Not peppy pop music but more like the low yet soft sounds found in most classical music pieces, which Sungjoon listened to on a daily basis. Sungjoon slowly raised his brown eyes, trying to meet the gaze of Michael Björn, his crush ever since he had first laid eyes on him that first day of lectures. He studied the Dane's facial features, particularly mesmerized by the scar on the other's face. It made Sungjoon wonder what had happened to him and with a scar like that, he assumed that Michael's eye must have gone blind. However, he was still very handsome in Sungjoon's eyes.
Sungjoon giggled a little when Michael was struggling to speak. It was just so...cute and it made the Korean's heart melt. But all thoughts about Michael aside, Sungjoon ad to smile at the thought of working with acids. Even though some acids were extremely dangerous, Sungjoon was particularly good with them and they were probably the most interesting thing to him in terms of chemistry.
Tugging on the sleeves of the white turtleneck sweater he was wearing, he smiled up at the Dane. "Cool! Acids are actually an interesting subject compared to anything else." He patted the empty seat next to him. "Sit down and we can figure out what exactly we need to do. Arasso?" Sungjoon didn't notice he said the korean term for "okay" as he often mixed up languages. Then, picking up the papers Michael had placed onto his desk, he scanned them over, getting a gist of what was to be done and what the requirements were for the project. Hearing Michael's question made Sungjoon's face heat up and he could feel the light pink blush crawling onto his face as he realized his mistake. So, he naturally let out a nervous laugh. "Ah, it means, uh, okay. I'm sorry, I mix up my languages a lot. It's an inconvenience really." He babbled on as he always did when he was nervous or embarrassed. Oh my lord, get a hold of yourself! He hastily brushed the embarrassment away and went back to scanning the papers to see if he had missed anything important while totally not sneaking side glances at the man next to him.
Sungjoon then cleared his throat. "Well, I guess we should start experimenting. Do you want to start with the hydrochloric acid?" He asked, eyes locking on Michael, waiting for a reply. Sungjoon could've swore his heart stopped beating for a minute and dropped to the pit of his stomach when Michael "patted" his on his shoulder, hand lingering a little longer than a friendly pat. Or was he just imagining that? Maybe it was just a love-struck delusion formed by his brain. Maybe he was exaggerating every little bit of attention he got from the Dane and he was blowing out of proportion. Either way, Sungjoon didn't know how he was going to survive the project.
The blush on his face deepened and he willed it to go away. "Aish~" He muttered under his breathe when Michael had turned his back and went to go get a worktable. But he eventually forced himself to get up and put on a poker face and followed the other male where it looked like he scared off some boys screwing around with one of the Bunsen burners. Sungjoon suppressed a snort. They deserved it. The two boys were known to be players and absolutely disgusting towards females which made the Korean thoroughly dislike the pair. He arrived at the table and set his papers down. He placed his hand on the table and leaned on it. "I'll go and get the acid if you could get us aprons, masks, gloves, and googles. Safety first, right?" He let out a small laugh and smiled in an attempt to charm Michael. People had always told him his smile was infectious, so it should work on Michael too, right?
With that, Sungjoon turned on his heel and made his way to the room where the acid was stored, making sure to turn on the ventilation of the lab space on his way because he knew fumes from the acid could be very dangerous in a room with no ventilation. The fans in the ceiling hummed to life when Sungjoon opened the room where most of the lab chemicals were stored. Searching around for the plastic-glass container, he soon found it and grabbed it off the shelf and made his way back toward the work table slowly, careful not to shake the container too much. It wasn't the poof sound that startled him though but rather the high-pitched, highly unnecessary squeal or scream that had left Haley's vocal cords.
It all seemed to happen in slow motion. Sungjoon slight jump in surprise caused the sealant on the container to pop open and his eyes widened in horror as some of the hydrochloric acid flew out of it. He didn't have time to warn Michael before a small splash of the acid hit the Dane square in the back. Luckily, it wasn't enough that would cause significant damage but it still probably hurt like hell.
Hastily, Sungjoon sealed the container before another accident happened and set in gingerly on the nearest table. The Korean then went into panic mode. He had never had hydrochloric acid come into contact with his skin before but he knew it hurt like and and if it was left long enough, it could cause a chemical burn. Eyes wide, Sungjoon rambled out apologizes like it was an Olympic sport. Oh god, this is mortifying!
"Holy shit, I'm so sorry! Sorry! Sorry! Sorry! That has to hurt!" Sungjoon motioned to the emergency shower on the other side of the room and tugged on Michael arm toward it. "You need to get in the shower before it starts to burn!"[/fancypost][/fancypost][align=center][size=7pt]lightsy loves you

errrrm, the characters could all know who the other characters are but maybe some of them haven't met yet. As for the Hyde issue, maybe we should have it just beginning because I feel it will make the plot a little more interesting I guess?? I'm still thinking about things for the other two topics. xD

It's okay! I don't mind. I know how important exams are (in fact I have mine in about two weeks yikes) so take your time and study hard. Don't forget to rest and eat a good breakfast before you're exam! I apologize for how motherly I sound but that's what my mom encourages me to do when I have exams :) I wish you the best of luck!!!
