Back on.spottedfeather padded into camp with a rabbit.she put it on the freshkill pile .she walked up tofocstar and told him about brackenheart."that's wonderful news."he mewed."get. Some rest.we are having a midnight clan meeting."he mewed,a sparkle in his eyes.

When brackenheart didn't come back spottedfeThet went looking for him.she was worried about her mate.

"Yes,you know the way better than me anyways."she mewed around a mouthful of fish

Spottedfeather pelted back to camp.minutes later all of the family was pelting out to brackenheart.when the got there,they carefully dug up the trap and layed brackenheart on his side. Echosong got to work soaking up the blood.she put a wad of cobweb over the wound."that's all I can do."she mewed.tears welled in spottedfeathers eyes."he can't be dead,he just can't!"she mewed.saddness overwhelmed her and she burst into tears.

Spottedfeather was sitting farther away, when she heard her mate,she leapt up and pelted over to his side.she licked his flank until it was drenched."I thought you were going to leave me." echosong had padded off to find herbs.she returned and replaced the dressing."can you stand up?"echosong asked.

Spottedfeather lived his leg clean and let him lean on her shoulder."you look like ten badgers attacked you and then left you for dead."foxstar mewed.the others obviously agreed."we need to get you back to camp."echosong mewed."you need a proper place to sleep."spottedfeather was still at his side.

Spottedfeather helped brackenheart to his feet.Bloodheart padded along his other side, balancing him.they all made their way back to camp.

Spottedfeather winced as brackenheart pulled a wire out of his leg

Echosong quickly found more supplies and dressed the new wound.she told everyone to pitch In as they carried brackenheart back to camp.

They laid him in the med.cat den so echosong could keep an eye on him.spottedfeather refused to leave.she whispered gently in his ear."your going to be a father,so don't die,please!"she drifted to sleep beside brackenheart.

Spottedfeather told her sibling of what brackenheart had asked her and what was on it's way here." really we are so happy for you"they all mewed.they all went out hunting.spottedfeather went I yo the med.cat den and layoff a rabbit at brackenhearts paws.

Hi brackenheart, how are you feeling?"she asked with concern for her mate. echosong padded over and redressed the wounds on his neck and leg.she padded back to sleep."do you remember what I said last night?"spottedfeather asked.she knew she was having kits. echosong told her two kits were inside of her swelling belly.she had moved into the nursery and took cougartail for company.

That's a perfect name."she purred.she bent down and nuzzled her mate."well I have to go.visit when your better!"she called as she padded out and over to the nursery.she settled down and was talking to cougartail.

ooc:hawkfeather is accepted.and silverfur1,how about his leg is permanently broken ,so his leg is just limp. he has three legs that work but he still has four legs.
Ic:spottedfeather was sad because wolftalon and cougartail left but Bloodheart ,foxstar ,fangheart and echosong were still there.she purred and drifted into a nap.

Spottedfeather sat and found herself standing and heading for brackenheart. she curled down beside him and went to sleep

Spottedfeather woke up beside her mate.she purred.she would forever remember what horrible creature left her mate with a scar.she vowed to hunt down every fox that came close camp.she got up and got a rabbit from the pile and lay down by her mate and started devouering it.she purrd.she was thinking of names for a tom.bramblekit?shadowkit?larchkit?birchkit?greykit?foxkit?starlingkit?sparrowkit?well this is no use.ill ask brakenheat when he wakes up.for now ill go and talk to foxstar.she got up and padded over to foxstars den.he was alone."spottedfeather?is that you?come in."he mewed lokking up.she padded in and sat down,curling her tail around her paws.

"so i was thinking of names for a tom.but i cant decide.its really hard to think."she mewed half fainting,half walking over.foxstar,fangheart,bloodheart and echosong were sitting in the clearing disscussing something.

Well I've watched you enough,"she purred"I think I can try."she padded into the riverand waded up to her belly fur.she propelled herself with her paws.she only stopes a few times to break through the surface after she dropped under.she pulled herself out on the other side dripping wet."now I know why the other clans call you mouse-brained.I feel like I've been sucked under to the bottom of a lake!"she mewed,shaking the water from her pelt.she licked her fur flat ,picked up the fish and padded over to spottedstorm.
