Onibi was elegant in almost everything she did, even in her sleep. Breathing lightly the girl appeared to be perfectly content. That is until a certain roommate and best friend a.k.a 'royal pain in her neck' decided to wake her from her peaceful slumber. The blonde hardly fluttered open her ruby red eyes, shying away from her friend's soft tail brushing over the tip of her nose. She turned her head, trying her hardest to stifle a giggle.
"Ugh, Akane," she whined, pushing her hands in front of her to get the girl away. Sitting up she brushed her tired eyes with the palm of her hands, eyeing the Kitsune with a pouty look not long afterwards. "Why did you wake me up so early-" the girl stopped mid sentence, realizing that it was the first day of school. The Oni's eyes traveled up to the ceiling as she fell back into the soft embrace of her pillows "nooo, I don't want to go to class!" She groaned, kicking her legs and covering her face.

Onibi pouted for a few more moments before finally working up the energy to shift fully out of bed. Swinging her feet over the edge and reaching her arms towards the ceiling in a stretch. The blond demon rolled her eyes at the mention of Mrs. Tanao. "Yikes, i'd like to at least have breakfast before having to think about her, please," she said, only half joking. The oni followed her friend, directing herself to her own closet. She wasn't moving nearly as quickly as her kitsune roommate, managing a slow and tired shuffle.
It didn't take long for her to wash her face, change clothes, and put on a light but fresh face of makeup. Hearing her name being called she zoomed out of the bathroom "coming!" She called, halfway distracted by stuffing anything she needed last minute into her bag. The girl made her way to the kitchen, making little oo's and aah's as her bestie put together breakfast. "Thanks, as usual, Akane-chan~"

Ignoring the crumbling rocks blocking their path. Honestly, it didn't concern him as much as it appeared to have for Mal. Which made him wonder, should he at least try to attempt to care more? In all honesty he was far more concerned with the busy thoughts in his head. Perhaps it was selfish, but what more could he do? Not to mention the fact that Tyler was practically blind in these undesirable circumstances. He was clueless to his surroundings, more so than he normally was. He huffed, maintaining a steady turquoise glare on the ground below him. If he stared at it long enough it nearly reminded him of a dark and boundless void - one more step and he might fall in-

His thoughts were suddenly interrupted. Before the brunette's question could even be bothered with... another unrecognizable, yet familiar voice, echoed throughout the dark tunnels, bouncing off every crumbling wall. Tyler froze in place, feeling every bone in his body tense up. Instinctively he lifted his shoulders, as if they would actually protect him, appearing to sink into himself. He could barely process the source of the mysterious voice, although he was sure he could make out a silhouette - or... silhouettes. There was, three? He guessed, but there could be more. Government bots. He felt his stomach drop, and his breath hitch in his throat.

Bright and concerned eyes flickered about. He listened as Mal and one of the bots conversed. The other didn't sound hostile, but they couldn't risk it. Mal wasn't nearly as amiable, so in turn Tyler reflected caution. Then there was another voice, one that rambled on for quite some time. Tyler bit the bottom of his lip in an anxious manner - his usual concern with his own self expression being the last plight on his mind. His eyes continued to travel about in thought. "Perhaps we should hear them out," he whispered to Mal, who was standing to the right of the male. Concealed emotions glazed over his hues as they glared at his newfound companion. He thought about running, but he would surely lose Mal within the gloomy maze of underground tunnels in the process, so he threw that idea in the trash. So, he was hoping the other had taken Tyler into account, and decided the same.[/fancypost][/fancypost][/fancypost][fancypost bgcolor=white; border:none; border-radius: 0px 0px 5px 0px; border-top: 1px solid lightgrey; border-left: 1px solid lightgrey; height: 39px; width: 240px; margin-left: -7px;][fancypost bgcolor=transparent; border:none; height: 20px; width: 240px; margin-left: -15px; margin-top: 5px; text-align: center; font-size: 20px; color: black; font-family: arial; text-transform: uppercase; letter-spacing: 1px;]

Onibi followed her roommate out of their dorm. Her mouth was too full of food to reply, which was fine because it probably would have been a sarcastic remark anyway. To avoid being late the Oni lightly pushed on the Kitsune's back to hurry the duo up. Finally gulping down her last bite of food the blonde huffed "I have statistics first," she spoke unenthusiastically. "What about you?"

Unexplainable, by all amounts, confusion was about the only emotion Death could gather at the moment. There he sat, on the cold misty ground of an unfamiliar forest, staring at a girl who eventually ... stared right back. She was familiar, yet gave off the impression that they hadn't ever met before. Hadn't they? He blinked, what appeared to be a galaxy of coruscating moons and stars riddled the inside of his almond shaped eyes. And though they were filled with a lifetime of weariness, they still managed to glow and glisten.

What sat before him, [i]who sat before him, she reflected everything that Aeron was not. Her hair was a golden scintillate that veiled her sun-kissed skin. A captivating view, both welcoming as it was intimidating. Death swallowed down what felt like a marble caught in his throat as their eyes locked onto each other. He wanted to look away, but he couldn't find the courage. However, eventually, the ebony haired boy snapped out of his trance, breaking their gaze to instead scan and process their surroundings. Earth - obviously. The one and only planet in the galaxy that he was given the duty to keep in balance. However, he was only half of that balance, the other of course being... his thoughts came to a halt. His mind trailed off only to land right back to where it first began. The girl. [b]"Do I... Know you from somewhere? He asked, not exactly expecting a reply.

