Pigeonkit moved her eyes toward Demonkit as a way to tell her what to say.

Pigeonkit's fur bristled with fear, but she quickly licked it flat to keep it from showing. "I...I didn't know!" She mewed. "I'm sorry, Skywing!"

Pigeonkit paused for a moment, then nodded. "I'll do my best." She said.

Pigeonkit crouched down and wiggled her rump before charging at Skywing and leaping at him when she was halfway near him.

Pigeonkit nodded slowly and lunged at Skywing again, this time with less reluctance. Although, her stance was wobbly with fear before her paws left the ground.

Graystripe lunged at his attacker and grabbed him by the throat. The ShadowClan warrior fought fiercely to free himself, but Graystripe's grip was too strong.

Pigeonkit noticed the frustration in her mentor's gaze and took a few steps back. "Uh...okay." She squeaked.

Graystripe was resting in the warriors' den when he saw Rosepetal enter. "Hey, Rosepetal!" He meowed. "It's good to have you-" He was cut off when Rosepetal went to sleep. He smiled and stood up then padded out of the den to get something from the fresh-kill pile.

"Yeah." Graystripe said, stopping and craning his neck to look at Rosepetal. "It's good to have you back. Who rescued you?"

Pigeonkit nodded and crouched down then stretched her toes apart like Skywing instructed.

"That's great!" Graystripe meowed. "Wait until Bramblestar finds out! He'll be very impressed!"

Pigeonkit tried to fight the weight Skywing was putting on her, but because of her size and lack of her own weight, her mentor was able to force her off her paws. He shoved her down to the ground and hit her head off a rock.
