Weappon or not: meister - she's very similar to blair but she's not awkward like blair she has similar powers as blair but is not a witch and her animal form is an owl. nobody knows she's magical like that though. Everyone thinks she's a witch because of the way she looks and acts. She tries to keep her magic a secret.

History: She grew up very lonely and Celestia had to stick up for her most of the time. Her mother and father were killed when she was very little so her sister had to raise her. Her sister went missing a few years back and Celeste has been with her most of the time.