That had to have been it, right? Unless Aeron was just going mad. Eventually the boy stood, his glistening orbs traveling about until they focused back on the girl only a yard away. "You're... warm" He simply stated, his voice holding a tint of gravel and a bit of... something else. It was quite literal, in fact, he could feel the heat of what felt like a beam of sun cascading onto him, all of which was dawning from the pellucid girl. With the idea to approach her, he commenced. The Reaper was cautious, keeping a steady distance as he noted every detail of her. He usually didn't consider, or understand others liking of "personal space," but he was careful not to get too close to the girl, "Who are you?" He finally decided to ask, sounding a bit harsher than he had intended. But still, his voice managed an accompaniment of disbelief.

    [fancypost bgcolor=transparent; border: none;font-family: arial;text-align: center;color: white;width: 390px; text-transform: uppercase;margin-top: -3px; font-size:8px; line-height: 11px;]hidden scrolling | lightsy loves you[/fancypost]

I had been running it. All night for days, maybe months... I had lost track. But the radio, the tower, it was safe. A sort of homestead for me - especially during the nights. I guess you could say I decorated the inside of the tower to my liking. A dresser, bookshelf, old box tv (it's broken but sometimes I like to pretend i'm watching it), Christmas lights (which are also broken but I still think they're nice to look at), and of course an old bunk bed. With a variety of tapestry and cloth I found stretching across my ceiling and some of my stuff. It's pretty cluttered, I like... collecting stuff. Yeah, I basically took it over, but it's not like anyone was using it.

Like I mentioned earlier, I run the radio tower all night. Lovely melodies picked by the one and only, me. It's music I used to listen to before, well, the badlands. However, during the day? Things are different. I don't need my homestead then, it's safe... most of the time. From the rabid animals, radiation, and if i'm particularly unlucky, the people. I'm not ever sure if or when I will be back, but I never fancy the idea of leaving the radio running. At least not while I'm out.

Checking my clunky radiation detector I concluded it was safe once again to go out. The sun was just starting to peak its shiny head over the sandy horizon. I must admit, sadly, it was one of the last beautiful things about our world. I didn't bother to check my outward appearance, though I probably looked quite scruffy by now. My red hair was tied in a messy bun at the moment, and my heavy boots and Metallica shirt had seen better days. No matter. Holes and dust aside, I wasn't exactly expecting company any time soon. Oh, if I had only known.

The sun was scorching hot, more than usual. That was really saying something. My once pale and freckled skin, tan and even more freckled than ever before. Lifting my arm with a grimace in hopes to tame the blistering rays I squinted away the sand. "Another day... more food and knickknacks to collect," I muttered to myself. I talked to myself a lot. I read once it was supposed to keep a person more sane in times of loneliness, honestly, i'd probably be just as insane either way.

Making my way downtown to an old abandoned factory, one I had scavenged more than enough times on my part, I couldn't help but feel more weary than usual. Perhaps someone had just been there, after all things came and went through that factory as if the world was still way too overpopulated. It was one of the only large structures in the area that was still intact, so it wasn't surprising that many made a stop there before moving on their way.

I let out a couple huffs and perhaps a growl here and there. Maneuvering throughout the badlands took a toll on the body that was for sure. I was already out of breath by the time I made it inside the abandoned structure, my stinging lungs reminding me once again of my low water supply. Catching my breath I began to slip through the rubble, scanning my surroundings for anything that could be of use. Usually the badlands were quiet, maybe a howl and a large gust of wind every once in a while. But I enjoyed the silence, even at my radio tower a cut from the music is nice.

Shuffling my large boots over the ground while lost in thought... you know... not one of my brightest ideas. Everything was a wreck, if rubble wasn't falling off something it was falling into something. The largest structure that's still intact, the factory, it wasn't all that special after all.

Feeling a crack and something crumble beneath my feet I let out a quick shout. The floor wasn't about to cave in? Was it!? Today of all days! I couldn't afford to be stuck in a hole for all eternity, I had tunes to play! I froze in my place, my breath growing shaky. If I moved who knows what would happen so... what now?

I felt every muscle in my body tense up. Things seemed to get more serious the longer I stood on the crumbling terra. I let out another scream as one of the cracks below my feet split even further. Was I really going to die here? Sh*t! I shut my eyes, concluding that there really wasn't anything else I could do at this point. I was... giving up? It wasn't like me, but, what else could I do? There might not be any people around here for miles to save me-

Suddenly I heard somebody shout, seriously? It couldn't have been my imagination, right?

Quickly, my head whipped back over my shoulder in attempts to find the source, one my green eyes were quick to lock on to. A guy! As I had presumed from the voice. Careful not to put in inch of weight on the unsteady ground beneath me I let out a shaky plead for help. "Oh thank god! Please, help, the floor might give in any second!" I didn't mean to shout, but my nerves were running haywire. Who knows how deep the drop was. I scanned the rest of the shambled factory, being heedful of any movements. There had to be something he could use to help me... without him having to come closer and risk his life as well. A nervous chuckle made its way up my throat "I don't suppose you have any rope on you, do you?" I muttered, my expression falling into an uncertain one.

