I quickly changed into a black plain shirt and blue faded jeans. I wasn't here to make an impression on anyone, so what was the point of getting dressed up. My green eyes flickered to a shadow, dancing across the floor as if reaching out for me. Being a shadow reaper had that affect. Shadows loved me, and I had to admit, I was rather fond of them as well. I snatched a oversized black hoodie with "O D E A T H" written in bold white letters across the back over my shirt. My thumbs found their way into holes that I had cut into the sleeves, a smirk finding its way over my cracked and dry lips. I dragged my tongue of them, a small chuckle coming from my mouth.

"Mental note. Don't stick out tongue," I muttered to myself, staring in the mirror. The tip of my tongue was a deep and bottomless black. I jumped from the sudden call of my name and slipped on black boots. "Let me brush my hair," I snapped back to Niofite. I walked to the bathroom and quickly brushed my hair from the tattered and messy mess it was, then brushed my teeth. I gave a small nod of approval and stalked down the stairs, shadows following me as I began to unravel my headphones from my pocket. I smiled as the strange woman with a black afro kissed my forehead, handed me my black backpack and ushered me out of the door, wishing me luck and telling me not to give away who I was. I rolled my eyes and plugged the headphones into each ear, looking to where my bus stop was. A boy stood there- at least I thought it was a boy. Not a problem, just don't talk to him and everything would be fine. Run boy Run by Woodkid played in my ears as I began to walk to the bus stop. The sun was just beginning to rise. As long as the boy didn't notice I don't have a shadow; nothing could go wrong. I stuffed my hands into the hoodies pockets and smirked, letting shadows Rolland play in and between my fingers.

(Not at the moment. Pitch 'em at me.)

    [Isnt a roleplay. Sorry ;÷;]

[I like the idea. Choosing door one and roll with it]

I kept my eyes straight, only flickering my eyes to the boy a few times. I let a small and soft groan escape my once again try lips and sighed softly, closing my eyes for a moment before letting the shadows move from my hand. I pulled out my headphones -hand and glared at the male, resisting the urge to lick my lips. "Excuse me?" I muttered. My voice was often soft and sweet-simply to bring you in for the death blow. An eyebrow raised I stared at the male. I didnt bother to look him over. It was clear he was a mortal. My eyes darted down a bit-to his bag as a shadow began to pull something out. The shadow was shaped as a hand. "Reapers?" I raised another eyebrow, a small and faint smirk appearing over my lips. "Really? You believe all that junk?" I continued, my eyes traveling back to his as the shadow moved back down his bag and joined the shadows around us. A large yellow object moving towards at a slow pace made me roll my eyes. My father used to tell me they were an oversized Twinkie that ate children. I flinched at the thought of my father.

Sorry watching the fault in our stars.

Alrighty. Details would be that the two girls are at one or the others laughed house- one can be suffer from a sickness if you so want to but they dont have to. Slowly, through activities and fun the two begin to fall in love, but deny what they feel until someone (preferable my character) makes a move.

I watched him with a blank stare, for once an actually real smile slipping over my mouth. I gave a small chuckle and showed off my smile. "Dont worry. I wont tell anyone. After all who am I gonna tell?" I twased, slipping my headphones back to their correct placement in my ears as the larger twinkie pulled to a stop. I felt the eyes of students gaze upon me. No one had a warning as to when I moved here; as it was during the summer. I shivered, a small amount of black moved from my mouth. No doubt a shadow. I climbed on the bus and ignored the girls leaning to eachother to gossip, and the boys cat calling. It was a small town so things would get around quickly. Didnt bother me much. I stared out of the window as images began to reel over my eyes- a flashback is what humans called them but I knew differently. Every reaper is able to see the moment someone dies-as long as theyre their to whiteness it while it happens.

A sudden rush made my head jerk back and slam against the front seat. I kept my eyes straight, not looking to my father. He shouldn't be driving and I knew it, but speaking out wasn't good in my family. When suddenly a large crash made me jerk against my door, blood splattering against the window as it broke ahainst my head. I screamed, but it was drowned out in the cars destruction. We were hit dead on by a truck. Our car flipped and rolled, I had on my seat belt but my father did not. We landed right side up-but my vision was blurred. I begged for my dad before realizing he wasn't there. Almost in what felt like slow motion I unhooked the seat belt and crawled from the car, standing slowly. I heard people screaming, and faint police sirens. And there he was. Blue eyes and brown hair sitting in front of the car. But something was wrong. He was twitching and his eyes were wide. "Dad?" I asked softly before limping over. I was dizzy-but I didnt have anyone else. I bent down as tears rolled from the once bright eyes that were mine. A large piece of glass was through his stomach. "Dad!"

Smack! Another groan as my head hit the bus seat. "Stupid bus." I muttered, taking the moment to lick my lips. I frowned feeling warmth against my cheek. I pulled my hand from my cheek and hissed softly. Tears? A reaper doesnt cry. I wiped my eyes off with aggression, hoping that no one had seen my tears. It wasn't exactly the ideal way to to start out your new day. Flashbacks of your dead dad and a curious hoy who knows most likely more about your kind then you did. I was off to such a great start.

Which? Cause if you mean TFIOS, I gotta say I love it so much. If you enjoy the book, you would absolutely love the movie; thought they do leave out some parts but add some secret parts-like the giraffes. Its hilarious and beautiful. I would totally recommend it.

    [Of course]

I sat in the passenger side of my best friends car as she drove us to her house. Her familys summer house that is. The land was privately owned, and her parents had stayed home this trip. Which meant we were alone. This wasn't a problem to me-as we've been alone many other times before. I slowly moved my gaze from my window and to her, a small smile spreading iver my cracked lips. I remember the day the girl in pigtails handed me a bitten OBJ because I had no lunch. I looked back out to the waves. Id never have been to this house before, so I was nervous. Im not sure why but there were the small butterflies dancing around in my stomach; teasing me to act as a fool. Only the thought never occurred to me as why I had them. I moved my gaze back to her, kicking my feet upon the dashboard. "Well, were we headin' to darlin'?" I asked softly. Other then knowing it was family owned land-meaning no one else lives within miles, I know nothing. Which was strange to mr.

I stared blankly as the boy sat next to me, resisting the urge to one move, two turn up my volume and three use my powers. I slowly sighed and closed my yes for a moment, before answering with a small smirk. "You never got my name because I never told you." I tipped my head to the right, smirking up at him. "Maximum. My name is Maximum. Most people call me Max." I gave a free of emotion smile, wondering if he had seen me cry. "So what's your dog tag?" I questioned softly.
