Coran is someone of rare quality for he has a very bright and innocent personality. He loves to be around people and his smile has the ability to light up a room. Though this may be true, he also tends to put off others due to his wings and missing tongue. Yes, Coran has no tongue so he has no ability to talk either. He may not be able to talk but he makes up for it with his pretty face, bright smile and purity. Innocence and naivety are his top traits for he has kept that little sparkle that makes children so pure even though he has experienced much misery and abuse. Due to that, he is rather naive to evilness around him and can be dense to certain actions. Coran is an optimist who looks on the brighter side of things, smiling even in the worse times. He is also empathetic like a child, crying for other living beings and easily becoming sensitive to his surroundings. Unfortunately, one of his bad traits would be how skittish he is because of his sensitivity to his outer surroundings and cause him to flinch and yelp almost 24/7.
Now, Coran may look like he is happy all the times and he truly is for he is thankful for anything given to him but he has a condition. This condition is when he happens to hear or experience something called a Trigger, he will be sent into a panic that makes him almost impossible to snap out of. His body will coil into the fetal position and his mind will go blank. Coran likes to help those around him and will try his very hardest to make them happy and safe even at the cost of his own life. He is actually able to do this due to how strong his instincts are which cause him to do things that aren't normal for people.
History:
Coran grew up never knowing the meaning of love, warmth or care. Actually, since the minute he was created, he was nothing more than Experiment Chimera. But let's back up *clears throat* Twenty years before Coran was even made, there was a company that specialized in genetic engineering with multiple scientists that worked for it. One scientist in particular though ,Dr. Cymera, wanted to do more than just genetically alter animals and plants. He wanted to create creatures and plants that could be weapons for the world but the world saw his ideas as insane and his experiments were dubbed unethical. After an experiment that killed three other scientists and used a live cow, Dr. Cymera was fired and rejected from the scientific world. Enraged, he fled to the shelter of his basement where he worked tirelessly on perfecting his ideas. Months of research and failed experiments later, he was on the brink of going insane and by now his wife and son had long left him. Fifteen years later, he managed a breakthrough and that was when he became a sensation in the Black Market/Underworld.
Other rejected scientists joined him in his research, his group slowly building into people known as The Black Lotus, a black lotus tattooed onto some part of their body to identify them. They were an awful, inhumane group that kidnapped beloved family pets and children off the streets, turning them into creatures that were forced into terrible fights to the death to see which one was stronger and then sold off to the highest bidder for there own wanted purposes. It was two years later that Dr. Cymera got the idea of making a humanoid-weapon from scratch that could change form depending on the situation. The day after he got the idea, newborn babies began mysteriously disappearing from hospital's. Try after try, dead baby after dead baby, the doctor desperately tried to find the right combination to create his weapon. Three years of failure later, he figured out that he was using the wrong gender of children and had needed a certain gemstone before he made Experiment Chimera AKA Coran Angeles.
As a baby, Coran was grown in a tub filled with enhancement chemicals. His first years were bleak and uneventful. It was when he was six that he was finally taken from his cylindrical cage only to be placed in an actual cage. Dr. Cymera abused, neglected and trained him to be a weapon, forcing his shifts through harsh environments and beating him to actually get him to work. Coran was ten when he began speaking properly and after a failed attempt of of escape, he had his tongue cut off without the use of anesthesia, he was branded on his left shoulder with a hot iron and chained up in his cage, forced to commit illegal crimes. Thirteen years old, he met a failed Chimera who went by the name Velvideer in the middle of one of his 'crimes'. She managed to take him away from The Black Lotus and through much work, they changed their names to Velvet and Coran Angeles, non-blood related siblings. Velvet, seventeen, took on the responsibility to help raise Coran.
Coran learned how to hide his wings, control his transformations and even become much more optimistic and less fearful of everything. Unfortunately, he was fourteen when Velvet was killed in a traffic accident. Coran has been travelling around since, settling down in a forest.

Yes and No (I plan to incorporate him into the current plot after the house gets blown to bits. He'll already be inhabiting the new house but he isn't in the current house.)

Coran is an artificially made human with similar features to a human but certain features that portray his artificial side. He is a fairly short boy who struggles with eating so he weighs very little. For a boy, he has a very pretty face and soft fair skin like that of a girl's. He has beautiful, big blue eyes, a petite nose and small pink lips. His hair is a deep black that reaches just past his ears in the back, bangs above his eyes and two strands that are longer than the rest of his hair. Coran has a very thin and slender frame that he hides as much as possible through the use of long sleeved clothing and jeans. In addition, he has his ears pierced with pearl earrings given to him by Velvet and a mouth with no tongue.

Power(s)/Secrets:
Body Shifting- Coran is able to completely change his body into another form in certain situations. His entire body frame, height, weight, hair, eyes, etc. will change into someone entirely different, including his personality. Only one of his three forms can't talk like his original form. Coran's three other forms even have their own names: Castiel, Zeren and Echo. No, his forms are not three separate conscious beings in Coran's head. They are forms of Coran, like how a language can have dialects.
Wind Manipulation- Coran is able to create, manipulate and morph the winds into doing what he wants. He is able to vary the use of the wind into things like slipstreams, gusts and even tornados. Thing is, he can't control the actual air, only the wind it makes.
Healing Wings- By wrapping his wings around someone injured or sick, Coran can emit healing waves that can close wounds and drive away illness. This power is rather limited though; For one thing, he cannot heal terminal illnesses, born injuries (blind, deaf, etc.) or deadly injuries. Once his wings turn gray, he can't heal anyone for a certain period of time. Finally, his wings have to to be touching the injured being and his hands have to be placed on the person or they will not heal properly.
Power Nullification- Coran's most useful power would have to be his ability to nullify powers aimed a him. By touching someone with one of his feathers, he can completely shut down their powers for a whole twenty-four hours. It doesn't matter what they try or do, once they are touched by one of his feathers, they are as powerless as any human. He is only able to use this power four times per day and once its used four times, one of his own powers gets shut down for twenty-four hours, usually Power Nullification but once in a while it ends up being one of his other three powers.
