he slid through the trees silently.
