"The only reason I'm a hunter is because I grew up as one. My foster parents were hunters. The always said you were monsters but I don't think that. I don't understand that you still want to be a vampire though.

Elena felt bad inside. Machi had just seen what its like to talk to vampires as people ands she thought nothing of it and would still hunt them

Elena left Machi in Ariana's care. She came out of the exit; she climbed up to the roof of a building and sat in the moonlight observing
