Stronger. He was getting better.

Their home was a place he needed to get used to of course, but Kes was able to find the perfect place to train. A large tree that looked more dead than alive with it's lack of leaves. Anyways, the red tabby decided to practice and strengthen his body by climbing and going back down, timing it with a little watch he picked up on his travels. He had to wind it up everyday, but it was worth it. A treasure he'd protect.
