Cringe blinked the surprise out of his eyes as she wrapped her tail around his. It was fuzzy, and made him want to sneeze. "Haha, yes, the longer it takes the more pain for that ferret!"

Shard closed his eyes as tight as he could.

Cringe nudged her. "Nah. Drizzle, enough. I'll just kill him. Unless you really want to,"

Cringe stood up and narrowed his eyes until they were merely slits. "So be it," a low growl sound from his throat as he grabbed his bow. "Good eternal night, ferret!" He hissed, notching an arrow to his bow.

Cringe narrowed his eyes and released the arrow. It was sent whirling toward the yelping, thrashing ferret, and lodged in his shoulder.

An ear piercing shriek echoed throughout Mossflower!

Cringe sneered and mercilessly shot another at Shard's tail, sending the dying animal to a heap on the ground.

Shard whimpered as his eyes glazed over.

Cringe's eyes flashed. I've become a monster... he shook his head, clearing away the thought. "Come on, Amber, Drizzle. I'm going to sleep..."

"I still don't know how you find that comfortable!" Cringe snapped, ducking into his tent.

"Stop staring at me and come in! What's there to stare at, anyway??!"

"A shadow?!"

Cringe rolled his eyes and kicked the side of the tent where someone was obviously standing.

Hehe. I'll ask my friend to join or something :)

Cringe snarled. "Oh, get out from there! You've asked for it, rat." His blood boiled, resisting to involve himself in typical vermin play.

Shard blinked. Everything was in a cloud of haze, it seemed. The sky, the ground, the rat... He blacked out, most likely going to die in less than five minutes if not given help.
