Cloverpaw rolled over so that Stormpaw was pinned between her back and the ground.

Hawkfeather climbed to the top of the tree and sat there panting for a few minutes. Looking down he Frostgaze and Firenight sitting on a branch together talking and smiled knowingly. Those two will be mates for sure! he thought gleefully.

Hawkfeather counted to five in his head. Just as he finished counting he heard a sound behind him and spun around. He pricked his ears forward but no more sounds came. Sniffing the ground he found Sky's scent trail and turned around, nearly bumping into her. "There you are." he meowed.

"So..." Cato smiled. "you do like me."

"Ready!" he meowed confidently.

Hawkfeather leaned out over his branch as they said goodbye.

"Hello Riverstar." Redtail meowed politely, dipping his head.

"It was pretty obvious, wasn't it." he asked.

THE NEXT DAY:
Hawkfeather woke up and yawned. Time for class he thounght groggily, stumbling to his paws.

Hawkfeather reached out his paw and tried to swipe at the stone but missed. "Mouse dung!" he cursed in frustration.

Cato's head shot up. "Did someone just die?" he asked.

Cloverpaw rolled back onto her paws and swiped at Stormpaw with her fore paw.

"So why did you call us here, Riverstar?" Redtail asked.

Hawkfeather reached out his paw again this time flicking it with one of his claws. The pebble flew through the air and landed a few tail lengths away.

ic: Redtail straightened and narrowed his eyes, waiting for Riverstar to continue.

Cato smiled back. "Let's go check on the others." he said, getting up and offering Clove his hand.

Cato walked back to camp. "Wake up everyone!" he yelled.

Hawkfeather hit the pebble this time with the front of his paw. It soared through the air and landed even farther away than last time. "Yes!"
