Nettlespring frowned slightly then sighed. "I'm goin to sleep, Jaystar," she murmured. "I'll talk to you tomorrow." She leaned forward and pressed her nose to his cheek before slipping into the den. Flightcloud was in their shared nests so she had to push the heavy warrior so she could have room to sleep. She laid down, closed her eyes and drifted away.

Falconstrike crouched, tail waving side to side as he watched the thrush with intense blu eyes. He shifted his weight, favoring his right side more. The tom suddenly made his tail become as stiff as possible and his ears pinned themselves against his skull. He struck then. Falconstrike pushed off with a large growl putting his front paws before him. His weight landed on the thrush with an audible scream from the bird. He held it down, finished it, then lifted his head eyes glittering from his small hunt.

Sneakblaze padded below the Mossrock looking up at his clan leader with somber eyes. 'Poor Eaglestar,' he thought shuffling his paws. He didn't know if Eaglestar and Shadowstorm had been close, but the clan leader was greiving just like the rest of the clan.
