Midnightkit walked out of the nursery, observing the land before her. I'm going to be the best warrior ever! she thought, eyes sparkling as she chased a butterfly. After a couple pounces, she caught it between her paws. Tail raised high, she dropped it in the fresh-kill pile.
-
Midnightkit paced around the nursery, wondering what she should do today. Being in the nursery was terrible boring with nothing to do. She heard several voices mewing outside. "What's going on?" she asked as she padded out of the boring nursery. "A game?" she wondered, tail flicking in excitement, "Can I play?"
-
"H-Hi" stammered Midnightkit. She had never seen another kit before. "How should I act? What should I say?" she thought, panicking. "Um... W-What's your name?" she asked, nervous.
-
Midnightkit rolled around in the nursery, moss clinging onto her fur. "WHEEEEEE!" she meowed, happily.
-
Midnightkit peeped her head out from the moss. "What's an apprentice doing here? They almost never come!" she thought, amazed. Slowly, she crouched down and snuck over. "And a kit!" Curious, she flattened herself against the wall, hoping they couldn't see her. All they could see was a pair of icy blue eyes gazing out of the darkness.
-
"I'm Midnightkit. I'm 2 moons old, just a little bit younger than you." she meowed, shyness melting away. "If you're going to be the best warrior, you're going to have some tough competition if you want to beat me." She crouched playfully and pretended to fight an invisible cat. "I'm going to be a great leader one day! Just like Goosestar!"
-
Midnightkit back away, alarmed. "Sheesh!" she thought as she padded out of the nursery. Angry, she sat in the middle of the clearing. She didn't think she liked that kit very much.
OCC: Can I be Saltkit's enemy? You know, just to spice things up. Not to be offensive or anything ;) :P

Midnightkit squealed in excitement as Koikit landed on her. Squirming to get a better aim, she aimed a bat at Koikit's left ear.
-
Still sulking, Midnightkit didn't realize the moss ball was coming her way. It landed on head head, startling her. "Who threw that?!" she hissed angrily.
-
Midnightkit growled at Stringpaw's answer, tail lashing behind her. "Watch it, Stringpaw. I thought apprentices were supposed to be more mature. I guess I was wrong." She retorted, eyes blazing.
-
Midnightkit padded over to Koikit. "I'm Midnightkit and I'm going to be an even better warrior than Koikit!" She meowed, giving Koikit a playful shove.
-
Duskmoon groomed herself in the warrior's den. She couldn't wait to start a new day!
-
Midnightkit crouched, fur bristling with fury. Despite her small stature, she still kept her ground. "I'll talk however I want and to whoever I want to." She hissed, unshealthing her razor-sharp claws. "I'm not trying to be funny, Stringpaw! If you're looking for a fight, you've got one!"
-
"Don't blame me if you have to stay in the medicine den for a couple of moons. Besides, you can tell me what to do. You're not a warrior." She huffed as she started walking away, tail raised high.
-
Occ: Can Midnightkit become an apprentice now?
-
"Yep!" mewed Midnightkit, eyes sparkling with excitement. "1, 2, 3... GO!!!" She yowled.
-
Occ: I know but we can fast-forward.
-
"Yeah, he's just an apprentice and you're a kit." She sniped, not looking back as she padded back into the nursery.