I didn't want to die... and I wasn't sure why. It wasn't like I had much to go back to - much to live for at all. I had no family left, and my last friend was kidnapped by raiders to be sold. She's probably dead by now... My demeanor dejected quickly. However, as soon as the sparkle in my eyes dulled, they brightened back up again. I couldn't think about that. I did have something to live for... myself. No, I wasn't going to die. Not here, not now. Determination within my forest hues pervaded. And without a second thought, I jumped. Right into the blonde male across from me. Time appeared to slow down in the next few moments. The floor fell into the push from the soles of my shoes, but by then I was already off the ground and into the air.

Though... not for long. Hey, at least I had a blonde to break my fall.

oH MY GOD HELL YES!! I've been waiting for this !!! *eternally screaming*
oo poor Louis :'( argh i'm having Fox flashbacks.

Kevin's egocentric smirk might as well have been slapped off his face thanks to Noodle's taunting words. He didn't want to let it get to him, but he couldn't help it. "Who you calling b*tch, b*tch?" He growled and stood from his chair, but before he could say anymore - or do anything more - Louis' voice pierced the musty basement air. Kevin took a step back to make way for his 'partner' - not boss, okay? He crossed his arms in attempts to look as tough as possible as he watched the other intimidate the girl. The muscled man had accidentally brought the wrong girl, which he wasn't even aware about until just a few minutes ago. What? Black hair, thin frame, they both looked the same to him. Very suddenly Louis crashed his fist into the girl's face, catching Kevin off guard. This just got a bit more interesting.

A small smirk snuck its way onto Kevin's sharp and tan features. The Noodle girl deserved that one. The male furrowed his brows at the small girls words. She sure acted all big and bad didn't she? After a little bit of bickering Louis finally turned to leave, so Kevin followed. He figured he had some explaining to do to the brunette. Also, questions. Was he really gonna kill all of them? Sure, they murdered Louis' best friend (he wasn't aware Fox had sacrificed himself), that's what Louis told him. "Hey, Lou?" he spoke up when they were out of hearing reach from Noodle. "Sorry about uh... getting the wrong girl." He trailed off, an uncertain expression falling onto his features. "So... now what?"

As soon as Murdoc pulled into the familiar driveway everyone was quick to scramble out of the Jeep. Being home felt more, well, unlike home than ever without Noodle. Though he wouldn't let it show, Noodle being gone really bothered Murdoc for some reason, 2D too. The two virtually raised the girl after all. Slipping out of the vehicle the bassist was greeted with the one thing he wasn't afraid to open up to... at least, not anymore. He wrapped his arms around Amethyst as her hands moved up around his neck. Her gentle 'I love you' almost sent shivers up his spine. He could feel Paula and Charisma's eyes burning into the affectionate duo but he didn't care. Amethyst was his, and he was hers, something those two needed to learn. "I love you too," he sighed out, holding her tighter. He lifted an eyebrow as Marceline spoke, finally giving notice to everyone else.

2D lolled his head back to glare up at the sky. It was great that Murdoc and Amethyst loved each other and all that stuff but couldn't they have the decency to show it in the privacy of their own room. Or any room... At least 2D and Marceline had the decency to only kiss and snuggle in public every once in a while. A lie. Murdoc would say otherwise too, having walked in on the two multiple times. (Something he never wants to think about thank you very much). 2D tries to act all modest and innocent sometimes, but he sure as hell wasn't fooling anybody. 2D and Marceline did it in the weirdest places sometimes... anyways.

Murdoc glanced up in thought, huh... he hadn't even thought about giving the girls keys. That would make sense, right? "I mean, we can get you keys love," he chuckled.
"She already has keys... to your heart," Charisma spoke up sarcastically, batting his eyelashes. Both 2D and Murdoc rolled their eyes. Being led away from the group and to the door Murdoc glared down at the keys in his hands. Not without sneering at Marceline's teasing first though.

As the group flocked to the open door Charisma eyeballed Amethyst. He wanted to talk to her, but since she was locking hips with Murdoc like they were glued to each other he decided otherwise. Instead the blonde swayed over to the other two renowned love birds of the apartments. 2D and Marceline were cute together... he supposed. Jealousy? Yeah right! Not of 2D... of course, or, of Marceline? Brushing a hand through his golden locks he brushed off his bitterness and pulled on Marceline's sleeve to get the vampires attention. He hasn't really talked to the bassist that much, the realization hit him for the first time. But she was his best friends girlfriend. Not that his friends usually wanted Charisma around their girlfriends. But it wasn't like he was going to do anything. Besides, his heart seemed to be with another girl, even if his brain tried to tell him otherwise.

2D turned to look down at his friend. He still looked... sad. Charisma glanced from the vampire to the singer. His ebony eyes were as hard to read as usual. Though the blond was always the best at knowing how 2D was feeling his radar was shot down at the moment - by yet again a girl that goes by the name Noodle. The tall singer was the first to speak, seeing as Charisma was frozen at the moment. "Hey, we'll get Noodle back C, no worries. Alsooo, we get ice cream afterwards too." He grinned. The blonde gave a lighthearted chuckle "yeah, with sprinkles..." he joked. Tilting his head the younger boy's brows creased "actually, I was wondering if I could talk to you, Marceline..." he mumbled "just for a sec." Charisma rocked back and forth, still going over what he wanted to say in his mind.

