Jynxkit couldnt feel anything besides the air being knocked out of her. She lay like a dead weight, unconcious from when her head hit the tree branch. Her face still bleeding.

Stonetail licked her ears in comfort. "Its okay, Amberleaf .. Im here."

Amberleaf slowly began gaining conciousness.

Jynxkit felt a sharp pain in her head as it was touched. She wondered if this is what dead people felt like. Am I dead? She questioned herself. No, I'd see Heartflight by now.

Jynxkit could hear a faint voice. She couldnt see anything. It was so dark ... She didnt know what to do. A single tear streamed down her face, leaving a clean trail through the bloody cheeks.

Jynxkit looked up to see Heartflight standing above her. She beamed with joy. "Heartflight!" She ran to her bother and embraced her. Heartflight hugged her back. Jynxkit looked up at her mother. m ... am I dead?"
No, sweetheart. Youre unconcious. Im going to wake you up soon. Its not your time yet.
Jynxkit felt hot tears stream down her face. "Mom? I-I ... I miss you."
Heartflight licked her cheek. I know, sweetheart. I know. Ive been watching you and your brothers and sister from Starclan. im proud of you all. Now ... Goodbye, Jynxkit.

Jynxkits eyes flew open, tears still streaming down her face.

Crowflight showed her around, and his friend, Harvey, told him that the clan nearby had a recent death. he knew Willowcreek was a clan cat so he told her, and she wanted to come home. He admitted he loved her, then she asked him to go with her. He went with her, becoming an apprentice like her.

I love her ... and wish that she ... never left ... I love you, Dreampool ..." Dreampool knew she had to find her sister. IC: Riley was out of breath, knowing Amelia and Karissa probably were too. He looked for a tree, but they were chased so far out of the city it was just hills and plains.

Karissa tripped, falling into a mud puddle. The rain was pouring now.

Amelia gasped and looked back, Riley not stopping. "Riley stop! Karissa fell!" She said over the wind.

Riley skidded to a halt, squinting through the rain. He saw Karissa on the groud and ran back to help her up.

Amberleaf licked his cheek. "So .. are Briarfurs kits born yet?"

Stonetail nodded.

Amberleaf got up in a hurry. "I wanna see em! Lets go."

Stonetail laughed and got up. Amberleaf loves kits. I wonder if she's ever considered having kits ... He was lost in kit thoughts as they padded into camp.
