Alex sighed and pulled the knife out slightly, leaving it only half in. "Ill take it out as long as you agree to help me."

Alex sighed. Why should he help her? It's not like the world means anything to him. He wont lose any loved ones. It isnt right for her to ask him to fight against his people. So Instead of answering him, she pulled the knufe out of him and walked to the sink, washing it.
-
"Why what?" She asked, putting the silverware away and drying her hands.
-
"I'm not like you." Was all Alex said as she walked out of the room and sat on the couch, looking out the window as creatures roamed, feeling as if she was watching a movie or show, not real life.
-
"You care for my safety?" Alex asked, feeling no emotions.
-
"I hurt you." She said as she watched monsters kill people on the streets
-
"What are you doing?" She asked, letting the wolf pull her.
-
Alex frowned slightly, but let the wolf pull her. As he did, she wondered if he could turn to human.
-
"Why not let me die?" Alex asked.
-
"Sure they do. Most of the humans you monsters are killing are like that." Alex said.
-
"And you think killing us will change that?" She asked.
-
"Im done here. Now, you worry about ficxng that shoulder. I'm gonna go save my world." Alex said, standing up.
-
"If that's what it takes." Alex said.
-
"Then I'll lose trying." She said courageously.
-
"At least I'd have tried." Alex said, her courage not wavering.
-
"Why not?" She asked in a slightly frosty voice.

These protectors tried to keep the girls from knowing who they really were. Vampires. And not just any vampires, but royal vampires. Sisters. But, soon they start getting a hunger, and the site of bare necks and blood sends their heart racing. The protectors must now prevent the sisters from meeting each other and finding out who they are. When both of the girls are together, they slowly become evil. This is their curse. If they meet, the world could be at stake.

HISTORY: Maria and Victor DiAngelo awoke on September 21st to a loud rapping on the front of their home. Quietly they creeped down their stone steps, clutching their nightgowns around their bodies. Reaching the door, Victor slowly opened it, gasping slightly at what lay on the other side.A small box lay outside the door with a small child bundled in layers of blankets. Maria peeked around her husband, and when she saw the bundle, she hurried to it and lifted the child off the ground, hurrying it inside. After they unravelled the blankets from around the child, they discovered that it was a baby girl, no older than a year.
The young couple clothed raised the child as their own, getting official documents for her the next day, naming her Serena Elena. Serena because it was flooding the day she came into their life, and Elena after Maria's mother.
Serena grew up learning Italian and English. She started school at the age of three. Her mind was always active, always thinking. She was so advanced, that by the age of seven, she found out that she was adopted. Because she was so advanced, Serena grew up with very few friends. People always thought of her as a freak, not human. Little did they know that it was the truth.
Serena tried to participate in sports, but one time when she was playing football before her 16th birthday, a she accidently hit the ball to hard, knocking the goalie of the other team into the net. She was all scratched up, her knees bleeding. As the blood lightly seeped out, Serena couldn't take her eyes off of it and she felt a hunger she had never felt before.
She ignored the feeling, never telling anyone about it. After that day, she gave up sports, too afraid of hurting someone again. She now stays on her own, spending most of her time traveling into every world her books took her to. Books became her best friend. Through them she got her sarcasm, wittiness, and her love of words.
