Dash was afraid. After the short walk, the clan cats new friends glanced at them sheepishly. They told them that they would need to knock out the cats because they were new and couldn't know where the rogues camped. After that, Dash remembered nothing until he woke up in the rogues camp. He was in a cave with bramble bushes just outside, allowing only no space for the cats to escape, he guessed this was the prisoner den. A black and White car with yellow eyes poked her head through the brambles, parting the bushes and letting light stream through, blinding Dash. The cat had a scar down one side of her face, the tip of one ear was shredded and their neck was laced with scars. Gesturing for Dash to follow her, he cast a glance back at his companions before following the she cat out. He expected to recognise the camp, but instead realised that he had never seen it before. It seemed to be in a giant ditch, with walls made of stoney, compact soil. They were jagged, allowing cats to climb in and out safely. Dens were made of rocks rolled into place with thick branches laying across them to form a roof. The roofs were covered in leaves and brambles over the top, everything was covered in leaves and brambles, in some places small trees had been dug up and re placed in the hollow. Surrounding the ditch was a sea of tall shrubs, it was perfect cover! All the cats were mud streaked and turned when he walked past. But Dash kept his head high, he would not show fear!

"I didn't think kitty pets would give they're kits away... Or be quick enough for a whole clan not to spot them!" this really was a mystery. He had heard of the great leader Firestar and his nephew Cloudtail, both kitty pets. He also knew of a cat called Daisy, who had come to Thunder clan with her kits. He had heard of this because the elders were telling him how most of the clan were related to kitty pets. But was it happening again?

Wolfclaw nodded. Eventually, the the tom was so cold that they had to stop and find shelter. "W-where's sh-sh-sh-shelter when y-you n-n-neeeed it?" As far as they could see, the only cover was a clump of 3 bushes with a gap in the middle of them. The bushes were spiky and the clearing too small for the cats, but they lay down and shared tongues, ignoring the thorns that got stuck in their pelts. They were happy. They were together. Suddenly, Violetthorn looked up at Wolfclaw and mewed worriedly, "Wolfclaw, I-I think I'm going to have kits."

The unknown cat told them he was taking them to meet 'The Lion', which was quite confusing to the clan cats. Lions? As in, LionClan? Seeing a fearful and confused look in Green's eyes, Dash dropped back to comfort her, "Don't worry, you'll be fine. Our job is to make friends, that's not to hard, is it?" He stroked her back with his tail. Finally, they came to a big rock, with what appeared to be a cave carved into it. The escort scraped her claws down the rock, as a kind of symbol that they were there. "Come in." The voice was commanding and hard as a rock, but not too cold. However, it was not welcoming either. In the cave, it was bigger. It seemed that the whole of the inside of the rock was hollow. At the back, there was a hole which cast light inside and a little away from that was a nest of moss. In it was a cat. He was magnificent. His gold pelt shimmered in the half light. By far the biggest cat in the hollow, he looked to be a formidable fighter. As he unsheathed his claws, you could see long, curved claws glistening. The cat's muscles rippled under his well groomed fur. He had few scars, as his pelt was thick and protective, but the ones he had were vicious. Over his muzzle and around his ears were laced with scratches, across his back was a thick scar, what appeared to be dog teeth marks were dotted over his back left leg and his chest held another fading one. Dash assumed this was 'the Lion' which the unknown cat was talking about. "Shred, you may leave now." he commanded in his voice like rolling thunder, "So, you are one of the cats whom I have been told about. You seem strong, healthy and as though you have seen many battles. Do not show fear." he snarled suddenly, but Dash did not flinch under the cats amber gaze, "Good. It seems you are brave." He purred "and who might this be?" he let his eyes fall on Green "Green, is it not? It seems you are like your father, though you may have much to learn." He now got up and walked up to them, "You want to join? Well, you must commit. To me. It is only fair, I am leader. My name is Lion. Though most call me The Lion. I prefer just Lion though, if you don't mind. We will not reveal our location to you until you prove your loyalty. Understand that it is hard to gain. Those who do not know the location hunt never alone. Their eyes are covered or they are knocked out before entering or leaving near camp, detection is our greatest fear. Without it, we are strong. With it, we are nothing. I have given you mentors. Dash, your's will be Shade. Green, your's will be Shred- when you are dismissed go and find her. Tell Violet that her's will be Raven and that she is to come and see me immediately. Your mentors will hunt with you and guide through the beginning of your life here, when you are ready, you will be removed from them and become an independent cat. You may leave now." The 2 walked out and into the hollow, they're home now.

Duskpaw looked down, "That's ok, I don't mind, not really. So, who's our real mother? And why were we abandoned?" Has the kit stealing been going on since we were born, but we never noticed it? Are we victims of it? Taken from our mother and delivered to our clan? "Maybe someone is against kitty pets and what's to make them all clan cats?" suggested the tom.

Dash whispered to Green, "I'm Shred is fine!" he then padded over to his new mentor. Shade gave him a nod, "Come on." The black tom with green eyes led Dash to several 'dens' all of which were collections of rocks with leafy roofs. It turned out that there was no such thing as elders, all the cats were kits with foster mothers. The clan was split in 2. There were carers, which were like queens, they looked after any kits and healed wounds or sickness. They were all she-cats. The other cats were called The Strength, so named because they were the strength of the clan. Members of the strength were basically warriors. There were ranks of Strength, a Mentored was like Dash, they had a mentor. After being a Mentored, you became a Independent, this means your like any other average cat. Most cats are these. If you become extremely dedicated and achieve amazing levels of skill, you become a Commander. This means that you can order about other cats. Chief commander is a deputy to Lion. Everyone shares the dens together and no one has a set nest- except Lion. Prey is shared and when a cat dies, they are sent to float away down a river. It seemed like any other clan. When he looked over at Green, it seemed that she ,also, was seeing the rogues in a whole different way...

