Second of all, I apologize about the confusion on Eons of Time. What are you confused about? The entire thing?

There once was two eevees.
One was Ying. She was pure white, with angelic blue eyes. She was like an angel. Everything she done was of kindness and generosity.
The other was Yang. He was pitch black, with demonic red eyes. He was the absolute opposite. He wanted everyone to leave him. He hated kindness.
Ying tried to help Yang, always saying kind words and giving him gifts. But nothing could stop his endless depression.
~Later~
Ying was looking around. She heard a cry for help. Then she saw it, a baby Eevee, small and helpless, crying and bleeding. Something had cut her! She could die any minute! Ying knew what to do. She ran over to the Eevee, and mustered all of her power into a healing light. The cuts disappeared, and the Eevee smiled. The power had made a purple star on her left cheek. Ying smiled. This young Eevee..could be her daughter maybe?
That's when it all came down. Yang's depression had turned to pure insanity, and he was trying to blast everyone with all of his power. He was laughing, blood red eyes sparkling. He was happy. A blast of his power came hurling at the Eevee. But it rebounded. The star had protected her. However, on her right cheek, stood a black crescent moon.
Suddenly, a light overtook Yang. His ears grew, and a yellow band stretched upon parts of his body.
Then the same light overtook Ying. Her body color changed, her tail became skinny and split into two!
The two had evolved.
Espeon and Umbreon.
Ying and Yang.

Looks(shiny? Special colors?): She looks like a normal Sylveon but her bows are slightly shorter so she can't use them very well.

Characteristics: Kari is quite nervous, often scared the one move would change everything in front of her. If she's depressed she repeatedly calls herself "useless" and "horrible". Due to this she is so careful with what's in front of her (right now steel bars in front of her face XD) she often bumps into other things.
Good or evil?: good
Special(requests, abilities, disabilities etc): Her bows are very short, especially in the front, rending her slightly useless in terms of battling
Activity level(1-10): I PROMISE I'LL BE MORE ACTIVE OK! Probably around 5, 4, 7 6, it depends on the days. Probably an 8 or a 7 on weekends.

Kari was bumping into the bars of her cage. One would call her blind, in a way. She tried to use her bows to balance herself but since they were too short it was no use. "Waah!" She cried in Pokemon speak. "I can't stop-ow!" She became dizzy and she flopped over in a daze. A scientist came over, rolled his eyes and handed her a sweet-spicy poffin. She face planted in it by accident but used that to her advantage, munching on it half-happy and half-dazed.

Yin, on the other hand was far far away from the lab, heartsick. She missed Eon. But she was nowhere to be found. "Oh, Eon...where are you..."

After Kari recovered from all the dizziness, she looked at Eon. "You ok? You look a bit zoned out."
She used her ribbons to grab the last of her poffin and she munched on it.

Ying's blue gem alit as many different things around her moved. No Eon, no Eon, no Eon. "Where are you?!" She wailed, dying for her child to come back.

Kari looked confused. "You ok there? I don't know who you are talking to."

Yin jumped when a voice came back to her. "Where? What place?" She called.

"No..." Kari answered, a bit confused herself.

"Ah, ok..well can you tell me of your surroundings?" said Yin as she relaxed in a leafy patch, happy that her daughter could telepathically speak to her.

A scientist came up to Kari. Kari slinked to the back of her cage and shrieked as it was opened. The scientist grabbed her. Kari shrieked a help trying to stay balanced.

The scientist clearly ignored her as she carried the helpless Sylveon into another room.
She was set down on a silver table. One scientist nodded to another near the circuit board. He flipped a switch and a speaker boomed "Test start."
Suddenly, crystals of blue and white shot up around Kari. She was startled, but the more she looked at the crystals, the more she felt safe, like there was a protective barrier of ice around her keeping her safe.
The crystals began to glow. Kari jumped and her ears began to sting. "Ow, ow, stop it!" yelled Kari, bowing her head and using the tips of her feelers to cover herself. Her feelers were too short to cover all of the pain. She felt something grow on her ears. She didn't know what it was until she bent her ear. Shiny silvery blue and yellow sails extended from her ears like a flag. Her tail began to curl itself and crystal chips began to grow out of her sides. The evolution finished itself with blue covering her paws and the tips of her ears. Her feelers almost looked like ice. "Test complete." the voice boomed. Immediately some crystals caved in and a scientist began to take her away.

Kari was sent spiraling into her cage. The crystals on her back largened in length and prevented her from getting hurt..on her back, anyway. "Ow, my head. That was...wow..." She turned to see the crystals on her back. "So...shiny..."

"Hmm.." After recovering, Kari looked at Amaterasu. "I'm not sure..."

"Eh?!" Kari jumps up in the air. "I'm sorry! Was I not supposed to hear you? Please forgive me!!"

Ying smiled. "Yes, dear, it is. It's been a long time, hasn't it..."
