'I know exactly who you mean. My grandfather, Tigerstar.' Tigerkit smiled at Darkenstar and Buzzardflight watched him carefully and Sandstone felt ashamed to have kits as a medicine cat still.

'So, I see now. Tigerstar was very powerful and I look up to cats like that.' Tigerkit bared his claws. 'Unless you want to fight about it?'

'I have to go somewhere...' he ran to a secret place and waited for Tigerstar's spirit to appear. 'Good, now, how about Greykit for your next victim? She thinks she knows it all, but just be aware of Tinypaw. I don't trust the blood that trained that bee brain.'

'There are a couple of mouse brained kits in my clan.. they don't respect my feelings for him.' Tigerkit admitted. Sparrowkit looked back at Greykit and smiled. Buzzardflight kept Leopardkit close to him. 'It must be an amazing sight for you..' she sighed.

Buzzardflight lapped up some water and yawned. He looked around, then glared at Pineclan's tall trees that ran along the border.

Tigerstar smiled at Tigerkit. 'You're getting closer.' he faded. Tigerkit ran back to camp

Tigerkit smiled at Geodekit. 'It's so good to have someone who thinks that!' he mewed. 'Oh, I will think about it, Darkenstar.' he added. Sparrowkit flattened her ears and turned away from Greykit. Mousekit and Leopardkit stayed near her dad.

Tigerkit yawned. Leopardkit rested near Sandstone's medicine cat den.

'And unlike Greykit..' he glared at her. 'Tigerstar still talks to me sometimes, when I'm in battle or in need of advice. He's right every single time.' Sparrowkit flicked her ear. 'You know Tigerstar too?' she asked Geodekit. Leopardkit heard their conversation. 'I don't like Tigerstar.. I feel horrible even thinking about being related to him..' Leopardkit said.

Buzzardflight glared at a cat confidently running across a thin branch. He flicked his tail

Sparrowkit muttered under her breathe in a quiet corner of the nursery. 'Why should my mom have to remain a medicine cat and not look after her kits..' she asked herself. Tigerkit's eyes glowed in the night and a second pair the same colour appeared behind him. 'What is it you want now, Tigerstar?' he became physically visible to all cats for a change. 'Seeing if you are okay, it must be horrid knowing your mother can't care for you.' he showed sympathy for the first time Tigerkit had ever seen. 'You were a lonely kit, I couldn't compare that, at least I have siblings to keep me company..'

'And my grandfather. Hawkfrost was a close uncle to me, too. My dad looks just like him, they say.' Tigerkit growled at Greykit. 'He doesn't get hate, because he still has family alive.' he threatened her with his claws. Leopardkit hissed. 'Stop! I know what you're--' 'How can you? You are a blind kit!' Tigerkit sneered.

Leopardkit dreamed. In her dream there were two tigers, followed by a buzzard flying above them. She awoke with a scream and panted, looking around. 'Are you okay?' Sandstone asked. 'Just a bad dream..' Leopardkit replied. Two tigers.. a buzzard? Tiger.. Tigerkit! Buzzard is Buzzardflight and the other Tiger is.. no.. anything but him.. she thought.

Leopardkit flicked her ear. 'Squirrel-brain.' she muttered. 'Keep off, Greykit. Or Tigerstar will get you!' he sneered. Leopardkit bit Tigerkit's paw to move it away from Greykit. Tigerkit snarled and tried to bite Leopardkit. Sandstone watched them closely.

'I'm a medicine cat.' Sandstone mewed. And a queen.. she thought silently.

Hyundai watched Tigerkit closely and flicked his tail in the shadows.

'I smell a different cat..' she sniffed the air. Mousekit ran over to Leopardkit and Boltkit. 'Who's that weird tabby by Tigerkit?' Tigerstar looked down at Tigerkit. 'You are thoughtful and powerful like your dad, don't let anyone tell you your not.' he told him. 'Thanks. Tigerstar, lots of cats here don't understand you and they think you are cruel and evil.' Tigerkit replied.

Buzzardflight narrowed her eyes. 'Yes. What are you doing here?' he asked, growling hastily.

Tigerkit tried to claw Greykit's neck. 'Go ahead and stand next to him without trembling!' Tigerstar's spirit stood next to Tigerkit, visible to all cats. He smiled down at Greykit. 'I've heard a lot about you.' he snarled. Darkclaw looked at him in shock and Buzzardflight smiled and acted casual. Leopardkit scrambled under her dad.
