OOC: I play the flute. Have been for four years. Everyone else in the band it's their second or third year. I am pretty advanced and I'm normally the one supporting the entire bottom flute section. (I'm still mad about being moved to 6th chair) and whenever I take a breath, I hear no bottom part. SO sad. We have 9 flutes, about 12 clarinets, one alto sax, 3 french horn players, 3 tubas, 7 trumpets, 2 bass clarinets, 4 trombones, 4 baritones, and I have no idea how many percussionists.
