all mashed up in a big pot of hate
tear like rain stain the skin of those i lost...

The small blonde-headed girl closed her worn leather notebook with a sigh.
I closed my worn leather journal with a sigh.
Sometimes I forget who I am. Sometimes I don't care. Sometimes I shut myself out on purpose. But I always come back.
I set the fine-tipped blank ink pen and leather journal beside me in the soft moss, watching the stars glitter above me. I allow my mind to go blank, shoving all of the bittermemories forgottensouls and lostfeelings away from my brain. The stars blended into the navy-blue/black sky as I closed my eyes.

[font=helvetica][align=right][sub]Lena was right behind them, watching with sad green eyes. She slowly padded away, hanging her head. She shrieked in surprise as she bumps into Ethan. Electricity sparks illuminate the air and her eyes grow wide.
Ethan's jaw fell open. "Whoa, did you that, too?" He gasped.
Lena nodded so hard she thought her head may fall off. "Yeah, that was freaky." She mumbled.
Ethan sighed in relief. "I was afraid I was hallucinating for a moment there."
Lena laughed quietly, even quieter than she spoke. "Me, too."

Angel sat by herself in Ketral's den, her tail wrapped around her body as she lay down. She sighed and mourned for Ketral.

Sacredstar padded to Hungerclan to announce the sad news to her Clanmates.

I approach the Gathering so slowly I'm afraid my paws will fall off. I want to jump and run into the Gathering, but mother said that I have to be "ladylike" when I'm at the Gatherings. Better safe than sorry, I suppose. I follow the quiet footfalls of mother and father until we finally make it to the Gahering. There are so many cats there, and I fell so puny in their presence.
Mother silently whispers, "Ladylike," in my ear before she disappears with my father. Finally, I'm free!
The amount of cats shocks me, so I stand there for a moment and soak it all in. They weren't kidding.

I desperately tear through the forest, shoving away brambles an ignoring them as they scrape my skin. "[rrg I can't remember her name!]" he howled Even louder than before.

    Lena
The storm slowly recedes as I settle down an rest my cat head on my cat paws. I feel a familiar warmth spread through me as Ethan sits down beside me, also as a cat. He leaned against me and purrs. It sounds like thunder.

[font=helvetica][align=right][sub]Lena pins her ears and unsheathed her own claws. "Don't lay a claw on him or so help me-I will bring lightning down on you." She want even joking. Storm clouds rolled in above them.

    Ethan watched in confusion.

Angel felt the tear. "I'm sorry, Ketral. I still love you. I always will." She promised.
