Brightcloud dipped her head and padded back to the nursery. Ducking her head to get inside without splinters, Stormkit was already there ready. "We need to get you ready." Stormkit jumped up with excitement as Brightcloud washed his fur. "I'm going to be an apprentice!" he repeated. When Brightcloud was done they walked under the high ledge and sat down.

Stormpaw let out a small squeal and smiled. He stood as tall as his body could let him and touched his nose to Ravenstar's. (That's what they do after they get a mentor, right?)

"I do," Stormpaw said boldly. He raised his tail in the air.

Stormpaw could hardly stop smiling. "Stormpaw, Stormpaw, Stormpaw," Brightcloud yowled.

Details:: Storm and Raven were separated when Raven went out hunting and had gone missing. Since Storm presumed Raven was dead, she took off on her own, but Raven was alive.
Other:: Derp, new character -
"You sure?" Storm asked. Then, deciding she didn't want to push it, she said, "Nice to meet you."
Raven pressed her stomach against the forest floor, then silently leaped towards the vole, killing it by snapping its neck. She chewed on the meat.

Stormpaw slid down and joined his mother at the bottom. She purred and licked his ears. Then he turned his attention back to Ravenstar.

"I don't really have much to do, I just live around here. Some of the other cats around just try to kill me though." Storm flicked her tail.