Btw this part got me gasping xD "What's the most this guy's gonna do? Torcher her? It's not like Charisma hasn't done that enough"

Kevin watched in awing silence as his fawn brown counterpart found himself lost in his own monologue. The tan male couldn't do much but stand and listen as the others range of emotions radiated off him. Primarily? It was rage, resentment, his eyes saw someone seeking vengeance. When all Kevin really wanted was some cash. Luckily, Louis was offering a lot of it, how else would he have managed to stick around with the brunettes crazy @ss? They had gotten this far, might as well go all the way. "Um," he spoke up when the younger male was mostly silent. But in the end decided to bite his tongue, slipping out a "blue eyes... you got it." Before being ushered away. Honestly, he was pretty intimidated by Louis, especially after that. He really does hate the Gorillaz... him and who knows who else.

Louis eyed the other all the way to the front door. While Kevin left to, hopefully, get some business done. Louis turned to the deep dark basement; that surely held a lot of the Gorillaz deepest, darkest, and dirtiest secrets. Sure, he didn't have Marceline - the girl responsible for Fox's very death, the whore! But, he had the next best thing. Noodle had info he knew very well Marceline would never know. Noodle has been there since the beginning... there to witness it all.
Slowly unlocking the basement door the brunette slithered down the steps. "Oh Noodle? What? Did you think we were done?" A haunting chuckle echoed off the glooming walls, the darkness clinging to them and surrounding them on all sides. Although he held a sneering smirk, he was filled with a grudging hostility towards the downcast girl in the center of the room. He came close, very close, leaning forwards until their eyes locked with each other. They hardly clashed... surprisingly. Louis squinted, complacent about the bruise now forming near Noodle's dazed hues. "Hey, how's your face?" He asked, moving his hand up to touch it, hoping she would wince. "Looks like it hurts," he smirked "but if you comply I won't have to give you anymore bruises to take home to the boyfriend. Oh wait..." he paused "you don't have one do you? You just scare them all away or what? Or maybe Murdoc does it for you." He chuckled and moved about as a matter-of-fact-like, sitting down on the chair that Kevin left. "You know, i'm kind of happy Kevin snatched you up. I'll get Marceline eventually... but you? The others are probably all working on some big rescue plan. They'll all fall into my trap, but, at least you can say they tried to get their beloved Noodle back." He rubbed his face lightly "... you do think they'll come save you, right?"

2D rose an eyebrow at his bestfriend, then to his girlfriend. Marceline? The one and only love of his life going to talk to Charisma? Alone? Don't get him wrong he loves the blonde too, like a brother, but that fact didn't help the churning uncertainty forming in his stomach. There was a pause before the boy with blue hair replied "hm, yeah sure thing love." He puffed, slipping a quick kiss on Marceline's cheek. Though his eyes were on Charisma as he turned to leave. Stalking out of sight and into the living room. No one was in there- oh wait, Paula was. A feeling of disappointment clouded the tall singer's mind like a somber storm, and it wasn't surprising anymore. He was about to make a beeline to the kitchen, but alas, went to sit down on the far side of the couch. Slumping down the boy bit his bottom lip, how long had it been since he and Paula had a full blown conversation? Not that she was the greatest conversationalist; But then again neither was 2D. "Looking blue, Paula, something bothering you?" He smirked halfway, trying not too, as he slouched into the couch playing with his aqua hair.

Okay, Marceline had agreed, and 2D didn't fuss, that's one obstacle out of the way. Charisma contrived a sigh of relief. She was... sweeter than he had expected. Realizing the girl was analyzing him he took it upon himself to do the same. Her eyes were lighter than his, like a crystalline baby-blue sky. Welcoming and free. It really was a wonder that 2D would be the one to capture her heart. It was odd... Charisma often admired girls, or good looking people in general, but never considered what was beyond a set of captivating eyes. The blonde snapped out of his trance when he was directed to the Jeep. As soon as she sat down on the green hood he averted his eyes and fastened them to the littered ground. He noticed recently that the vampire girl had a knack at observing people. Even better than he was... she just... understood things. That's why she was the right person to talk to, yeah, she was the right person.

Charisma fiddled with his hands for a moment, his blue orbs never leaving their place on the empty glass bottles. "I honestly, I have a lot to get off my chest." His eyes flickered up for only a second "if that's okay..." He trailed off "I just need to somehow or I might just explode." The boy was almost whispering at this point. There was only a few things that Charisma was afraid of, and he was staring one of them right in the face. By opening up- leaving his feelings out for someone else to take and rip apart if they so pleased. It was terrifying to him, but he felt that he had to. Maybe if Marceline understood she could help him. "I-i'm just tired of sitting in my own misery. It's not exactly something i'm used to.. and it's all because of Noodle." The boy huffed, moving to sit next to the vampire on the hood of the Jeep. It was still slightly warm after just being used. For the first time since Charisma started talking his eyes traveled up to Marceline's. He was finally ready to open up about everything. With his feelings towards Noodle, what happened with Paula, exactly how he was feeling, in detail. "I regret what I did." His sparkling eyes suddenly fell sorrowful "more than anything in the world. And I think I lost her forever all because i'm... me." Jesus, he was depressing even himself. He had no idea how long he had been talking for, but it felt good to have somebody listen for once. It felt really good. After he was done he sighed, leaning back and propping himself up on his elbows to stare up at the sky. "Sorry," he murmured suddenly, looking away.

