[justify]I slipped into my seat, looking over at Charlotte, the most prettiest, most popular girl in school. I looked at the chalk board and saw the words Pop Quiz written in white chalk. I smile slightly. Pop quizes are my thing, but for most people their a drag. Charlotte's pretty good at them, but never gets over 90%.[/justify]

[justify]Damian looked over at Ashley. He smiled softly, coughing into his hands as the cold wind blew past. He shivered, walking over to Ashley and asking,"If we're closer, we'll be warmer." he suggested, his shaggy brown hair falling over his eyes, making his dark blue eyes blink to get the hair out of them. He brushed his hair away, smiling at his companion.[/justify]

IC~ As class ended, I looked over at Charlotte and sighed. She was so pretty, but how could a girl like that, like a guy like me? I slung my bag around my shoulder and shuffled over to her as kids began to excit the room,"So," my voice came out shaky,"how'd ya do on your Pop Quiz? I got 97%."

[justify]Damian sat down, real close to her, and whispered,"Why would they do this to us, when we're just ordinary people?" his voice was ruff. He cleared his throat, throwing him into a coughing fit.[/justify]

[justify]I watched her intently, smiling slightly as she said her grade,"Thats pretty good. You only need 75% to pass, and you and I got way over that." I chuckled softly, tracing a tile on the floor. Most of the kids had left, so I waved a small goodbye, exciting the room quickly as I shuffled out.[/justify]

[justify]He had stopped coughing and turned to see that they were nose-to-nose. He gulped, whispering in a lown tone,"Yeah I'm, ah, fine."[/justify]

IC~ I walked down the hall towards the lunchroom (it's lunch time) and met up with some of my friends. Jacob, one of my friends, slapped me on the back and said in his loud voice,"How'd ya do with her?" he knew all about my crush on Charlotte. I glared at him, but he was about a foot taller than me,"I didn't. Now go sit down!" I hissed with clentched teeth, sitting down with my brown paper bag which held a soggy sandwich and a bruised apple. Great I thought bitterly, tossing the bag into the trash.[/justify]

What does that even mean!

I heard the girls talking, and I winced. My stomach growled with hunger, but I didn't care. She said I was attractive, but I've been in her class since kindergarten and she dosen't know my name! I looked at her over my shoulder, seeing Jacob walking over to his girlfriend who was Carly.

I'm just not gonna join.

Jacob smiled, hugging Carly in a tight hug. He kissed her on the cheek and said to the other girls,"A party? Can I come?"
Connor, my other friend who was captain of the soccer team, sat down next to me and huffed,"A party, ah? Perfect time to talk to Charlotte." He elbowed me in the ribs. I glared, shoving him in the shoulder and watched as Leam, my other friend, sat down on the other side of me.

Jacob was the quarterback on the football team, so he was pretty popular,"Great." he said, smiling at the girls. He kissed Carly again before sitting down. Connor rolled his eyes and said,"I guess that counts you out." he said, pointing at Leam who stuck his tongue out. Leam was the most nerdiest boy I've ever met. Jacob whisper in Carly's ear,"Could I bring a few friends?"

Damian was surprised at the kiss, but he kissed her back softly, his lips just brushing on hers.
