Reedstipes took a soft exhale out finally one of the many huge weights were off his chest and it felt good then he murmured "Riverclan.."

"Yeah," reedstripes said with a soft sigh looking into nowhere before thinking up an idea, "I know what we can do!"

"aon, we could teach each other something that we don't know, like i could teach you how to swim or something only riverclanners can do and you could teach me something that colouredclanners only do!" The young warrior felt proud of himself, as he flicked his brown tabby tail, for for once having a good idea.

"Don't worry i can teach you! But first can you teach me something that colouredclan specialise at? Because i dont even know what it is.." he said voice slowly going down to embarrassment by the end of the sentence, once again he was scuffling his paws on the ground a horrible but also very adorable habit he had had since he was a very young kit.

The tabby tom chuckled softly and mewed "are there any lakes in colouredclan territory because for some reason i doubt it."

Reedstripes tasted the air and mewed with a subtle sigh "a bit too deep for a beginner but we should survive."

Reedstripes being an (ex) informant of riverclan ment he could smell the fear rolling of of Xanadu but there were only three ways to cure fear; making the subject angry, excited or embarrassed. So Reedstripes licked her cheek in a sort of comforting/ firty way before exiting the nice looking house.

Reedstripes finally got to the lake side and sat down next to it, flicking his sleek tabby tail over the water.

"Just come near the edge after all its only about a mouse length deep here."The tabby called towards Xanadu, once again flicking his sleek tail, excited to do some long deserved swimming.

"See look it isn't coming out and trying to grab you. Anyway.. i know this is a bit insensitive but.. why are you so scared of water?"The warrior asked, in all honesty he had been brought up a true riverclanner, and being so ment he loved, water, fishing and of course swimming, and couldn't really understand why so many other cats hate it.

"Do you know what this reminds me of." the tom chuckled "Me with stupid snakes, once as a kit i got bitten by one," the warrior paused again looking up into the sunny, cloudless sky before continuing "nearly didn't make it, but as soon as i became an apprentice boom. I could now hunt them and so i could never get harmed by them, that all you need to do to be able the swim. Be confident."

"ok i will play" Mused Reedstripes with a small flick of his tail, the tom hadn't played this game in a long time, and was so looking forward to it.

"Don't worry." The tom murmured being next to her men the didn't have to speak to pound as he continued "can you just stand up in it, it will only reach up to the top of your paws."

"See that wasn't hard.Was it?" The brown tabby calmly spoke and smiled before stepping a bit deeper into the lake so it was at the top of his legs, almost touching his underbelly.

Reed mentally grinned with pleasure, she was already half way underneath the water and then he said "look how well your doing!You should be proud because I defiantly am." Looking back towards her with half her belly fur in the (surprisingly warm) lake

"See your further than half way in the water, just slowly keep moving forward like I am." The tom instructed.

Reedstripes was by now in the lake where it was slightly below his shoulders and waited

"Don't tense just relax, pretend your running through a large field with your family and friends and..." The tom paused before saying lover because he didn't want to think about that, 'she probably already has a mate.' the tom thought to himself.

Reedstripes paused for a second and softly murmured "aren't I your friend?"
