Hello,
Soooorrryy this post isn't all fancy.
A bit too lazy at the moment to jazz it up :P.
Anyway, I'm looking for some people to plot with
so if anyone is interested, feel free to leave a reply
and we can figure something out! I am willing to
rp either gender. -
Hello there!
I used to have an account here a few years ago.
I left because life got busy, then I remembered this site
after a couple years passed and decided to create a whole
new account since I didn't remember my account info to the
old account :3Anyway, I'd love to rp with yah! I guess I don't have too
many plots in mind. I'm not very picky so if you want
to come up with something I'm all for it, otherwise
I can think of something too :). Either way. -

The sun had just began to rise, it's golden rays touching the dull Earth and releasing onto it an explosion of color. About five minutes before the crack of dawn birds had already started singing their morning melodies as if they had an internal clock of some sort. The air smelt thickly of spring and blooming flowers. Plush green grass was covered in a layer of morning dew which would cling to Rascal's hooves with every step he took. As the foal moved deeper into the adoption den he watched as he stirred up nearby birds whom would take to the sky before Rascal could get close to them. Rascal was thankful for the heat which the sun had bestowed upon him, for his young body had been fiercely shivering all night long. The colt had no clue where his mother was. He had been separated from her during a thunderstorm and now all he had of her were vague memories of her scent. The not yet defined muscles rippled in Rascal's shoulders as he trudged on through long grass. He knew that if he did not find someone who would take care of him soon, he would die. The usually playful and mischievous child was serious for once. He did not feel like laughing or playing, he didn't even bother to chase the butterfly that had taken flight about a foot before him; something he would have very eagerly chased on any normal day. Although this day seemed to be sunny and cheerful those were the last two things that could define Rascal's emotions. He felt more gloomy inside than anything. He could only hope that the odds would change for him today, for if they didn't, his days here on Earth would be limited.

Running... Heart pounding...
Each step I took carried me further away from the damned place I'd ever called home. My pain and rage driving me as faraway from this place as I could possibly get. The bruises on my ribcage throbbed, an excruciating pain that made me want to barf. I kept going. Now I wasn't even paying attention to where I was headed, my feet knew these streets all too well and I was confident that there was no need in worrying about getting hit by a car. No one drove around this late, at least not here. The constant pounding of my feet against pavement became a rhythm to my ears, a rhythm that I was familiar with. This wasn't the first time this had happened to me.My dad had come home drunk tonight. He stumbled through the front door to find me sitting on the couch. It was well past 2:00 in the morning and he smelt strongly of booze. I watched him as he came in, he had that look in his eyes, that look that said he was way too drunk, so drunk that the abusive side was brought out in him. He dragged himself across the room, using things around him to maintain balance. It wasn't long until he stood over me, looking down at me with a look of disgust. Within the next five minutes we were both throwing punches, it's hard to say who started it; sometimes it's me, most of the time it's him. About an hour or two after the fight started he fell over and passed out on the living room rug. I grabbed the blanket off the couch and covered him with it before running up to my room and packing my backpack. I stole a last glance at the house before opening the front door, noticing all the things my dad and I had broke during our brawl. Tonight I was leaving and I wasn't coming back.
My name is Jake Nathaniel Payne. I'm eighteen and on the run. Most people say I'm cocky, self centered, and a player. I'm often seen sleeping at a different girl's house every night, it's a rarity that I'll be seen with the same girl more than once. As far as sexual orientation goes... Dude, I'm straight. My hair is black, my eyes are blue, and I'm skinny for my age; most of my weight is from my muscle. I'm six feet tall. My favorite color is red. Bad habits? I don't have any... Well, I guess if I had to name one it'd probably be that I'm a player, however, I'm not the slightest bit ashamed. I don't have any siblings.
When I was fifteen my mom died in a car accident and after that everything in my life went wack. My dad started drinking everyday after my mom died and I knew that he would be considered an alcoholic. We have been getting into full blown fist fights at least three times a week for two years now. Two weeks ago I left the house and ran, I haven't returned since, I don't plan to.

