OOC: long post longest I've written actually! :)
IC: Jenna ran through the woods. She had been given direction by her mother when a monster had come to there house. All she had was 'Its time' and then she gave her a piece of paper with the directions and a ball bag that was filled with some clothes and a pocket knife. She had left without a second thought, knowing it woul e safer for the both of them. But she has lost her bag along the way, and unfortunate swimming issue and had luckily decided to put the paper and knife in her pocket because he kept losing them in her bag. When she had climbed out, her bag was gone, she was drenched and he paper was unreadable. But luckily she had a general sense of where she was supposed to be going because there a forest in front of her.
But about halfway there a hydra had tracked her down and had been chasing her ever since. Wherever she was going, she needed to get there fast. She raced though the woods as the hydra tore though the trees not even caring about everything in its way as it clambered behind her, on her tail. She knew that if she tried to fight it she would end up being in a worse situation so she just kept running, her heart beating in time with her steps.
She lost her footing on a tree root and tripped, rolling down a hill. She reached this base of a huge tree. She was backed up against it an as one of the hydra heads came in for the kills she rolled out of the way and through her small pocket knife at it, hearing a satisfying stick. It didn't even move. She huffed in frustration and defiance as she saw her opening at last; the place she was meant to be going. Camp Half-Blood. She ran and the hydra slowly followed her, one of its heads right behind her so close she could feel it breathing. It a futile attempt to stay alive she tuck and rolled through the entrance hoping she would be safe.
Jenna stood up slowly and turned around, expecting to have to fight. But what she was surprising. The hydra wasn't trying anymore, it was backing away like it new that it would never win. "Yeah! Go back to the pits of Tartarus!" She screamed at it and the looked down at her black cargo leggings and her black shirt and sighed. They were covered in dirt and mud and he bet that her face and skin didn't look much better. Her hair wa staging wildly around her head and her pale skin ha a layer of dirt over it so she looked three shades darker. There was grime under her finger nails and she began to feel unclean and gross. She turned back towards where she had just entered. "Hello?" She called and took a few hesitant steps forward. Her grey boots made her feet sticky and cramped as she lightly stepped.
"Hello?" She called again. She looked around a little closer and all she saw was a small farmhouse. She decided to walk towards it. "Hello," she called into the house.