Murdoc, who was really in his own little world with tornado Amethyst over there, leaned on the kitchen counter. His arms were crossed, watching as her anger flared up. "Hey, welcome to my world," he growled bitterly. Did nothing go their way? He almost wanted to apologize for sharing his and the rest of the bands bad luck with Amethyst and Marceline, but he knew it would just come out sarcastically so his mind moved onto another topic. His eyes glanced up to the ceiling, whether it was in irritation or in thought it wasn't certain. "Noodle just had to go and get kidnapped of course." At this point he was just rolling with what Amethyst was saying. All in all he felt the same way. It was just one thing after the other at this point. It was tiring. Unexpectedly, the purple girl got herself all worked up, only to lose all that exasperation to... sh*t she was falling! "Amethyst!" Murdoc called out abruptly, moving to catch her before her head hit the hard tile floor of the kitchen. "Ame, what the hell happened? What's wrong?" The green male examined her features through his raven locks, she didn't look fully unconscious. That was good, right? "Love, you okay?" He asked, brushing a hand over her cheek. The purple girl wasn't gone for very long, sitting up shortly after her amethyst eyes flickered open. She- wait what? "Uhm, you do?" Murdoc questioned, his eyebrows creasing. He was still holding onto the drummer; pretty damn confused if he does say so himself. So he waited. Waited for her to explain herself obviously.

//whew! This took uh... pretty long lol. But hopefully it's alright (considering it's almost 1am at this point lol oops)

Louis clicked his tongue, the dismal girl was trying to pull off something along the lines of confidence. How quaint. He laughed at Noodle's half certain remark "ohh, I almost believe you Noods." Gnawing on the inside of his cheek he leaned forwards to scooch the chair closer. It made a revolting sound, screeching against the cold cement of the basement floor. Then - silence, for a little while. His eyebrow twitched, and his lips pursed, her manner shifted. Louis listened hesitantly as she began to speak. There was no disgust or anger this time. No, he felt her melancholy. Louis' eyes bore into Noodle with an unreadable expression. He couldn't tear his attention away from her. His demeanor spoke up in place of his lacking expressions. It was confident, but also, uneasy at the same time. As if he was trying to anticipate what the small guitarist would say next. God, a guy did all that to her?

Wait. Was he sympathizing with her? Umm no, Louis, she's the enemy, remember? His thoughts bit and clawed at his already previously corrupted and confused mind. No, this was all wrong! He was supposed to be intimidating her! Maybe even torturing her to get all the information he wanted. I'm in control here! Not you- feelings. The boy was really beginning to lose it, wasn't he? After losing his bestfriend... his other half. After the other fell silent he gulped. "I do," he eventually spoke up. His chocolate sweet hues weren't looking so sweet and confident anymore. As he sat there in the basement with nobody but Noodle to discern. He was letting his thoughts consume him, but why? Did he really have to be alone? "I know what it feels like to be truly-- sad" he muttered, his voice cracking. "With Fox I never thought I needed anybody else. He was everything to me... my entire family basically, since they were never around." This was taking a dark turn, but Louis continued despite that fact. "I thought we were gonna be together forever, you know? But one moment he was there and the next he was just gone." He scoffed "so naive." The brunette looked down at his shaking hands, closing them into fists. "Do-um..." oh, his shyness was making a comeback apparently. Wonderful timing. "This guy... you still have feelings for him don't you? Despite what he did to you?" Louis didn't know why, but he had taken a sudden interest in Noodle. He understood exactly how she felt, it was - weird. "This might sound totally crazy, but, what if we helped each other? I could help you get back at this guy, if you help me in return."

2D glanced over his shoulder to somewhat get a glimpse of Paula up on the couch. He moved one knee up to his chest, resting an arm on it to make their odd little interaction less straining on his neck. Sure, he could always sit up on the couch but... that would just make it too easy for Paula, wouldn't it? He chuckled at her words, and he didn't try to hide it that time. "Just peachy, sure," he whispered sarcastically, kinda talking to himself honestly. Then Paula asked a question, one that wasn't all that surprising. Glancing up at her he gave a half-smile "uh, yeah, actually." Reaching into his pocket 2D pulled out the crumpled box of cigs... huh... he hasn't smoked in a while. Opening the packet he stared down at the single cig inside. There was only one left - but, he wanted one too. "Hmm, I guess we'll have to share," he started, not even thinking about what he was saying. Damn it, 2D rose his eyebrows as he hesitantly looked up at Paula. Oh well, it was only a cigarette, right? Luckily a ruckus in the kitchen gave him an excuse to take his eyes off of Paula and onto the door. He was more interested in the sound than his ex, but not that interested. It was Murdoc's voice shouting after all, and he shouted all the time. He stayed put.

Murdoc's jaw set as he stared down into Amethyst's bright orbs. Moving a strand of light hair out of her face he thought for a moment. A party? He had only ever taken Amethyst to one party hadn't he? Oh that's right, he was exceptionally drunk that night. A lot happened. That's where Murdoc and Amethyst first kissed. Hmm how romantic... "Yeah, of course I do," he slipped out, not exactly catching on to what Amethyst was trying to get at. "Oh yeah, Fox," he glanced away, a sudden burst of orange and gold flashed into his mind, he remembered. "Why are you bringing him up all of the sudden?" He asked, sounding more pressing than he had meant to. Giving her a peculiar look Murdoc shifted as the other sat all the way up, asking him for help and holding out her hand as she did so. Staring into her pleading eyes once again the bassist took her hand in his, helping her up. "Whatever you say love, as long as it'll bring Noodle back." It nearly sounded like Murdoc was the one pleading now, but Murdoc doesn't plead pft. Not him. Never.

