Greypaw dropped back and slowed her pace so she could talk to Shiftpaw. "Hi." She mewed.

Brokenfrost sighed as he looked around the camp. His unusual brown eyes barely move though he turned his head in a scanning motion instead.

Dakari angled his gaze down at the ground where his paws were positioned next to each other, before he looked at Dawnflower. He couldn't believe how serious he was acting and feeling. He had suddenly become a different cat and not just because he was around Dawnflower. The pretty she-cat never made him feel like someone he was not. So what was wrong? "I'm not sure if Bear's okay. Even if he isn't I'm sure our leader will make it through with all the support we can give him." The tom spoke the best answer he could give. After he finished talking he gave Dawnflower and smile and a cute lick on the ear to reassure her.

Greypaw purred at the thoughtfulness that Shiftpaw had given to the Queen and her kits.

Dakari pricked his ears and sat up straight. He could hear and sense a predators presence. "Bear!" He called casually. He wanted someone else to accompany him and Dawnflower incase there was an attack.

Greypaw padded to the right of Whisperbreeze but about a cat length behind so she could keep an eye on the she-cat. Despite only being an apprentice she was determined to be as helpful as possible even if that meant fighting or being protective. She was very loyal and would not betray her clan. Her clan surprisingly meant more to her than her friends. She wasn't sure if this was a good thing or not. Luckily all her friends are in her clan so she doesn't have to chose. Greypaw still would not befriend a loner or rogue or definately not someone from another clan. Even if she met them at a friendly gathering, she would not take her friendship past respect unlike how she play fought and asked questions to her clanmates.

Dakari nodded respectfully as Bear left and wondered if he was taking this chance outside to think to himself. Sweeping his black tail around his paws he turned to Dawnflower and flashed a handsome grin and started purring at her in a flirty manner.

Snowkit looked at Dewkit questioningly. Don't eat the beetle mouse-brain!... He thought but he wouldn't annoy his brother by saying that out loud.

Sagepaw was up and pacing the medicine den gently. She looked for Jayfeather.

The black furred tom looked carefully at Dawnflower as he took in the compliment he came closer to her than he had ever been before. The grin had been replace with a smug smile and a sparkle in his pale yellow eyes. "I think we should sit out here together and guard our clan while Bear is outside. You don't know what could happen." But his voice was light and not filled with worry despite good intention in the idea. He was more concentrated on looking for a hint of something in Dawnflower's eyes. He just wanted time with her and inside somewhere he still wanted to stay awake while Bear was in the Upper World.

Dakari smiled excitedly. He felt so happy with her and almost carefree! He was still the flirty, handsome, strong tom he usually was but he felt different around Dawnflower than he normally did with she-cat's he flirted with. He sat down next to her and then turned his head to look at her.
"What shall I call you? Dawnflower, Dawn, Flower? Or would non other than your warrior name be acceptable because it would be disrespectful to call you by something your not named!" He casually got closer to her as he talked. His eyes were looking more intense in the dark. He didn't get the creepy-all-up-in-your-face kind of close he got the I'm-flirting-with-you kind of close.

ic: Dakari loved the way she groomed herself he sat back and looked around. He heard the Upper World was off limits. He stretched out and unsheathed his claws as he stretched. "Do you want to go hunting?" He asked her, hoping she would feel more free around him and not pressured by his romantic, flirty manner. He looked interestingly at her as if he was curious about her answer.

Greypaw smiled at Branchthorn. "Hi." She meowed lightly.

Snowkit purred happily as he watched Amberkit giggle. He grinned with laughter. Of course Shadowclan didn't eat beetles!... He thought. "Do you think Jayfeather is mad at him?" He asked his littermate.

Sagepaw nodded to Jayfeather. She was used to him being grumpy and blind even so early on in her apprenticeship. She sprang off into the forest. She already recognised comfrey by it's large leaves, small bell-shaped flowers, which are pink, white, or purple, and fat, black roots. They also held a unique tangy smell that she opened her jaws to scent for. Looking around for any pink, white or purple flowers she used her sense of smell to locate the plant at the same time. It's used for soothing wounds and mending broken bones...She reminded herself.

Dakari nodded and looked around as the meeting broke up. He considered going to flirt with December but then wondered if he really wanted to end up with claw marks across his nose. Backing away from that idea he padded to his nest. Making himself comfy he settled down for some well needed rest and sleep. Yawning he felt the darkness and warmth of sleep pull him in as his body calmed and become still.