With another look at Nate's face Ben could see the real desperation in his eyes. Deep down Bennett knew that the right thing to do would be to help Nate. So, with a quick nod of his head Ben turned around and spoke softly to Nova. "Look, we're just gonna help this guy get his girl back then we'll ditch them before we find out what their real intentions are. I promise it'll go back to just you and me." he spoke in a whisper, talking quickly and firmly. Without leaving time for November to reply he turned to face Nate. "Well, lets go get her then, shall we?"
Even though November was unsure about the whole thing, she trusted Bennett. He had never put her in a bad situation that they hadn't found their way out of and she knew that he would fight for her. For them. And she would do the same thing. Without another thought or question Nova followed the two guys to what could very well become hell on earth.

With a swift movement of her hand the knife popped out, shining in the light. This pocket knife wasn't just any knife. It meant something to Nova and she cherished it. It was the last thing she had left from her family.
Bennett pointed behind him to the backpack that clung to his back. "Trust me, I stand heavily armed." he chuckled.
They both crouched quickly along with Nate. Both of them watched in silence as the patrol passed, each feeling a bit surprised that Nate had already started looking out for them. If he really didn't care, he could have just let the patrol arrest them. Or worse.
Nova returned a soft smile to Nate upon hearing his word of thanks. "If either one of us were in danger, we'd want someone to do the same for us. It's no problem."
Bennett nodded, agreeing fully with November's statement. With the method of trial and error, Bennet had almost become the king of distractions. His gaze followed Nate's down to the grenades and he couldn't help but grin. "Let's get this party started!" he said, eyes still on the grenades. This could possibly be one of the best distractions ever.

She examined it closely, this was the first time she had ever saw one this close, let alone held one. She tried not to think about what would happen if she accidentally pulled out the safety pin. The sound of Nate's voice brought her attention back to the group. She listened as Nate assigned tasks and was clearly disappointed when all she was told to do was stick with Bennett. "Look, I may be of the feminine gender but I've learned to carry my own weight. I can protect myself." she glared at him through narrow slits before getting up and heading in the direction that she seen Kayla take off in. However, she didn't let her guard down for even a moment.
Bennett watched as Nova stormed off then returned his gaze to Nate, giving him an apologetic look. "Don't worry about her, she's more fun when you get on her good side. By the way, I don't believe I got a chance to properly introduce myself. I'm Bennett and the girl is November. You can call her Nova though, at least that's what I call her." he gave Nate a friendly smile before looking back out toward November. He held the grenade gently in his hand and nodded in agreement with his assigned task. "Will do." he stood up and gave Nate one last look before taking off in a sprint to catch up with Nova.
Once at November's side he put an arm around her shoulder and continued to walk with her without even saying a word. He knew it was best to just leave her alone for now. It wasn't long until they made it to the camp. November and Bennett both knew that staying low was urgent in these type of situations so they both crouched down and walked in a slower pace, being sure to stay behind tents. Bennett examined the large statue in the middle of the camp which represented the Monroe Territory. It rose high above all the tents. He was amazed at how large it really was and how much work that was clearly put into it. That's when it clicked to Ben. What better way to distract a camp than to blowup their lovely centerpiece. So with a pull of the safety pin and a precise toss the grenade landed on top the statue. Only a few seconds after it landed it blew up, sending the giant statue tumbling down and a deafening boom through everyone's ears.

The debris hung thick in the air, providing perfect way of hiding right out in the open. It would be almost impossible for anyone to see through this heavy smoke. The hardest thing now would be using the sense of sound to distinguish what was going on instead of the sense of sight. Shrieks of horror were clearly audible and everyone now spoke in a panicked tone. Bennett and November both knew very well that if their small group didn't make it out of here before the dust from the explosion resided they all mind as well consider themselves dead.
"We have to find Nate and Kayla and we have to do it now! Who knows what these guys will do to us if we're spotted. We have to make it out of here within the next five minutes." Bennett spoke in a hushed voice to Nova who he knew was still beside him even though he couldn't see her.
"Well lets get to it then." November replied in a quiet voice as well.
With that said they both began making their way around tents. The sucky thing was walking through thick debris was like being blind. They couldn't see a thing. There had to be some way to find Nate and Kayla. Some type of signal that they could send. Bennett reached his hand out and grabbed November's arm as he came to a stop. He quickly shrugged off his backpack and unzipped one of the pockets, bringing out a metal flashlight. He knew that signals in any situation could be dangerous but he had no choice. Bennett flicked on the flashlight and moved it around up in the air. Anywhere the light touched the smoke was illuminated until Ben moved it along to the next place. The signal would be obvious to anyone who saw it but Ben knew that with all this smoke no one would be able to know where it was coming from. At least now Nate and Kayla would hopefully know that Ben and Nova were looking for them and hopefully they'd find each other fast.
After a few more seconds of shining the light Ben flicked it off, returning it to it's usual pocket in the backpack and zipping it back up before him and Nova, once again, made their way through what felt like endless blindness.

