"If only I could see him, to apologize for everything... To apologize for what I said... For forcing him to forget about me..." His chest started to rise and fall quickly as he closed his eyes again, able to picture Alec behind his eyelids, his amazing smile and his beautiful eyes... Oh those beautiful eyes... He wanted to see them again, he wanted to desperately to be able to read every emotion that flashed through them, read his thoughts through those all too blue eyes... It was one of his last wishes. A strange session started and Magnus literally started to grow and to shift. It wasn't long before he was crouching as a human, his golden eyes glittering. He blinked once, turning them back to the black. He was surprised that he was clothed, but he decided not to say anything about it. Smiling, he ran a hand over his face and let out a sigh. "I missed this..." He murmured, relishing in his previous body.

Was he supposed to help his friend, or say a goodbye to his love and this body? He decided to help Vege first. "Lay down, it'll help." He told her, and stood up to face Alec... "I never thought I'd see you again." He managed to choke out, throwing himself into a tight embrace with him, his face pressed into his shoulder. "I'm so so sorry... I'm so sorry... I regret not saving you then, but I don't regret anything before that... Except breaking up with you. I shouldn't have acted so rashly! But... Alec, I don't regret anything else I did... I don't regret spending a majority of my life with you... I love you..." He breathed, looking up with tears shining in his black eyes. He knew Alec wasn't able to speak, just by the choked noises he was making in the back of his throat. He didn't blame him, it was an emotional time for the both of them.
It all ended too soon. Alec disappeared in Magnus' grip, making him cry out and stumble backwards in surprise. He landed on the ground with a thump, hanging his head before drawing his knees up to his chest in a very childish position.[/fancypost]

He'd miss a lot of things, such as 'The Glass City', the Institute, throwing parties, drinking, just screwing around... But, he didn't have any desire to do that anymore.
