like during 10 when Donna went back and didn't meet the doctor he died and the official guy said 'it was to fast for him to regenerate' or something like that
or the big bang two when the dalek shot the doctor he died(sort of he really did, but that was a different 11 doctor, but still the 11th doctor)

Xavier walked out into the square "i got metal" he said fiddling slightly with his necklace "so are we all here for the same reason?" he asked wondering slightly as he scratched the back of his head head shyly, his worn jeans rustled slightly as he shuffled his feet anxiously

"hello" Xavier said waving to the new boy "so why were you hiding?" he questioned with an eyebrow raised and a friendly smile on. Xavier sat down on the grass, tired of standing, his hands and pants getting soaked by the wet grass

Xavier raised an eyebrow "really because i remember us talking about our affinities before you came out." he replied nonchalantly and looked over at him with serious eyes "now i don't like lying so why don't you tell the truth?" he suggested with a serious tone as he stuck a hand into his pocket where a small mound of metal resided.

Xavier's mouth turned into a frown "a bad past with the hunters?" he asked as if he couldn't believe what he was hearing "and i though i was off my rocker" he mummer to himself yet it was still loud enough for him to hear it "how about a never?" he said angrily

"you better win" Xavier growled to Lust and moved back to give them space, the wet grass rustling as he did so. He pocketed the metal, but kept his hand on just in case he need to form something quick, whether it be to ensure an escape or just beat the crap out of someone he didn't really care.

T.J smiled eagerly "do i get to fight again?" he asked visibly shaking with the anticipation of another fight

T.J smiled even wider, but this time friendly "good i don't like fighting for no reason" he said

Personality: He is fun and out going once you get to know him, he is also a good sport and will compliment and even give tips on his opponent's moves in a fight. If the occasion arises he will boast about his victories, but only to shut someone up, he will also often go back to someone he has previously fought after a time to see if they have gotten stronger. He is a master in martial arts and is extremely well-trained in the art of the sword, he constantly trains with his Blaziken to get better and to improve his pain tolerance.

"wow it seems we are just at the best place for pirates to meet" T.J joked looking at the different ships

Xavier raised his one of his eyebrows "this fight escalated quickly" he said aloud looking at the others to see if they were having the same reaction. He continued to look at the fight, while inside himself he was fighting to stay were he was and not brake up the fight, 'it would be pointless they would keep fighting even with me in between' he thought to himself

T.J flinches at the loud sound of the new comer's voice "yeesh that's loud" he mumbled

T.J sighs and shakes his head "we can hear you fine without all the shouting" he explained

"you two should calm down" Xavier said calmly hoping to subdue the two girl's anger enough so they wouldn't fight "we already have one fight going on and we don't need another" he stated thinking that they would see reason and not go into a death match

"well it is practically every pirates dream to be one of them so they probably already assumed that we would want to be one" T.J said

"looks like we're in the same boat" T.J said smiling at the little joke he made

"what?" T.J said smiling as he shrugged "oh come on it wasn't that bad"
