Alexander's expression hardened. "I will continue to fight against the Dragonites and their masters, but I refuse to exploit this dark and terrible power." he said coldly. Just then a loud bang shook the tower and the ceiling fell away to reveal a black dragon glowering down upon them. "Good. Then I can feast on as many souls as I want in this world and the next!" he said, laughing evilly. It was Shulkron, lord of the dragons. "But, dear Dragonblood, why would you not want to use your limitless power? To see your enemies driven before you, and strike fear into the hearts of all? I can show you... what rewards await you on the path of rule." he said. At those words, Alexander turned as pale as the dead, and his eyes glazed over.

Alexander collapsed onto his knees a moment later, breathing heavily. Shulkron chuckled. "The minds of men are so easily twisted." he said. Alexander stood shakily, and turned to face Dione, Kiara, and Bjorn. He smirked, and stated flatly, "This power is mine. It was a gift bestowed upon me, and gifts are meant to be used." He turned, and faced Shulkron, he kneeled in front of the dragon and said, "Your will... is my command, my lord."

Dante reacted quickly. He ran to Alex, and bashed the blue in the head with the butt of his sword, knocking him out cold. "Whoa, man. I think you're seeing things!" he said sarcastically. He looked at Alex, and nodded. The blues were retreating and the reds were pushing up the hill to Zeus's Fist. Dante, being the captain, climbed to the top and grabbed the flag. Giving a victory cry, he jumped down, and sprinted back towards the red base.

    Ooc: Screw you, dude. -_-

Ic: Alexander glared at Adinith. He drew his own sword, then faced his former allies. "Kill them." Shulkron commanded. He neared them slowly, but Bjorn did not shift. "Do your worst, traitor." he growled. Alexander raised his sword, and cleaved it through Bjorn's neck. Bjorn's headless body fell to the ground, twitching disgustingly. Shulkron rumbled with laughter. "Good. Now kill the others." he said. Alexander charged his former allies, his eyes turning serpentine.

A blue hiding behind a tree tried to surprise Dante, but he smacked him aside with the pole of the flag. When he reached their base, he hoisted the blue flag high in the air, the base's magic burning away the turquoise fabric.

Alexander slashed the table in half as it wheeled towards him. He growled, and drew in a deep breath. When he breathed it back out, it returned as a bright green flame. When he stopped, Shulkron laughed. "My doing? Why, I have only given dear Alexander a taste of what is to come! He makes this decision through his own free will!" he roared. Alexander continued to brutally attack his new found enemies.

Shulkron thrashed his massive head around, trying to throw Kiara off him. Alexander was constantly buffeted by gusts of wind, but he eventually turned dragon, making them nothing but harmless little breezes. He swatted a taloned paw towards Dione.

    Ooc: Um... the what?

The red team hoisted Dante onto their shoulders, cheering as they carried him towards the canoe lake. He was dumped into the freezing water, and he came back up, laughing and sputtering.

As soon as everyone had moved off to the lunch pavilion, Dante made his way back to Alex. The blue that he had knocked out must have forgot about Alex, because he wasn't there anymore. "You alright?" he asked her.

Dante looked at her purple Camp Jupiter shirt. "You're not gonna fit in with that on... hold on, I'll go get something more popular here." he said, rushing off to the trade stand. Of course, the Stoll brothers weren't there, probably off on one of their wild shenanigans. He grabbed an orange Camp Half-Blood t-shirt, and came back to Alex with it. "Here. And no, I won't look." he said, turning around so she could change.

Dante led her to the lunch pavilion, but stopped before they went in. "Hold on." he said. He pointed to the Zeus table, and said, "There. There's the Zeus cabin's table. Make sure you say Zeus instead of Jupiter."

The spell did nothing to Alexander. "You do not see, do you?" he said. He transformed into human form and added, "I have made this decision through my own free will!" He slashed at Dione with his sword. Shulkron took off, tired of Kiara's constant pestering. "Finish the job, my new servant!" he called, fleeing the scene.

Erik, being bored, took his pocket knife out, and drew it across his arm a few times. No one seemed to notice, except the girls, of course. They thought that since he didn't think much of the pain, he was some sort of invincible badass or something. They watched him intently, giggling when he looked back. He rolled his eyes, and left the room when the bell rang. He looked at his watch. Eleven-thirty. Time for lunch.
