I can understand not wanting to go through the stress of court. My friend, like you, just wants it to stop. Even forgives the guys bc she simply wants things back to the way they were before that day but everyone else holds a grudge against her. Ive even forgiven the guys for her sake and whats the point in holding a grudge?

Also, while she was already forgiving, other band members had told the band directors that she had played both of the guys and waslying about rape. Resulting in them telling her aunt and nobody believing her.

It is horrible that rape happens a lot and then

As a wolf, Jade snarled at the bandits. Her wolf grin was a smirk as she dared them to come near. Something deep in her heart was drawing her to the shrine. She had already fought quite a few bandits. Her unique blond pelt shimmered as she ran away from the school and to the shrine. Jade had been flipping some preppy brat off in physics when the alarm was pulled.

One thing Jade had learned is that a gut feeling was more reliable than anything to a werewolf. A fierce protectiveness, the cause unknown, caused her to run faster.

Not that anything could outrun her.

When jade saw Liara, she turned to human form and watched as the three desended. Conscious of her height, she slouched slightly. She nodded and said, "right. Liara, are you alright?" Jade hadn't talked to Liara much at school, not because she didn't liara was nice, but because she felt like she could be one good friend and didn't want to muck things up.

"Those bandits didnt see what hit them," jade said with a grin.

Jade's mother, the luna (alphas mate) had swore she had had a premonition if a horrible, earth threatening event.

The scene unfolding before Jades eyes proved this.

Evil, no good supernaturals and humans causing total anarchy; its a dog eat dog world now. And Jade was at least two hundred miles from her family. All because of the stupid field trip headed to New York. Jade didnt even really fully know where she was until she had found a sign that read; now entering new york city. It was almost like a jungle.

Even emergency personnel had left to defend themselves and their families. Jades eyes teared up as she thought of hers: her big brother, little sister, and her parents. Holding the silver bullet gun, Jade walked on.

Jade couldnt help but wonder where everyone is at. Probably inside trying to kep out the chaos.

Jade jumped and shot a few rounds as a furry black... demon maybe? Snarled its large teeth. It was caterpillarish but huge withthousands of scaly legs. Jade cursed under her breath as she was cornered by the soul hungy beast in front of her. Dropping her gun, Jade shifted to wolf form to bite for its heart, which will surely kill it.

The black creature spun to face Lin, spitting vile smelling spit in her face. Taking advantage, Jade leaped onto the creature's back and latched to its neck with her teeth. The creature was weakened from the bite to its esophagus, but it was stillfighting. Ones of its sharp edged legs nicked Jades flank so she snarled her fury. The creature turned its attention immediately back to Jade.

The beasts neck was raw and exposed from jades bite. Gruesome, one good chomp would decapitate the beast. It didnt bleed red or green. Not purple. It was a devilish black fluid with an acrid taste. Jade busied herself distracting the beast after she had seen the newcomer.

She smelled the distinct smell of a werewolf; human and wolf mixed with blood and earth. She curiously wondered at what her human form would look like as she grabbed the beasts attention.

Jade snarled at the beast in the wolf's tongue, "Lets end this!"

At that she snagged one of its scaly legs in her mouth and bit until bone crunched.
The beast feebly but successfullyshook Jade away. It seemed to be growing more and more weak from its injuries.
There was a robotic nature to it; it was definitely living and not a real robot, but its injuries
Didnt cause it to run away. Almost like it was following sadistic commands.

Tired of ducking and dodging, not to mention literally tired, Jade crunched another leg while
Feeling the creatures hot breath on her neck. It stunk of rotten meat and rotten blood. Jade forced back a
blanch of disgust. Jade watched and yipped support to the wolf climbing the creature and venturing

Jade was torn between running to the other werewolf and slaying the black demon. Since her path to the other wolf was blockedoff, she ran towards the creature head on and then, at the last minute, slid to its side and bit the right side of its neck. She slid back and feigned forward again. However weakened, the veast still caught on and met Jade with a spitty grin and a demon growl. Jade flinched but ran to the right. When the creature started in her direction, she changed direction again and bit the left side. The beast screamed, a bloodcurdling sound that sounded like it was straight from the pits of hell. It faded ntil it completely disappeared

Jade turned to her human form and looked at the stars. Sleep seemed like a good idea, but not outside. Jade looked at her scratch on her side a moment and went to assess the damage on the other wolf, who looked to Jade like she could sleep for a whole month.

"Hey, you okay? Thanks for the help, and i dont know about you, but i coupd sleep for ages. By the way, my name is jade. Do you know anything about this town? Im not actually from here," Jade explained, holding out a handto help her up. Nearby, a drug store was being looted, and though it was stealing, Jade understood why they were doing it.

Then she reminded herself to focus and not let her adhd get in he way of things.

"Guess blondes aint so dumb, huh?" Jade joked.

"You can lead the way, Lin. Umm, do you think we'll have to face other, more violent survivors? Or it may be a vamps' nest. Maybe theyll want to have some kind of payment," Jade instantly felt for her wallet but cursed as she remembered a junkie had stole it.

She remarked, "Well crap. I aint got my wallet."