When he returned, Wolfclaw saw his mate laying down in a nest, her tail curled over her nose as she slept. Dashtail purred softly, he didn't want to disturb her, so went back outside and sat down- looking to the stars. What were his clan mates doing? Had they missed them? How was Fernpaw? How was Blossomfall and Roseclaw? They both liked him, did they both have mates? Did his best friend, Tornfang, miss him? He let out a sigh, of course he was happy, but what he wouldn't do for 1 more day in the clan...

Meanwhile, back in Thunderclan, the camp was in shock. Their medicine cat and 1 of their warriors had been taken by a fox. Fernviolet had been given her medicine name by Starclan, seeing as she was now Thunderclan's medicine cat, and was receiving dreams from Starclan to complete her training. She had chosen her name in honour of her mentor, but was confused. Why hadn't she visited her in any dreams? Was she angry with her? Of course, Starclan knew why and had not revealed it to her yet. But now it was time. Fernviolet woke up among starry warriors, "is Violetthorn here?" she asked immediately. The cats shook their heads and soundlessly parted to reveal a pool. Fernviolet padded forwards nervously, but took in a sharp intake of breath when she looked inside: Her mentor was alive! She was outside the clans, though. In unknown territory. But what shocked her the most was that she was sharing tongues with none other than Wolfclaw- the missing warrior! She had a mate! Fernviolet stumbled backwards, the world spun. What was happening/ Her mentor was alive with a mate! Thoughts over-came her vision, visions of the 2 cats together flashed through her mind. Of kits and a family of cats standing a top a cliff, peering down at the clans- free from the code. This couldn't be happening. The she-cat felt herself spinning down a black void. Her eyes snapped open, she had to tell the clan!

"W-what?" Wolfclaw's head shot up, "but we can't! We couldn't be together! What about the kits?" But, seeing the worry in his mate's eyes, he got up and mewed irritatedly, "Ok then, come on." The couple set of at a steady lope and managed to reach the edge of the territory at sun-down. As they stopped and panted, Wolfclaw licked her ears for what may be the last time. Then, they saw cats sniffing around the territory- heading towards them. "They're looking for us..." Wolfclaw breathed. One of the cat, Frogleg, let out a yowl and ran towards them. He bared his fangs and leapt onto Wolfclaw, pinning him to the floor. He bared his teeth at Wolfclaw in a snarl, "Here's the traitor!" he hissed. Smokeear told Frogleg to get of Wolfclaw, but not before giving Wolfclaw a cold stare. The grey tom held his head high, but Violetthorn slunk sheepishly next to him. As they entered camp, only Tornfang looked pleased that they had returned- but he did not greet his friend. One cat- Wolfclaw didn't care to remember which one- jumped at Wolfclaw, claws unsheathed. She scored her claws down his side and he retaliated, it no longer mattered that he was attacking a clan mate- she was no clan mate to him! But before it could arise to a full scale fight Hazelstar commanded them to stop. Even Wolfclaw dared not defy her. But, by her narrowed eyes, he would not be welcomed because of her.

Wolfclaw was shocked, she was taking the blame? "But it wasn't all her fault!" he spoke to Hazelstar "If you are to punish her, then I am to also be punished!"
"Why did you return?" asked Hazelstar, Wolfclaw struggled to answer
"W-we wanted to see the clan!" he then whispered to Violetthorn so that no one else could hear, "Come on, let's go. We should have never come back!"
"Why did you leave?" The leader penetrated further
"I love her." There was no hesitation in his voice, only determination that dared anyone to object.
"Should we let you return?" furious yowls came from the clan at this, all telling them to leave, but she continued, "Ah, no. I have a better idea. You have broken the warrior code in a most severe matter, you must be punished! I will let only one of you stay..."
"No!" yowled Wolfclaw, this couldn't be right!
"...and let the other stay here. But I will be kind. Wolfclaw, seeing as you will find it harder to return to clan life, you will be exiled. One paw over the border past midnight and you will join Starclan." The couple couldn't believe it. Not now, not when they were so close! "I'm sorry." the mew came from Tornfang, "I should've said something... But don't go on seeing her, you'll be killed!" but it was too late. Nothing could be said now. For all that mattered, the he might be dead. What was the point in living? He had nothing left. Most cats, after loosing someone they love, have their clan t turn to. They still have they're honour as a warrior. But not Wolfclaw. He was utterly alone.

Wolfclaw ran to his mate, knocking down any cat who dared stop him. "Happy now?" he hissed, "Well done, you've just attacked your medicine cat!" He did not leave her when Fernviolet took her to he den, just as shocked as her leader. Once she had finished, Hazelstar came in, "Wolfclaw, I understand how you feel but-" he cut her off.
    "No you don't."
    "S-sorry? What?"
    "You don't understand."
"It is my place as the clan leader to-"
"Your not my clan leader, I'm a loner, a rogue."
"That is what I came her to talk about. I know you've been through trauma, but I stand by what I said. You must leave. Now." So soon? Thought Wolfclaw. But it was not in his place to argue. So he rose to his feet and padded out of the den and through the tunnel, his head held high. But this time, it would be alone.

OOC- *Sniff* I feel sorry for Wolfclaw :'(... But it's not the end, Hazelstar can't separate them for ever! :D