Making their way out of the kitchen, hands interlocked, the green and purple duo passed by 2D and Paula. Oh cute, they were sharing a cigarette together. The green male stuck out his long tongue in disgust. Murdoc hardly gave them anymore notice though, he was on a mission after all. Amethyst wanted to change~ Though, now probably wouldn't be the best time would it? He huffed, was Noodle really cock-blocking him right now? Dragging Amethyst along he turned back to scan her over. "You know you can tell me anything Ame, like, um, why exactly you suddenly know all of these things." The bassists eyes rolled up to the ceiling dramatically as he spoke "or why you keep fainting and waking up like everything is fine," he squinted at Amethyst through black and red eyes "you know, the usual. Come on, I got questions love." Oh sooo many questions! He wasn't used to it. He was usually the one to keep the answers. Oh how the tables have turned, and oh how he detested it.

Charisma's eyes quickly darted back up towards Marceline when she started speaking. He looked uncertain, but somehow he was beginning to feel more sure of himself the longer Marceline spoke. But yet, he still wanted to push the words away. He wasn't one to take advice very well, actually, he usually just did whatever he wanted without a second thought, But look where that led him. "Ugh!" Charisma groaned, slumping back all the way onto the hood, causing the Jeep to move slightly. "But she probably hates me!" He was practically shouting into the sky. He wanted to scream at the grey clouds that were doomed to haunt England for all eternity. The boy almost interrupted Marceline in the middle of her supportive and encouraging words. But she kept going anyways, despite Charisma's loud self. Moving both his hands up he covered his face "I know," his voice was muffled. "I know, I know... you're right." Sitting up the boy sighed, his blue eyes staring at his lap. "Captivate her heart," he repeated "and save her from a rabid dog?" He joked, glancing up at the vampire girl playfully. Huh, not only did he get advice out of her, he got how her and 2D fell in love.

Charisma shook his head at her question, shrugging his shoulders. "Nah, we should probably-" the blonde hopped off the Jeep in the middle of his sentence "we should probably head back inside." He finished. "You know... I feel better, actually," for what seemed like the first time in days Charisma smiled a genuine smile "thanks Marceline."

Louis' fawn brown eyes adjusted to the shift in Noodle's features. They lit up like chocolate diamonds, she agreed! It made him feel giddy, and relieved. His mouth curved into a smile "you know, I think we'll get along just fine, Noodle." The boy was beaming at this point... it was kind of creepy actually. Louis was proving to be consistently offsetting, these days especially. To be completely honest, he wasn't expecting her to entirely agree. The legendary Noodle was actually going to help him? Get back at her group? Just for revenge on some guy? He must have really done a number on her, poor girl. The brunette huffed "no killing, got it," he smirked. "Oh the sweet sweet sacrifice for revenge," he stood, leaning in closer to the Japanese girl "and your freedom." With that Louis hopped around behind her, slipping a knife he had in the back of his pants - now why did he have that? To untie the suffocating binds on her hands. When she was finally free he crossed his arms "so, Noodle, we're partners now. Aaand" he tilted his head "what do you say we hardcore prank your friends? Louis style."

2D knew he would regret trying to be nice to Paula, oh, why did he have to be so forgiving? Tensing up the singer's eyes traveled up to the ceiling. She missed him, eh? Well... what isn't there to miss? A smug look fell on the singers face due to his own thoughts. But it was quick to disappear when Paula got even more goody-goody. She just didn't know when to quit did she? Conceited girl. 2D was quickly beginning to feel very uncomfortable beneath the guitarists forbidding touch. As he continued to listen to her words the more his expression turned from uneasy to confused. Was she serious? "Pft, Paula, come on, just give up... you ruined us a long time ago." He wasn't paying attention to Paula, not fully, not wanting to make eye contact with her. He did, however, turn his body in her direction. Bad move. Without warning- well, there was a little warning. The words 'scream for me' was the last thing he heard before an unforgiving pain ignited onto his cheek. The singer didn't scream, luckily for his own ego, but he shouted in both shock and pain. "Ah! F*ck!" He hissed, wincing away from her and holding out his arms to fight back at the psycho girl. He tried to push her arm away from his cheek, but she clasped onto him with the cigarette firmly onto his cheek for what seemed like ages. Squirming around her crazed cackling, the burning sensation on his face finally ceased once the two fell to the floor.

