    guys. because its school holidays i have decided to watch the first series of glee.

    it seemed that everyone within the clan which was sunclan had heard of the "knocking up" of she-cats through the underboss; infinitepossibility. after all, it wasn't a secret that lovestar, formerly lovelace, the co-boss of the clan had dumped the tom over the fact that he'd kept it all a secret from her. maybe that was like a message to anyone else who felt like doing something similar; the truth always comes out and not always in the best of ways. of course every cat had their views on the matter of infinitepossibility's "love life" and although others chose to voice their opinions - and quiet rudely may i say - skylight liked to keep them to herself, it's not like she was going to risk hurting anyone by telling them what she thought.


    today the cream and white tabby cat had her silky fur sleek back and rather presentable, unlike some others who proferred to always have a ruffled coat. so with her usual air of elegance the young neice of wishfulthinking, skylight, padded towards the tom-cat with keen interest. being her quiet self she simply dipped her head when her amber optics saw stellarpaw for she wasn't too keen on stuttering over her words again just to embarrass herself. upon hearing the words coming from infinitepossibility her amber optics widened, seeing the tears in his eyes her gaze took on an almost sympathetic look. an apology. well, it's definitely needed! were the thoughts of skylight as silently she sat to listen to the words of the normally blue tabby tom who was currently a wolf.


    "w-well said, infinitepossibility." came the quiet words of the she-cat.

    as per normal the quiet and rather shy she-cat skylight was out and about, enjoying the peace and quiet of it all. being by herself gave the young neice of wishfulthinking time to think about things, like the capture of vertigo (one of the co-bosses) and the apology from infinitepossibility to all the she-cat's he'd been with. that and the less recent death of her mother, cropcircles; not that they'd ever been close as mother and daughter anyway. for it seemed that the only cat her mother, a rapist, had been close to was skylight's uncle, wishfulthinking and he seemed to be the only one who was genuinely upset about the death of the she-cat. anyway, enough about what she was thinking and onto the action!


    amber eyes wide the softly-spoken slayer spotted the small group up ahead, one figure standing out to her. barbarianpaw. she'd met the young thug, who was easily much taller than her due to being a serval, only days before and despite her shyness she'd found him rather a likeable fellow really. padding silently forwards she offered a shy and almost nervous smile to the small group, recognising the she-cat mourning dove as well, although they'd never spoken before. "h-hello, could i join?" she asked quietly, her usual stutter accompanying her words.

    so many things had been happening in sunclan lately which just made a whole pile-up of drama inside the clan. vertigo, one of the co-bosses, was in the paws of bloodclan after he scarificed himself for the freedom of his son, dragonkit, and a group of other kits and thugs. but why the thugs and jokers had gone out alone to try and rescue dragonkit in the first place was controversy enough, especially with the amount of older thugs in the group. surely they must have been able to see just how dangerous it was to risk the lives of the kits by taking them into the camp of bloodclan? but then there was also infinitepossibility's apology to all those she-cats he'd been with, including lovestar and faunalife, two sunclanners, within their ranks. many cats had opinions on that and skylight did too, just she chose to keep what she thought to herself.


    anyway, on this particular day the cream and white tabby cat was out and about, tail flicking calmly out behind her as she let her mind wander. skylight, for that was the slayer's name, was expecting just a normal stroll through the territory, she might catch a bird or two, check the borders and wander back to camp. hopefully doing all that without bumping into anyone for skylight was quiet the shy young thing really. hearing the voice of permafrost the she-cat sighed gently, realising that her hopes of not meeting anyone were pretty much shattered. but then she caught the scent of the unknown cat, who was really just the reincarnation of a sunclanner, and she shyly padded up to stand beside the serval. "i-i second that."

    why i want them: i will admit that the fact that there are relations to high positions, direct ones at that, did draw me here; as it does all applicants really. otherwise this will be my second cat and skyclan seems interesting so i also want to get into there and this seems to be a great way to do it! as my only character is rather quiet, shy and nervous i think it'd be good to have a character quiet the opposite; which this girl definitely is!

    name: primaverakit to be primaveradance, primavera means spring in latin. shall be known as vera.
    gender: female
    sexual orientation: straight


    appearance: although her names shows elegance and a certain feminine touch this young girl isn't exactly lady like in her appearance. by looking at her build, by that i mean her figure, one can see that she definitely won't be one of those sulky little posh things. luckily for her, being born into a rather strong clan, vera has been blessed with a pair of lean and strong looking shoulders, already marking her as a true warrior at heart. although noticeably female in the way that she is smaller than the main bulk of the males within skyclan she will have legs built with muscle, great for running which will, most likely, become one of her strengths.


    vera's well muscled body is absolutely covered all over in a long, fluffy layer of white and blue shaded fur. the pattern found on her body is the twirling intricate look of the marbled tabby pattern instead of that which accompanies the classic stripes. on this young she-cat's pelt the stripes happen to be a nice shade of dark blue, or dark enough for them to stand out against the average blue of her pelt. the white on her pelt is a whole different story really! it covers most of her two hind-legs like a pair of knee-high socks on a slight lean if you want to look at it that way. whilst on her forepaws it comes up to about her ankles and so, if you'd still like to say they're socks, they would be anklet socks. the soft flesh of one's delicate, even more so on she-cats, underbelly on vera is swatched in the milky white colour which trails up over her chest, under her shin and then it wraps itself around her maw, leaving the rest of her body to be the marbled blue tabby.


    let's get onto those twinfire eyes which gleam with hidden secrets in their gem-like emerald shading. unlike the eyes of a lot of other cats primaveradance's eyes don't show every emotion that she feels at any given time and they definitely don't "betray" her. instead they are void of all emotion, she doesn't show her love through her eyes or the way she may gaze at one, instead she prefers to show her emotions in her actions and words. that way, to vera at least, it is more meaningful.
    personality: let's start off with saying everything that our little primaveradance definitely is not, at least that way it'll hint to you her general personality. for starters let's get one thing perfectly clear, you'll thank me for it i'm sure, vera is under no circumstances girly. that and she is definitely not anti-social or hard to talk to, meaning she's not one to play hard-to-get with the boys. one should also know that, unlike a lot of other she-cats, she is by no circumstances a song bird, sure she might be able to hit a tune but she's not into singing at all, so if she was human singstar would not be existent in her house...
