"We'll be there soon, little one." She murmered, attempting to comfort the kit. "You'll like it in Silverpelt, you will become one of Starclan's members. I am Eveheart." They continued walking until they left the camp and entered a dark wood. Everything soon became shimmery and slightly transparent, as if they were in a dream.

An uncoordinated apprentice stumbled through the underbrush in the night. She tripped over something large and soft to find that it was a dead body. She saw a small, mewling kit beside the unfortunate cat. "Hush, I'll take care of you. I'm Wanderpaw. Let's get back to camp." She whispered softly, prepared to carry the kitten if it was too young to walk.

Wanderpaw pondered how she should answer. She sat down next to the small kit and started to speak. "Your mother... Will never wake up. You will never see her again. But, she sees you. She watches you from the stars, and loves you. One day you will join her, one day we all will." She laid her tail on Ocarinakit's back. "Would you like me to carry you back to camp?" She asked softly.

Evepaw bounded to the river, eager to get there before her mentor, Birdtalon. The small gray she-cat sniffed around the area, hoping that nobody had gotten all the good fish before her. As the wind ruffled her pelt, she smelled something strange.
She was sure it wasn't anything edible. Prey didn't smell terrible like the stench hanging in the air. Not even frog was as appalling as the mysterious odor. Evepaw had smelled fox before on the Shadowclan border when they chased one off their territory. Although it was similar, she knew it couldn't be that either. She quickly ruled out other possibilities, naming them under her breath.
"Dog, twolegs, birds, badgers," She stopped listing creatures as her eyes grew wide. There was nothing else it could be, badgers was the only scent she had never smelled. "Birdtalon, somebody! Help, badgers!" She yowled, panicking even though there was no creature around.

Wanderpaw smiled at the kit sadly, slightly amused by the cream colored kit's effort. "Yes, I see." She said, standing up and motioning with her tail which direction they were to go in. "It's time to meet Sunclan."

"Wait for me!" She screeched, panicked at the thought of getting left behind and lost. She raced after him, blundering through the unfamiliar land. They were soon at the river, and she was ready to get started.

Smoothkit poked her head out of the nursery, her red head glistening in the sun. The hustle and bustle of the camp concealed her, and no one noticed her leaving. She slipped through the camp borders until she found herself at the river. Sitting down, she peered into the water, searching for fish.
As the kit reached out to snag a fish, her uncoordinated young body lost it's balance. She tumbled into the water, and realized that she couldn't swim. "Help! Somebody, help!" She mewled, hoping someone would notice and help her. She splashed feebly as she began to sink...

Smoothkit bounded clumsily into the nursery, eager to meet the new kits. "Hello," She squeaked softly, not wanting to wake anyone if they were sleeping. "I'm Smoothkit, and I was looking for a friend, maybe.... Do you think I could meet the kits?" The energetic kit asked Songpond with excitement glimmering in her eyes.

    ooc: Alright

Ic: Smoothkit bounded out of the nursery and tumbled into the Medicine den. She was always excited to be in there, because she loved learning about healing and medicine. She sniffed a strange-looking berry, intrigued by it. "What's this, Twigtail?" She asked.

Smoothkit bounded up to him, too young to know that foxes generally meant danger. "Whatcha looking at?" She asked enthusiastically. If someone was interested, that HAD to mean it was worth looking at. Seeing the fish, she rolled her eyes. "Ugh, all there is to eat is fish fish fish. Why don't you try some berries? I know which ones you can eat without being sick!" She asked William.
