Pantherpaw looked up at his mentor Bloodmoon "I haven't seen them today" he meows excited to be going out with is mentor.

Sunleaf was on her way to the leader's den when she heard her name called "Yes Bloodmoon?" she meows bounding over to the tom and two apprentices.

Sunleaf looked out over the camp seeing that it was well guarded she turned her attention back to Bloodmoon "I would love to come with you guys" she meows.

Pantherpaw couldn't wait to get out and do some hunting.

Sunleaf purred with excitement "How about we make this a contest to see which apprentice can bring back the most prey?" she meows at the other cats wanting to know what they think of the idea.

Pantherpaw couldn't wait to get started.

Sunleaf padded after Bloodmoon wondering where Onyxpaw is, her own apprentice.

Pantherpaw knew he had to show how much Bloodmoon had taught not to mention he didn't want to embarrass himself in front of another apprentice or the clan deputy. He hurriedly padded after Bloodmoon catching up to Cloudedpaw.

Pantherpaw nodded quietly padding away keeping his tail still as he crept through the grass. Stopping he took a sniff of the air scanning the scents that came over him and keeping his ears pricked for any sound, dropping into his hunters crouch he padded slowly along until he got by a clump of ferns he heard a rabbit scurrying along and timing it just right he jumped onto the brown-grey creature claws out an quickly bit the throat digging a hole he dropped the rabbit in it so that he could take back to camp later and continued hunting.

Sunleaf jumped into the trees to get a air view the the apprentices hunting an ended up catching a sparrow or two herself.

Pantherpaw heard some rustling in the bushes ahead an saw a thrush picking up seeds on the ground If I come at this way it could fly away he thought changing his direction for the trees, creeping along the branches above the thrush he waited for the right moment, but a sound coming from his left alerted the thrush making it fly upwards so he had to pounce on it quickly before it got any higher up in the air. After killing the thrush he drug it to where he stored the rabbit an left it there.

Pantherpaw padded out of the bush with three mice hanging from his jaws. He went to where he stashed the rabbit and thrush earlier This is alot Freshkill! he thought proudly dropping the mice into the hole an kicking dirt back over it.

Pantherpaw padded toward Bloodmoon "Yes Bloodmoon?" he meows worried that he had done something wrong.

Sunleaf padded up to Bloodmoon "I think that's enough Freshkill for now" she meows.

Pantherpaw nodded his head at Bloodmoon disappeared in the tall moor grass creeping up his head snaped to the side he heard a bird up in one of the trees A robin!! he thought as crept along the grass before he jumped out with lighting speed using the technique his mentor had taught, whit the robin locked tightly in his jaws he went back to his little stash of Freshkill and dropped the robin in it.

"I know there is never enough Freshkill, all I'm saying is Pantherpaw looks tired an I haven't seen Cloudedpaw yet, but she may be tired as well we left at dawn and now it's way past Sun-high" Sunleaf meows wrapping her tail around her paws.

Pantherpaw pads through the tall moor grass trying to catch a sent, twitching his ears in all directions trying to find another prey. Going into his hunting crouch he came upon another rabbit, but this was bigger and plumper then any rabbit he has ever seen, quickly padding through the grass he wanted until he was tail-length away and........POUNCED!!! Landing on top of the abnormally large rabbit he went straight for the throat....a couple of seconds later the rabbit went limp.

Sunleaf narrowed her eyes at Bloodmoon "It's not about making me happy, It's about not working the apprentice's too hard" she meows curtly thrashing her tail side to side. "What if we needed them to help with a fight, but they ended up too tired an hurt because we trained them too hard?" she meows wrapping her tail around her pawsI just don't want something like that happening again.... she thought to herself.

Pantherpaw dragged the abnormally large rabbit to his hidden Freshkill pile Wow two rabbits, two mice, a thrush, a robin and a squirrel he thought to himself. Perking his ears he hears Bloodmoon calling his name "I'm over here Bloodmoon" he meows pulling everything out of the hole he made earlier.

Well I think I'm gonna close this thread, since no one wants to rp on here any more

I'M SO SORRY!!! I lost the thread, but I found it now!

Sunleaf curled up in her nest an dreamed waking up in the middle of the night Starclan just spoke to me I wonder if they mean... she thought drifting off to sleep.

THE NEXT MORNING....
Sunleaf got up shaking to the moss from her fur and padded toward the Apprentice's den "Jaguarpaw are you up? We are leaving with he dawn patrol remember?" she meows sticking her head in the den.

Pantherpaw was so happy that his mentor was proud of him, he picked up the rest of the prey an followed Bloodmoon back to camp.

Pantherpaw beamed happiness " Oh Bloodmoon! Do you really think so?" he meows excited/happily. Upon hearing what Cloudedpaw had said he raced off after her, but stopping by the edge of the Thunderpath "Oh Cloudedpaw Wait!" he tired to meow, but his voice was drowned out by the monster that flew by, after the monster had left he padded out across the Thunderpath "Oh no Cloudedpaw"he sobbed as he grabbed her by her scruff an drug her off the Thunderpath. After hiding her in a bramble bush he started to race back to camp This is all my fault crept running through his mind, as he broke through the camp entrance he yowled "Cloudedpaw has been hit by a monster!!".

Sunleaf ran after Bloodmoon and Pantherpaw I hope we're not too late! she thought picking up speed.

Pantherpaw looked behind him an saw both Bloodmoon and Sunleaf following him so he picked up his pace, skidding to a stop outside the bramble bush where he hid Cloudedpaw.

Sunleaf took her eyes away from Cloudedpaw inside the medicine den and turned her gaze toward Bloodmoon "Anything can happen at this point, after Honeycloud has done all she can do then it will be up to Starclan to decide her fate, but we can be happy that Pantherpaw was there to drag her off of the Thunderpath so that she wouldn't get hurt any further" she meows now looking at Pantherpaw.

Pantherpaw was so upset he didn't know what to do with himself and even though he heard what Sunleaf said he still felt as though it was all his fault, so he turned away from his mentor and deputy an headed past the Freshkill pile and went straight to his nest in the Apprentice's den...which just happens to right by Cloudedpaw's nest

Sunleaf looked over toward the apprentice's den where Pantherpaw has disappeared into "He might need some alone time, but yes a talk first to let him know that this wasn't his fault" she meows looking back at Bloodmoon.

Pantherpaw curled up in his nest ignoring the other apprentices and tried to fall asleep, but once he did fall asleep he was only met with nightmares of what had happen.