Murdoc scoffed, sounding offended "hills? Please, these are mountains." He spoke, sounding over dramatic as usual. Letting her go once they got to the top he looked down at his own arms, staring blankly until Amethyst spoke up. Ignoring the fact that she was ignoring his questions he entered his- or- their room shortly after she did, scanning the devastation once more with a disgusted look on his face. How could he keep forgetting? Paula trashed their room... He made a mental note to get back at her later. Murdoc's eyes moving to the display of purple as his girlfriend slipped off her shirt. Like any other guy on face of the earth he found himself not being able to turn his attention away. She was beautiful, wait, what?, I meant hot. Yeah, smokin' hot. Flaws and all. He shook off his thoughts, moving up to hug the girl from behind. Though when she was done she turned towards him, bringing up what he had brought up earlier. "Yeah, explaining would be great," he spoke sassily, smirking down at her shortly after. But then, of course, there was always a catch wasn't there? The bassist's complacent expression fell "oh no, no, no no no," he chuckled, but it was clear he wasn't the least bit delighted. The male was immediately having flashbacks to the beach house "nooooo," he whined, pulling on Amethyst.
After a few minutes of refusal from stubborn Murdoc he finally gave in. His curiosity was just killing him. Besides, a small strip show was an... interesting way to remove stress, but a way none the less. It's the least he could do for Amethyst, right? That girl, he glared at her, she enjoyed doing this to him far too much. "Okay love," he sighed, rubbing his face with both his hands "prepare yourself for the sexiest strip show you've ever seen." The male smirked up at her from behind his hands, brushing them up and through his dark locks. Murdoc closed in on the purple girl, pressing his hand against her to sit her down on the bed. The bassist slowly pulled his shirt from the back, slipping it off entirely to show green skin underneath. What a sexy pickle. Moving his hands down his body he lifted his right hand to hold the bottom of her chin within his thumb and index finger. He faced her to sit on her lap, almost like how a girl would. Arching his back he pushed his hips into her, smirking as he lifted her chin to steal a kiss from her. Sure, stripping didn't involve kissing usually, but he couldn't help himself.

Meanwhile downstairs Charisma was staring blankly and Marceline. Was he really considering her offer? To go back to America? The place he was born? He hadn't been back since he dad kicked him out for... reasons. The boy tried to hide any negative expression, giving the vampire a small smile and a curt nod "i'll think about it." Following after her the boy couldn't even let out a shout before the grey girl closed the car park door in his face. "Wha- Marceline! Stop being dork," he laughed, knocking on the door. She was holding it closed, but very suddenly the pressure was lifted from the other side. He didn't need a key, thank god, to get in. Quickly opening it in case she would be back he slipped through with a flash of gold and blue. The boy huffed, turning towards her he was about to playfully punch her on the shoulder, but decided otherwise when he spotted what her eyes were locked onto. 2D and... Paula? "Whoa," Oh no... Charisma suddenly felt a very familiar pang in his heart, flashing back to that night. The night he lost Noodle.

2D didn't know what just happened, he couldn't think straight. The thoughts in his brain were all rattled, dazed, and confused at the moment. Not to forget the pain in his face screaming at him in protest. Failing to realize he was currently on top of Paula he moved one hand up to his cheek, his face scowling into a grimace. "Jesus, Paula, are you f*cking crazy?!" At this point he was looking down at the laughing girl through blue strands of messy hair, in complete shock. Well, shock and anger - and 2D didn't get angry all that often. I guess pushing a lit cigarette to his face would do it. He heard Paula speak, but not to him. Turning he was able to lock onto Charisma and... Marceline. Stuarts heart dropped, and his stomach turned upside down. "Wait, Marceline, it's-" The lanky singer scrambled up off his attacker, wincing once again as he moved his hand from his cheek. She would understand, wouldn't she? Oh god, 2D could feel himself panicking.

I know it's so out of character just aaaa, 2D with no chill gawd damn ~!

2D flinched against Marceline's harsh words, it felt like they were piercing through his heart. Paula's demented cackling wasn't easy to ignore, however, the burned male turning to scowl at her. Man, all this anger might just give him frown lines. He was turning into Murdoc... his expression overturned with that thought, pitch black orbs tracing back to Marceline when she got a grip on the situation. After shouting at Paula the vampire girl came to help him up. Though Paula was right, it was just a burn, it still hurt like hell. "Y-yeah, Marcey, i'm fine." He spoke through gritted teeth. Kinda. He didn't want her to worry. 2D lifted his eyebrows, giving his girlfriend a dubious kind of look. Dude, what if the cigarette left a scar? The boy gingerly moved his hand back up to his cheek once Marceline had a small look at it. The state of things were quickly beginning to get heated again, no pun intended, this time Paula felt the need to get is a shouting match with his girlfriend. Can't the slimy guitarist just fall off the face of the earth now? 2D looked away, did he really just think that?

Charisma watched with unsure but curious eyes. At least 2D wasn't just caught cheating on Marceline. No, he was just like, totally burned! Which one was worse? The blonde honestly couldn't decide. Felling very bad for his blue headed friend at the moment Charisma moved up to him as well. Marceline checked his wound a little, but the situation was escalating pretty damn quick. The blonde rolled his eyes at the hyena- I mean, Paula... "Paula, that's enough," he shot at her, but by then it was too late, the two girls were getting closer and closer to getting entangled in a catfight. Charisma moved up to stop Marceline from making things worse then they already were, while 2D couldn't care less if his girlfriend beat Paula to the ground right then and there. Just like that the room was filling with hateful words, then it was silent. "Marceline, wait," the singer only halfheartedly called after the bassist, feeling and sounding very tired of just everything.

