Personality: Alala, although her status as being known for being named a literal war-cry is the quiet, introverted, broody warrior type. She is more of a background type of character, and she uses that to her advantage. Although quite she is observant and analytical, always watching for a weakness or a flaw in her enemies. As an introvert she would be selective between her friends - and those she considers just acquaintances. It wouldn’t be clear to most who is who, as she is friendly to those she did like, but to her it is very clear who she prefers. Though, it would be easy to pick up on who she strongly disliked. Although she seems unapproachable, once in conversation she converses easily with calculated, intelligent responses.
As the idea of a war-cry is a fear-inducing tactic, Alala is intelligent, cunning and tactical. To use her brooding, angry looks to induce fear in those she disliked and wouldn’t be afraid to use her wits or physical strength to intimidate another. Though she would never purposely start an argument, more waiting for the argument to come to her. She is unshameful , meaning that she has no problem knowing that she is feared or disliked, and rather taking pride in that factor and preferring being left alone in most situations.

Alala is a blunt, no messing around type of character, she doesn’t dance around someone when she doesn't like them. She makes it clear, although she wouldn't directly say to them that she does not like them, as before stated she isn’t one to go around starting arguments. She makes it clear through tone of voice or body language. And once that image is set, it’s hard for her to change her mind on that person. She’s stubborn, and runs off her own morals, and she never in any situation would break those morals.
Although she can be moody and stubborn, she's a patient person. She would never rush or push someone, always set at a steady pace of just getting anything in her path done without complaint. She adapts easily also, being able to quickly assess others and new situations. This is also why she is very observant and picks up on small details easily and has learned to use it to her advantage, whether in a friendly conversation or a full-on fight.
She is also hard to break, being stubborn having it’s upsides. As she is a patient person wouldn’t burst into an angry fit when annoyed, rather simmering in the anger and then unleash a wave of hatred by planning and analysing the situation, or even treating the situation like a game of cat and mouse. Although she seems like a serious, stubborn type, she does have a more devious, flirtatious side that comes out to play. Backstory: Triggers for assault, rape, homophobia, underage sex. Alala grew up in dauntless, known as "Al" or "Crow" due to her last name and her small admiration for birds. she quickly became friends with two boys, one the same age as herself (Noah) and one a year older (Grayson). It was quickly made clear that Noah and Grayson had something stronger than a friendship, though many disapproved of the relationship so it was kept quiet. Grayson never passed the initiation, leaving for factionless. Although the hatred towards factionless Noah continued to see Grayson, dragging Alala along. The two boys, although having a close, risky, relationship continued to see each other, soon inviting Alala in as a third-party. They wanted to show the girl they appreciated her, despite the two being closer they still had a strange poly relationship that would pick up and die down over the weeks. And Alala was never afraid throughout it all, despite her young age of 15 to admit she was no longer a virgin, many suspected it was Noah, though never pieced together Grayson's input. That was, until Noah was discovered with Grayson. Alala was assaulted by the younger men who found out, new initiates who had beat Grayson that year. They beat her, punching and kicking, threatening to kill her if she didn't betray her friends in saying Noah and Grayson had been meeting up all this time. They had already suspected she was involved in the relationship disgusted, they called her a whore and a traitor. In response she spat blood in their faces, laughing, she was stubborn and hard to break. To prove how much of a "whore" she was the leader raped her, later killing both Noah and Grayson in front of her. Due to the reasoning behind the killing the young men were not punished, but Alala's sins were publicised. She never admitted to the rape but many suspected it or knew of it. This is why she shys away from physical touch and restraint, and often avoids flirtatious males. She was let off due to the beating and events she witnessed, but is still considered a traitor in others eyes.
