The ginger tabby warrior's leg was crooked from being smashed against the river's rocks. Her fur was plastered to her sides and her ears were torn from the merciless current. The only thing that had saved her was that log drifting in the water. Groaning, she collapsed outside the medicine cat's den. Only then had she remembered how she had ended up in the river in the first place. Cruel ice blue eyes....the last thing she saw before she went under. And his name was-
Her head went black, and the world vanished.

Emberflame smelled the falcon before she saw it. The scent of death and pines clung to it's feathers, it's sharp beady eyes scorching the land. Before she knew it, talons were upon her, mercilessly slashing at her throat. Rolling under it's sharp hooked claws, she flashed out her canines. In a whirl of fur and feathers, she snagged the starboard wing in her claws. It's wingbeats filled the air. The breath was knocked from her stomach. The world flew upside down. The only thing she remembered next was her ear being slit in half.

"What the-" Emberflame darted forward, her long, graceful strides bringing her to the clearing. Really? Just like....not even....really? If ShadowClan though they could get one little warrior trhough lines and lines of elite ThunderClan warriors, then Guards, then....
It was hopeless. There was no reason to spill blood for this.

The lone she-cat was just sitting by the riverbank, claws scratching the grass. The ThunderClan warrior lifted her head, relishing the feeling of the crisp breeze in her pelt. Emberflame flicked her tail tip over her paws, her neat form making a reflection in the river. The sleek, beautiful ginger-tabby dipped her paws in the river, sighing. The day was nice, yet boring.

Emberflame snaked backwardly through the thorn barrier, her eyes alert for any sudden movement as the thorns closed in around her. "Guys," she whispered. "Come here, I can see something. Stay down under the thorns." a twig cracked beyond the prickles or the barrier. Swiveling her ears back, the sleek, beautiful ginger-tabby lifted her head slightly, not to disturb one tendril of the bush. One pair of ice blue eyes gleamed behind the far foliage. Her claws slowly unfurled like a bracken bush, but she stayed hidden and still.

Emberflame, a ThunderClan warrior with seemlingly boundless energy, leapt up to a low branch. Her beautiful ginger-tabby pelt shimmered, and her fiery amber eyes were filled with curiousity and excitement. Glancing around at all of the cats she flicked her tail. "Nice night, eh?"

Emberflame agreed with Wolfstar on demoting cats with BloodClan relationships. Loyalty to her clan was everything to the ginger-tabby. Besides, BloodClan? ThunderClan had enough troubles with them. If it came to battle, how would cats choose which side to fight on? Also, it seemed strange to her that Haushinka had just.....disappeared. It seemed to simple to her. Shrugging her shoulders, Emberflame crossed the clearing over to Wolfpaw in a few short bounds. "Wolfpaw, our leader is Wolfstar. Haushinka was a leader, but has seemed to have vanished." Flicking one ear, she stepped back to look at her clanmates.

Curling back into an arched back, ears flicked forward, Emberflame darted forward at astonishing pace, a few brisk bounds bringing her to her opponent's side. Rearing, she brought her nimble yet strong paws downwardly, attempting to swipe both ears with her powerful strokes before leaping back in a sidestep. In her temporary moment of pure balance, she spun around with her shoulders squared and twisted herself into a dive, intending to grip The Doctor's shoulders and grapple him upwards into her grasp. With a firm hold, she attempted to spring back and roll under his legs. One extremite she was aiming for; the tail. Lashing upwards with both paws in sync, she attempted to swipe her opponent's tail. The move, if it hit, would cause the opponent's unbalancing.Springing paw with her paws splayed out for attack, Emberflame charged forward like the river surged it's banks. For a moment in the air, she caught her breath, then attempted to barrel into his side in a move of balance and power, all forced into the tips of her paws. As she attempted to knock him over, Emberflame wheeled back and stood, tail lashing as battle lust surged through her pelt.

"Mange-pelts!" Emberflame yowled, her claws glinting with unseen light. Scoring her claws down a rogues, ear, he yowled in terror and raced away. Emberflame charged in front of the nursery entrance. "Cats of ThunderClan! We are the feared warriors of the forest! The greatest the strongest, the clan of brave heroes and fierce defenders of our forest. Will we let darkness blind us? Blood drown us? Rogues defeat us? We are one, the almighty ThunderClan! If you wish to take our kits, fight with claws and teeth and see what happenes. Who will stand by me in this fight to protect our great clan?" Emberflame bared her teeth in a fierce snarl, rearing to block the entrance. Looking at the rogues through fierce amber eyes, she waited to see if her clanmates would support her, and if the rogues would try to attack.

Emberflame's eyes flickered open, and she gazed straight into Redfoot's eyes. "I-I think i'll be okay...." She stood up on her back paws, then evened her weight down on all fours. By now, the falcon was spiraling closer, with another falcon coming after it. Grinning slightly she looked at her clanmate. "It's not a wound it's a battle scar. Now let's teach those falcons a lesson they'll never forget." She tried not to show her pain to the ginger warrior, but a thin line of blood was trickling from the scratch. Ah, she'd deal with it after. If those falcons got to the nursery......

Emberflame trotted behind her canine clanmate, waving a goodbye to Tinykit with her tail. "We'll be back with lots of prey for you, don't you worry." her voice gradually muffled as she disappeared through the ferns. The adolescent ginger-tabby warrior quickened her pace, swerving around a bramble bush to avoid a thorn in her pad.
