[sup]pretty much, when i got my laptop, i also saw they had pc games SUPER cheap
so i got bioshock with my laptop

it was all fine when i installed it, it just had a serial code i had to enter
but when i did, it installed a folder on my computer named SecuROM
SecuROM files can't be deleted without a SecuROM tool. Not even if you go into the files.

After a week of Playing Bioshock, I was on the last level and I wanted to finish it. So I start Bioshock up, and I get a message saying my Licence was gone. By this point, I was really upset. SecuROM also affected Spore - Electronic Arts had about 8 lawsuits over it. so just warning you, never get an EA or 2K game on PC - it's gonna have SecuROM. even Rocksteady, with the Batman games, had it with steam. It's bullshit and it'll just make you lose your game.

[sup]I know that on-site ads are not controlled by the site, but there was an ad that caught my eye - 'free' Minecraft.

Quick note: Minecraft is a popular PC, Xbox and Mobile game, Developed by Mojang.

Basically, the add looks pretty legit - Mojang's official Minecraft logo, official screenshots - but once you go to the site, it's all the same - official minecraft blurb, logo etc. but i noticed one thing - at the bottom of the page it states that you download the program via a 3rd-party downloader and installer. This means you download the file, install extra programs - usually a virus - and you never get the 'free' minecraft you were promised.

It's a scam - and I just wanted to alarm staff and site members looking to get Minecraft c:

besides, Minecraft as a program is registered to your account on the official website - log in, buy, download, and the copy has your username all over it. There's a few loopholes, but basically the official minecraft is pretty anti-piracy.
