    [size=12]VERY IMPORTANT!!!!! I'm sorry if I'm disrupting anything or just sorta acting crazy out of nowhere, but I found something and I needed to share it with you guys! I don't want anybody getting put in harm's way because of this website!

    http://www.spokeo.com/

    THIS is a website I found where personal information (including house address, a picture of your house, phone number, email, etc.) could be posted about anybody! Just search a name and you may or may not find you or your family's information! And for just about $3, anyone could find out ALL information about you or your family member! All they gotta do is pay up and they'll know everything!

    Now obviously, this is dangerous. And it's legit. Luckily I found no information on me or my family, but you could find information on yours. PLEASE check to see if there's anybody you know who's on here and PLEASE have the information removed!

    Here's a video on how to remove a person and their information from the website:

    Stay safe!!!

    [size=8]alright fellows
    here's a character idea i'm like 90% sure i'm going through with
    she's chinese and lived in china, her name is mei zheng (in western order) and she's a stern dragon li kitty who's weakness is children
    i'm thinking about making her about 12 moons old
    she has a special appreciation for nature and likes going for walks
    she was a previous kittypet and her owner was a tailor who was often overwhelmed by her work and sometimes neglected mei because of her work
    and because she thought she was being a bother, mei felt it would be better for the both of them if she ran away, that way she could actually live and stuff and her owner wouldn't have to worry about any more responsibility other than her job
    mei took her owner's favorite jade necklace to remember her by and the bi po off of her owner's favorite hanfu to help keep her warm during her travels
    then eventually she found windclan and yay she stayed there

    and here's what i think i want her to look like:

    is it realistic?? i don't want to look like i'm making a fool out of myself or ignorant or seeming racist or basing off of stereotypes. i wanna have some validation before i go through with this because i'm american, not chinese. ;-;

    [fancypost bgcolor=; borderwidth=0px; bordercolor=; width: 375px;][justify][align=center]The dragon li took a steady bound over towards the border, slowing down when the stench of occupation intensified in the air. Her pale eyes stared directly into the scene, scanning the area for life. There had to be people here, she thought, if there's scent markers right in front of her. Slowly, she dipped her head and sniffed the border. Yeah, there's definitely people here. The feline rose her head back up and straightened.

    She observed many things. For instance, the spacious territory. It was filled with green- flowers, trees, grass and the like. There was a beautiful, crystalline river stretching out from front to back, and she'd even noticed the thriving orchard standing aback from miles away. The view brought her to peace. It almost felt like home. Well, of course, it wasn't- She already knew she was far from home, but couldn't help but recall all of those memories. Memories of her owner, her friends, her old life.

    "Mei! Come, Mei. It's dinner time!" The vivid ringing of a bell had echoed throughout the room. A young brown kitten had trotted over and mewed continuously, waiting for her meal to be prepared. A small plate of tuna was set down on the cold, wooden floor and almost immediately the pussycat began chowing down. A soft hand was brought down and ran across the kitten's pelt, igniting a purr from the young one. "Yes, oh yes. Yummy food, isn't it? Eat up."

    She remembered her owner. A woman in her early forties, graying black hair usually tied up in a bun, a warm, wrinkled smile and pruny- yet comforting, hands. Her owner was a tailor. A somewhat successful one at that. She was a woman who would always throw herself into her work because it was all she had. Always overwhelmed by orders, always staying up late to complete pieces of clothing and always forgetting about her pet. Mei. The woman loved Mei, but never could balance both responsibilities. But that problem was quickly solved.

    Mei never blamed her owner. Mei knew that her owner had to keep up a living. Mei didn't want to be a bother. So Mei ran away. She ran away and never came back. Mei took her owner's favorite jade necklace to remember her by, and the bi po from her owner's favorite hanfu to stay warm during her travels. It was a very heart-wrenching decision to make. But she had to do it. She did it for the better of both of them. Mei was able to live freely, and her owner didn't have to worry about any other responsibility apart from her work.

    Her journey was hard. She starved, she killed, she suffered. But she new that everything would be worth it in the long run. She was sure that she'd find a new home, that she would one day be able to live again. And her perseverance and optimism is what kept her going. It's what led her to this clan. She was sure that this was fate, that it was meant to happen. Fate brought her here.

    The female put a forepaw up to her aching chest, letting out a small hiss at the pain. She promptly blinked away the tears threatening to fall and took a deep breath. Everything was going to be okay. She was going to ask to stay here, they'll accept, and she'll be able to relax. Hopefully. You never really knew these days.

    This was Mei Zhèng. Former kittypet, now a warrior.

    //!!!! you don't have to match my muse! i just usually get all these sudden little bursts of muse when i do something important with my characters like joining or deaths and stuff like that ^^;
    i definitely won't have this much muse with her in the next couple of posts in this thread with her haha
    anyway, this is my character! mei zhèng
    she is chinese (if the name didn't make it obvious enough), a dragon li cat, and is a very serious, stern little kitty who's weakness is children! she also loves nature and going for walks
    also!! here's what i'm thinking i want this baby to look like:

    aaand yeah! i hope i really come to enjoy windclan and roleplaying with everybody here! have a nice day!

    [fancypost bgcolor=; borderwidth=0px; bordercolor=; width: 375px;][justify][align=center]Oh. Oh lord. People were coming. This whole "calm endeavor" thing was harder than she thought. Her yellow-green gaze drifted from Lostpaw to Verdana to Mildew, then Mildew to Verdana to Lostpaw. Back and forth. Back and forth. She sat up straight, pursing her lips, listening to what she was being asked. Name and business? Oh, right. The feline knew English would be a helpful thing to learn if she wanted to travel further west. "N-name... business." Mei repeated, furrowing her nonexistent eyebrows. No, that's not what he asked! She tried breaking the phrase apart. Name. What was her name? "Zhèng... Mei." She answered, gulping. Of course, she didn't know that first names came before last names in the west. "Zhèng... is... my... family name." The dragon li drawled, hoping that what she was saying made sense. "Mei is... given name." So far so good.

    Now for the business. Business. What was she doing here in WindClan? She pondered the question, trying to form a plausible answer. "J-join. I... am... searching... for home."

    Was that the right answer? She hoped so.[size=3pt]a
