A bright vibrant pink!
Looks;
She has short hair that curls at the ends and she likes to cut whenever it grows out, and since she likes to spend most of her time in the water, it tends to grow out more quickly than normal. When she does not cut her hair, it gets really long and beautiful. She has pink blood that does not show in her eyes yet, but she tends to get cut and such from things that people throw into the ocean; and when she get's stuck it hurts because her skin is very delicate and that is why she has scars on her wrists. She has one horn that is rather tall and is on her right side, it waves slightly, then bends at the tip; and on her left side it resembles Kanaya's horn where it sticks straight up and bends at the tip. She wears a long kimono that is neon green and has buttons on it to hold it up. She wears neon green and black heels and black glasses that resemble Eridan's exactly. When she begins to prototype, she prototypes herself a black kimono that fades at the bottom with a techno-like design, and she has flat neon-green heels. She prototypes herself a pink half-glasses thing like grim-dark Rose's. She also prototypes herself a pink bow with the symbol Cygnus on it in black. To prom she has decided to wear a green and black Victorian dress that has a trail slightly. It has a black choker and short green shoulders. placing image below~

Personality;
She is very kind and is prone to anything that involves technology. She can be mean if is needed, but she likes to stay nice. She tends to get mad at herself if she get's mad, so there is your vicious cycle. She likes to make the people around her happy, and her motto is 'If my friend is sad, then I will be sad too. Then there will be no-body to make us happy! Unless someone walks in, then that would be a great thing! :D' so if you could not already tell, she is the happy-go-lucky troll that just wants to please everyone.