They were still coughing every now and then and it hurt to breath. No one had really talked since they escaped from the camp. Even though Ben and Nova hadn't ever met Kayla's mom the thought of a mother dying tugged painfully at their hearts. It was even more disgusting to think of how many children were loosing their parents everyday now to merciless murderers.
November walked beside Bennett, her body seeming way too heavy for her legs to carry after a long day like this. She kept glancing over at heartbroken Kayla, wishing she could say something that would make the pain go away. Nova didn't want to say something and have Kayla take it the wrong way so she figured it would be best for Nate to take care of it. "It's getting late and I think a bit of rest would do us all good. Lets find a place to camp it out for the night." Nova spoke softly, looking back and for between each of them.
Bennett nodded and looked around the woods, noticing a small clearing just a few feet in front of them. He pointed at the clearing and looked at November. "Looks like a good place to me!" he said with a small smile. It only took a few seconds for the group to close the distance between them and the forest clearing. Bennett dropped his bag to the floor and started gathering wood to make a fire.

He removed a match from the box and started to strike it against the sandpaper which was on the side. "Sorry about earlier" she said sincerely.

She wondered what he was thinking about. She wondered if he really did like her and Ben as he seemed to. She looked up at Bennett who had an arm around her and ruffled his hair with her hand. "I think we should get Kayla to come over here." she said and gestured behind her to where Kayla now lay curled up in a ball next to the tree trunk.
"I'll get her." Bennett said softly and stood up. He walked over to where Kayla was curled up and sat down in front of her. "Listen, I know the pain your going through. I was separated from my whole family a few weeks ago. I don't even know if their alive. The chances of them still being alive are very slim, but still, every night I dream that I'll find them again. I know from personal experience that being mad at the world is a lot more fun if you have someone else to be mad at it with. So, whaddya say? He shook his head with a faint smile on his face. "It's okay to cry and it's okay to feel sorry for yourself." he assured. He wrapped an arm around her shoulder and pulled her closer before starting to walk back to the fire. When they returned he noticed Nate was now next to Nova so he walked over to the other side of the fire where Nate had previously been. Ben sat down, making room for Kayla and once she was sitting he wrapped an arm around her again. "There. Now you can be warm too." he said smiling.
November watched as Bennett stood up and started to walk toward Kayla. She shivered as a chill was sent through her in result of the absence of Ben's body warmth. Nova smiled at Nate who now sat next to her and scooted closer to him for more warmth. "I'm fine. I mean, things could be a lot worse right now, right?" she answered.

He looked down at her and smiled. Ben placed his chin on the top of her head and watched the fire, thankful to be warm again. It wasn't long until he started nodding off into a light sleep.
Nova leaned against Nate and rested her head on his shoulder like she had done to Bennett. She was surprised at how comfortable he was. November hoped she wasn't making him feel too awkward so she looked up at his face to see if he looked uncomfortable.

This was the first time they had gotten sleep in a few days. Bennett woke up to Kayla who had shaken him awake. He wasn't quite all the way awake and he looked at her in confusion. "What is it?" he asked. Right after the words slipped from his mouth he noticed torches in the distance that grew ever so closer as the minutes passed. "Damn it!" he muttered and quickly stood up, walking over to where November and Nate were still sleeping. "Come on guys! We gotta go! Hurry! We gotta get out of here!" he was knelt down beside both of them and had shaken them awake.
November woke to the sound of Bennett's panicked voice. She looked at him worriedly and stood up, she didn't even bother asking what was wrong. When Ben said it was time to go she knew he wasn't kidding.
