Kat saw that moon had distracted the bear and she moved over to bite at it's throat, she didn't want to kill it but knew that it had to be done, bears are always a threat to the pack. She closed her eyes and sank her teeth in, the bear wobbled and fell over on top of Kat, ~Great~ She thought ~Just great~

Demon didn't want to hurt Sorolnea but knew that he would have to if, she attacked him first he stiffened when she pulled him back into the bush but at least it was better than fighting

Kat reluctantly nodded before moon dragged the bear off of her, "Thanks," she said, "I am getting worried, bears aren't normally that aggressive over one elk." she said

Sandstorm dropped into a defensive crouch, "Oh it's just you Lukis," she said smiling, "Coming to help patrol?" she asked

Kat nodded, "But even if the bears go south, will there be enough prey for the pack?," she said "We are getting more and more wolves, will we stay here and hope that the prey will come back or go to different lands where the prey is more abundant?" she said

Demon popped out of the bushes, he dropped the prey at his paws, "I think that this is yours," he said sheepishly

Demon nodded he split the prey in three and pushed one piece over to Ashleah and another to Soronlea.

Kat nodded and dragged the elk back to camp

Demon smiled, "Let's see who can go farthest into enemy territory," he said with a grin

Kat stalked through the woods her black her covered in mud and twigs, she stopped to take a drink from a small lake and recoiled in horror at her reflection, she took a big sigh and turned around, she walked a few steps back and leaped into the water, trying to get the mud and grime off of her fur, when she was done she stepped out of the water and shook the water off her fur, when she was done her fur was sparkling. Satisfied she started to walk away.
