However, it would get them all back on calmer terms. Things had been strange since the takeover, and Skull needed nothing more than to bond once again to become great.


    "So you've hidden these "eggs" for us to find all over. Nice choice. A little hard to sniff out just an eye," he chuckled, his chocolate tail flicking happily behind him.


    This was a kit's game in his mind, but maybe the Cave Warden would try to seek a few out, just for fun. [/fancypost]

    He met her, brushing against the newly christened Skull she-cat, and giving her face a lick.


    “Want to team up? We can find a few for Sundita!” he said, mildly joking.


    The tom worried slightly about what would become of his mate’s brother now that she was able to nest with him with the other Skulls. They hadn’t discussed the situation yet, and he made a mental note to bring it up next time they were alone.


    OOC: I can never spell his name… but somehow I can always spell Nebuchadnezzar XD

    "What about over here?" he said, trotting slily toward the glossy shine that caught his eye.


    He reached one paw into the crack in the side of the cave wall, hit pads wriggling a little before producing what appeared to be the eye of an owl.


    "Yuck. These are much bigger when they're on the outside," he groaned with a tone of fake disgust.[/fancypost]

They wouldn't want another group stealing them and they wouldn't want to lug them around (how could they, really?), so Nez bid Flight to follow him, carrying the eyeball in his maw.


    "We'll dig a hole for them," he said, the gross taste of eye causing him to gag a bit. "Just beyond where Damage started us out."[/fancypost]

He was sick of his best friend picking on her, and now that she was a Skull, at least she could fight him back on it when Nez wasn’t around.


    “Let it go, Kimba. Flight earned her keep. Don’t just stir shit to stir shit,” he said in a low voice.


    What was Kimba’s problem after all? He’d been getting worse and worse lately. Nez felt like his best friend was growing so far away from him, and it broke his heart.

    It appeared to be a bit of a cluster with a new cat. He nodded a greeting to Jedi and Flight, wanting to give a nuzzle to his mate, but resisting in the position of authority he needed to display at the moment.[/fancypost]

    IC: He nodded, coming to a stop and sitting with his sleek chocolate tail wrapped over his paws. The ground was still thawing, and he hated how cold it was. The caves were cool, but he never seemed to notice it there. Cold grass was just something different, it seemend.


    “Grudge against ThunderClan. We agree with you there, but I am sure for different reasons. Can you tell me why, of all the anti-clans, you choose Skull?”


    He was interested to hear this explanation. It would be good to make sure this tom agreed with the philosophies of the Skull. He’d hate to being in others who would just start rebellions. They’d had enough of that with Deathwish in charge.