Louis was just beaming with confidence, wasn't he? Looking over at Noodle the boy chuckled "exactly." Lifting his arms he briefly explained his plan, a plan that didn't sound all that finished. Hey, it was a work in progress. "Just imagine your friends faces, they'll think the situation is life and death. I wonder how they'll react, you know, people do and say weird things when they're about to die." Okay, a bit morbid, but by the sound of Louis' giggling he must've really found it funny. He scanned her over when she was finally able to stand, brown locking with green. She was almost as tall as him, so, he got on his tippytoes. Crossing his arms and leaning even closer to her he smirked along with the guitarist "oh, you bet, you think Murdoc's parties are crazy? Get ready, this'll be the biggest party of the year!" Louis spoke, turning to extend his hands "no, the century!" He cackled, probably sounding like a complete mad man. Turning back to Noodle his smile fell to a more average one "I already got Kevin gathering your friends up, let's get this party started, shall we?"

Murdoc smirked into their kiss "that's the point, isn't it?" He whispered, moving to blow air into her ear. Murdoc wouldn't mind if he and Amethyst stayed this close forever, but the erratic girl suddenly changed their positioning. He never knew what she would do next, one of the things he couldn't get enough of. "Hmmm," he hummed, oh now she wanted to give him an explanation? Sure, that was the agreement, but really, she was torturing him at this point. Staring down at the drummer with sharp and mischievous eyes he was beginning to get invested the more she spoke. "You aren't serious... future vision?" Why was he surprised? Weird things happened to them all the time. But this was pretty weird, even for him. The male sat up slightly "so, what, you're like a super hero or something." He laughed, poking her sides, obviously only half joking. Seeing how she saw it as something to take pretty seriously. Is that how they would save Noodle? A door slamming shut caused his multi-colored orbs to travel to his door, "you think it's 2D? What's he being pissy for..." Murdoc grumbled, looking back up at Amethyst with a shrug. "Why not, if they believe you that is." He flashed her a rougish look, sitting up fully to head downstairs.

2D would have followed Marceline, but Paula pushed her elbow into his side - proving herself an even bigger irriation. "Get off me," he hissed, pushing her away when she offered him a kiss and moved to touch his face. He wanted to bite her head off, but Charisma clearly predicted his thoughts because he spoke up to distract his friend from the crazy guitarist. "Hmm, I wonder who that is at the door?" He spoke up awkwardly, scowling more than everything. The blonde lightly jabbed Paula in the shoulder "What the hell P?" He was speaking to her as if he wasn't that mad, and to be honest he wasn't. Even after everything she's done Charisma hasn't forgetten that they used to be friends. What an easy time that was.
Making it to the bottom of the stairs Murdoc spotted Paula right away, then Charisma, then 2D who was- going to open the front door? "Is someone here?" He spoke up, catching Charisma's attention. The blonde boy shrugged, still giving Paula a sour look. Okay... what happened this time? Obviously it wasn't 2D that went up to his room and slammed the door like Murdoc had assumed, so by the process of elimination it must have been Marceline. Murdoc glanced over at Amethyst as 2D swung open the front door, blinking at the contrast between the shadowy apartment and the cool light outside.

"Uhh hey," Kevin smiled sexily before realizing that a guy had opened the door. "Oh," his face dropped "um, is Paula here?" He had hoped he had remembered her name right. She would recognize him from the waterpark, right? He hoped. He really needed her help if he wanted to convince the group to go anywhere with him. 2D glared at him. Was that... the Arnold Schwarzenegger guy from the pool? The singer clenched his jaw "yeah, she's here," he spoke up bitterly. "Great!" Kevin spoke up, lightly pushing at the door to open it further, "may I come in?"

Fawn brown eyes traveled up to the glooming clouds gathering above. Overcast, it looked like it would rain soon. Through the grey and silver linings the far reaches of the forest illuminated over the horizon, almost as if it was magic. Only rumors to most humans, but sometimes Emi fancied the enchanting idea. To the brunette the day was like any other. Picking up her pace as to not get caught in the incoming rainfall the petite girl fixed her hues straight ahead. Downtown wasn't particularly busy that day, which was a relief.

Emi was on her way back home after a long day at work. It was nothing special - a barista in a local coffee shop down the road to her apartment. Looking on the bright side she did have to admit it had its perks. Complimenting her curling brown locks a small scent of brewing coffee always seemed to kiss her figure. However, the longer she was out in the dreary weather the more she found herself missing the warm and cozy confinements of her home. So, as if having a mind of their own, her feet hurried even more; eager to get back.

Very suddenly, despite her haste, the screeching sound of tires against asphalt caught her attention. Nobody was around, Emi's head being the only one to turn towards the piercing sound. That and the person in the car, who didn't care enough to stick around for more than a couple seconds. For a moment the brunette didn't think twice, stepping forwards to be on her way. But then something small caught her eye. Having to do a double take the girl's chocolate hues widened. Without hesitation Emi approached the poor creature, a cat! With closer inspection she concluded - she would take care of it. She couldn't just leave it out in the road to die. Besides, no collar was present, so it must have been a stray with nobody else to care for it.

Emi kneeled down next to the ebony figure, delicately picking it up. She was careful not to injure it further, making the rest of the way to her apartment. The toasty interior held a notable contrast against the rainfall that clung to the cool air outside. Carefully setting the cat down on her black velvet couch the girl hurried to the kitchen to grab a first-aid kit tucked neatly in one of the cabinets. Emi opened it with an apprehensive demeanor about her. She didn't exactly have a lot of experience in fixing animals. But she had to try. Once she was finished all she could do was wait and hope it would wake up.
