Amberleaf smiled at the apprentice, not minding at all that she had already eaten. "I wonder where Stormpaw has got to..." she murmered.

Amberleaf was speachless. All she could think about was Dragonfire. She closed her eyes and leant against his muscular body. It felt strangely comforting. She gave him a gentle lick on his shoulder, briefly catching his warm scent.

Amberleaf looked at her paws "Thankyou..." she whispered. She turned to face the tom cat's deep eyes and mewed to him"I think you are brilliant." She had to admit...

Amberleaf didn't say a word, but rubbed her cheek against Dragonfire and flicked her tail in pleasure.

Amberleaf followed Dragonfire's gaze. "What are you thinking?" she asked, not taking her eyes off the sky.

Silverpaw trotted into the apprentice den, a small vole in her mouth. She sat down and began to nibble at her fresh-kill. "Hello." she mewed to Opalpaw.

"Hi, Featherpaw!" she mewed to her very good friend. She didn't have many friends, so valued Featherpaw very much.

"I understand" she whispered. As much as she wanted this moment to last forever, she knew that they had to get back to camp... She said nothing.

Amberleaf looked off to the left thinking desperately of something to say, once again. She wrapped her tail around Dragonfire and rubbed her cheek against him.

Silverpaw stretched and licked a paw, thinking about being a warrior. Wouldn't that be cool?! "Wouldn't being a warrior be so cool?! she mewed to no-one in particular.

Silverpaw dipped her head and mewed "Yeah, I have. I can't wait!"

((Do you know how to become a warrior from an apprentice? Do I have to ask the Leader?))

"Rubypelt" she mumbled through a mouthful of prey. "Though we havn't done much training recently."

"Thankyou." Ammberleaf mewed slowly. She licked Dragonfire's ear and purred in contentment.

Silverpaw narrowed her eyes and mumbled to herself as she watched the two cats conversing, feeling a pang of lonliness. She fumbled with her paws and curled up blocking out the real world.

Amberleaf nodded hopefully and whispered "Go on..."

Amberleaf's face lit up and she nodded eagerly. "I'd love to be your mate!!! Oh, Dragonfire! YES!!!!!" she meowed exitedly as she leaned over to lick Dragonfire's face.

"Yes, maybe we should." she mewed, gradually standing up and stretching, ruffling her ginger fur.
